I ended up not using him just because we needed the work completed before we left for vacation (48-72 hours). For any work we will reach out and hiring them!
I sent a message in the evening after hours. I received a prompt reaction. He continued to react with each question I had through out early the next morning and the night.

WAMOO!!! This man Tim is a STAR! I had 2 bathrooms and he had been there on the same day in hours! It has been so hard to find someone who is good and this man is fantastic! I'm certain he wears a cape! Thank you Main St. Plumbing!

We needed to get a plumber straight away! I called several companies and Main St. was one of the very first and only to phone back. From when I called, we made an appointment for approximately 3 times. They arrived on time and they were able to swiftly solve the situation prepared though I'd done a explanation of the job I needed. Tim and Dan were professional and kind. The cost had been right on target for what I had been expecting. They did a fantastic job and we will be using them again.

Tim and Dan came right on time on our install day, removed my previous unit, and had the new one installed and running within a couple hours, bringing everything up to current code requirements.
I was quoted a cost to replace my 13 year-old water heater with a premium quality one that was new.

They were able to match me come on time, fix my shower/tub and billed what they estimated. I would hire them again.

Main st. Plumbing is great, I am so glad we chose to phone them to fix our plumbing dilemma. Very prompt and honest, Tim, operator and owner, has been exemplary in his trade in skill and client service. With some knowledge of construction and plumbing I managed to tell that his workers and him strive to carry the quality of work out. I wouldn't recommend them. They were not professional. They made mistakes resulting in new issues. I had to call out another plumber. I did not feel great about getting them in my home and felt uncomfortable with there attitude.

My home is very outdated and I recently had a back up in the primary toilet toilet, tub etc.I've not known as a plumber at 20 years. I predicted Sweet Septic plus they do skeptics only but referred Main St. Plumbing. They shipped out Cory and he had been so friendly and educated the same day I predicted. Being an old home you run into so many years of older plumbing and troubles. He adapted to corrected everything the next day and the scenario. Kept up the service. Thank you
