I also had the building's house plumber try to resolve a faucet and live in a nyc co-op. The pipes took apart the faucet, inspected it, and found that there was a part required. One hour and they proceeded to attend a supply house and they didn't return. I named the plumbing company, and they said they'd have to order it and they couldn't find the part. A week went by and they couldn't find the part. I could not think I was left by them without a functioning kitchen faucet! I called WT Plumbing and received a referral from a friend. They delivered a plumber the next day, and they had been also a god send. Jerry saw what he needed purchased 2 days later and the part, voila, I had a faucet that is functioning!

Ihave found their service and've used WT Plumbing for several years. Whether it be through the day or after hours on a crisis basis they have always come through for me. Had no hot water. Caroline sent a plumber who replaced a part and 2 hours after we had water.

BEWARE. They overcharge. They tried to bill my family 700 dollars for a bathroom installation after quoting us a hundred dollars for installation. 700 dollars for a bathroom installation. . . .complete insanity. The bill included a plumber period charge. Driving time charge? Never found that in my life. Extremely unethical enterprise. Be mindful.
