Our solution:
Now it's September and I've seen two (2) much smaller utility bills in a row in spite of us selecting a much colder temperatures on our new thermostat. We find ourselves speaking about turning the temperature up so we do not get cold. I didn't envision that would happen in Arizona - especially August. The AC unit that is entire retains us more cooler, runs QUIETER, and we're far more happy.

In the aspect of July 2019 we replaced our neglecting 5-ton, package heat pump, 21 yo TRANE unit together with another TRANE out of Mason Mechanical. Our house is a single-story ranch 2,100 SF block house in Tempe, AZ with a roof.

We looked at five (5) HVAC sellers, then did a runoff among the two best in our view. Selected Mason Mechanical of Mesa. Absolutely superb experience! Just surprise was just how much our SRP Electric utility charge dropped subsequently in August and July and how cold our house became later install. Without investing in other home developments our house might get this cold.

I probably had 10 businesses come out for a proposition... half of them never even went into my loft to look at my device or duct function. Half of these were interested in selling me more than sized components for my house or overpriced maintenance plans!
Inquired one question- what area do you have the complaint about? My master room is always hot in the summer. Everybody seemed to think by simply adding a unit would fix that my reaction or matter was not addressed.
Mason was the ONLY firm that FIXED the matter and confessed my response. On the initial visit, they discovered my duct work has been the size. Challen suggested a yield is added by us as well and we ought to repair the work. It is currently the living room in the house which and I could not be happier!
We had our AC installed in November and that I waited to place a review since we actually didn't get to utilize it.
Communication was amazing and Challen replied every question I had.

I called a company called Peterson Air to repair my own ac unit . Don't ever do so. The technician then came out and failed to fix it the initial trip and said the compressor was bad. I understood he just guessed what the problem was. So I called Mason and they came outside and found 3 distinct issues. They had to order components and could not get them until late on July 3 but they returned to a 4th of July and fixed my ac. It is running fine now. Never got a refund in the other company so I wasted $289. Won't make that mistake again. Calling Mason from now on.

This is the second AC we have purchased from Mason! We had an efficient unit the first time, that lasted, for almost 20 years, with no troubles! We just purchased our second unit, and it works like a charm! I can't say enough! They are dependable, quick, honest, and competent! The first contact was with adviser, Ish Kissinger. He has been helpful and friendly, answered all our questions, and laid out all our choices! The installers were friendly, and shot images of this unit so that we could see what had been completed. I don't have any idea how this place has any reviews. I rented my property manager and a space only uses Mason. The AC units would turn on but barely cool, when I rented the place. They came to perform a check up and I explained to them when I turn on both units it takes all day to reach 85 degrees. They moved up on the roof for an hour and came back stating they have everything working perfectly but to allow the units operate through the night to cool off the ceilings and walls so the space could get"acclimated" to being cooled off again. I left the units on for 3 days. It never gets below 85 degrees. I put in a work order with the property manager and they sent out the company again. This time they changed the filters (something I might have done in 5 mins). The child tells me "ok sir this should get you cooled off now". I came back and left the units and it was 85 degrees. The floor firm came in to put about 500 sq ft of flooring in. They complained the whole time. They couldn't believe how sexy it was. They said they do the warehouses for this specific owner and they had never did a floor at a warehouse that was so sexy. Since they seemed miserable sweating all over their work trying to put the flooring 21,, I felt bad for these men. Maintenance came by and I explained to him it had been too sexy. Maintenance advised me to get online and ask for a work order and agreed. I did this. Masons set an appointment and called. Friday rolls around and also at 3:30pm a lady calls to tell me that the guy is running late until he'll arrive and it'll be closer to 5pm. The guy eventually shows up at 5:30pm. He's in and I have the thermostats set on 77. He looks at me like I'm mad and asks"well how cold do you want it in here?" . Wtf! I wanted to snatch him up and toss him out to the freeway. Instead I said"I would like it to cool off just like a normal AC unit should". I reminded him it will become as low as 81 but tomorrow when the sun is on this side it will get between 85 and 89 and that the sun was around the side of this building. This turkey looks at me and says"well this is Arizona therefore I don't know what you expect but that is probably as cool as you will make it". I told him I'm calling B.S. on that because the building I simply transferred from cools off faster and colder with more windows and direct sun beaming on the device. So... This guy goes and changes the filters. I say to him"dude you guys simply changed them a week ago". He states"in Arizona it is recommended that you change your filters after a week". Wtf! These men will say anything! After this he is up there about 20 mins and climbs up on the roof. He comes down and says because it was turned on reduced, the fan speed turned up on a few of the units. He states that should do the trick. He turns to look becoming hotter!!!!! 2 degress in approximately 1 minutes climbs. This dude I swear to God... He looks at me and claims that the thermostat is climbing because he had been standing by the thermostat and giving off body heat. No lie! He really explained this. As he is sitting here giving me excuse after excuse he tells me that feels cool and that he retains his flat. I tell him we're 2 distinct people and I'm not okay with 85. Then he proceeds to tell me about how he retains his windows open whenever he gets home and it gets around 89 in his flat and it still feels good but it begins to feel"muggy" about 95. People like this should not be allowed to walk about and make the ground a place. I tell him I do not care what his home or flat temp is my units aren't working properly and they have to get fixed! He tells me he'll call management and get authorization to perform along with"air flow evaluation". I've had this AC units running 24/7 for 3 months simply to enjoy 85 degrees in the afternoon time and here it is Tuesday , I called the property manager today when the AC firm would be coming back to fix the AC to inquire. She tells me now that she's conscious she'll reach out to them although she's never heard from them. So that the guy even lied to me about obtaining authorization to perform the air flow evaluation. Wow! Horrible company and worse techs (I've worked with 3 distinct ones). I would go with a different AC company, if I had been the property management firm. My bill is going to be a million bux thanks to these liars!

Honesty is what we got. That is hard to find in this business. Showed up as agreed and was very comprehensive. Called George Brazil a year ago and got cheated by a lot of con artists. I learned my lesson from thieves' George Brazil household. I'll use Mason Mechanical on a regular basis.

New AC install - Trane 18 seer, multi-stage. Mason Mechanical was professional, with good attention to detail and client satisfaction. The entire group was the company itself compared at the finish of favorability on every stage when compared to the other companies I contacted, and high quality. They specialize in Trane AC units, high in the line, as is your corporation. Price was competitive, according to an in-depth review of your own needs. I am completely happy with the new system and very impressed with their a week. Excellent experience.

So many reasons to use Mason Mech. Courteous techs that are good office staff and many important, they are HONEST! We've been using them. I would like to give a shout out to Jim E. who serviced our AC unit recently (5/16/19) and went above and beyond! There's no reason to call any one else.

Jim E from Mason Mechanical has come out to my home for maintenance requires three times. He explains things in ways I can comprehend readily and is educated. He offers to keep your eye on things instead of replacing parts right off the bat and gives me advice to save money.

Called Mason Mechanical two weeks back. Kirt discovered a fan condenser motor showed up over one hour, and replaced it. He left at night at 10:30, putting in more time than I expected.
I had to call the next day because the device was not performing. Troyer came to look and requested us to defrost the device immediately so he can send out a co-worker in the morning to look at the unit. I was not charged for this trip.
The device is now working fine. We are greatly appreciative as we have a child. Recommend them or we won't hesitate to call on them, although we expect not to want Mason Mechanical anytime soon.
Kirt came back and diagnosed with an occasional short circuit, not a feat. He corrected the matter and remained long enough to ensure that the fix was solid. We had more back fortune and the device stopped working a couple of hours. I phoned and Kirt came back for the third time in two days. As before, he came. He diagnosed the problem as a fuse. We were not charged for this trip. Upon finishing the repairs, all the while, Kirt was friendly and joked with us about our AC unit.

These guys installed my unit so that they were my first telephone to replace my unit in my place. They are extremely dependable and always on time. They are organized and extremely neat. I love that they will explain and are polite. I can't believe how quiet the new unit is and that I love the app to control the device. Thanks everyone.

I didn't understand that builders of the caliber still existed. Technically strong and using a Wow! follow up service. Exceeding customer expectations isn't a marketing slogan but some thing that Mason Mechanical revealed me by the first evaluation up to filling to get a rebate with SRP and a mailed invitation for comments.

I had Mason Mechanical placed in my brand new AC unit since they partner with Lowes. They were great on the setup, their crews are professional yet friendly and fine. Unfortunately my brand new unit made a whine that drove us mad. They came back the next day after setup to try and quiet down it, nobody was certain why it had been creating that complain. They have been out occasions to tackle this issue, they made it to be more straightforward but I had to make some concessions on the filter I may use. They did not think that ought to be the answer and thus that they continue to work to solve the problem in the best possible manner. I've experienced the setup manager out and the company's owner has come outside to ensure my device works how it should. They could have very easily told me to"just live with it," but they have not and that they continue to earn the time and effort to make my unit work how it should. I really appreciate their commitment to making sure I am happy with my investment and doing the work right. If you're looking to have any work I would recommend them!
As 9/11/2017 they have continued to work toward a way to fix the issue of. They have reached a solution that is fair to me. They have never made me feel bad about all the effort they have put into finding a solution and have been nothing but professional and kind. I am really grateful for their devotion to excellence and customer service. It has been quite a while since I have had the good fortune to work with a business that has the worth Mason Mechanical does. I highly recommend them!

Jim E came out on a Saturday following our a/c unit ceased blowing cold air. It took a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem, amd only a few more to get it fixed. We're back up and running from when the call was made by me to the Mason Mechanical office. I know I wasn't sold, Considering that the service technicians at Mason are not commission based. I've trusted this business for a couple of years now and would not call anybody else.

After it was 109 outside, suddenly last Saturday on a day, I came home at 3:00pm to discover my Trane AC unit had stopped working. Yikes! Thanks to Mason Mechanical and their technician they returned my call and came 1 hour after that. Within 90 minutes that the AC unit was back up running, whew!
This was the first time in 15 years that my AC unit stopped working. I didn't think who to call Mason Mechanical has kept my 26 year old Trane unit running since I bought my home. No, it is not cheap to obtain an emergency response on a Saturday afternoon on a sweltering July afternoon... that is not the priority under those conditions. No, I put my trust back to keep the device running economically and well through extended summers and they have never disappointed.

2. A service warranty from Mason Mechanical.
We would, since this firm EXCEEDED our expectations, if we are able to give more stars. In the very first contact with the office through the last review, each expert team member of Mason Mechanical performed their piece with skill and efficiency; and they were all... really nice!
1. A higher"seer" (which equates to greater effeciency)-16 seer from Trane instead of a 14 seer from both Goodman and Carrier. This caused a rebate from SRP (SRP did not offer you a lien for a 14 seer) which was factored into the 16 seer bidding to get a Trane. Mason Mechanical subtracted the rebate amount and took care of the paperwork.
We're very thrifty retirees and money IS an issue. We opted to get three bids: Trane, Carrier and Goodman and read as far as we could online about the different brands and the installing companies. In the end we moved with Mason Mechanical and Trane that was the higher bid by just under $500. For

3. A precision team which took the opportunity to provide options and explained step. They hauled the gear away and left no mess.
Thank you, Johnny, Challen, Ron, Brett and Dion. These guys were awesome! (Challen was our initial face to face contact with the company and he spent so much time getting to know us and our demands which when we had his speech we'd probably add him to our Christmas list!)

I was just delighted with Dion B and Mesa Mechanical - what a breath of fresh air! I had issues with a heat pump that could really randomly wait, and another (very good) company could not recognize the issue, after two spans. Best of all, an issue that had lingered for a month was fast, easily resolved, and I did not feel taken advantage of, because Dion explained that they don't work on commission, so there's no requirement to oversell anything, just fix problems. WOW! This is like a fantasy HVAC company. . .exactly the kind I've been searching for in the Valley for Ages. THX!
