Our tech Brian was a good man, he texted us when he had been close and was on the way, and he was RIGHT on time. He had been patient and understanding of our issues, he took the opportunity to look about and examine the situation and did not"look" for more issues, if you know exactly what I mean. Just spotted it, told us that's all, and exactly what we had, did it.
He took care of the pipe that was bad and clog and it had been performed in a jiffy for a price. I appreciated what they did for us solid business, no issues at all and this organization.
They are friendly, fast, efficient, and do it without issues. . .what more do you need from a plumber?

Very happy with price and work on spigot replacement and a water heater install. Very unsatisfied that they advocated a water damage remediation firm that I found that firm has reviews on Better Business Bureau and yelp and vetted. Plumbsmart keep doing what you do well and be certain that the industry partners. A recommendation reflects badly on your business profile.

Customer service. Free estimate but ended up paying $500 more than the first quote, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, a good experience. Would hire them again.

I called Plum Smart because advertising said"AC Guys charge to much". I had a coil which costed me $350 Mat did it and washed my coil. My issue is Mat misdiagnosed issues that are further my compressor wasn't starting. He offered to try out a start kit which has been offered online for $44 for $300 is see if this could work. I asked Mat and he confirmed there was power to the breaker. However was a issue with my thermostat since I played it, not functioning and also the breaker turned on. When I had allowed scenario to perform, I'd have looked at complete unit replacement or a 3000 compressor replacement. I paid him to get the cleaning just and told him I'd wait for a while. Thought it was expensive but I get it this time of year you cover. AC guys are swamped. Gave two stars because of prompt service. Otherwise could have been one.

I had any work and got a quote out of Ground Zero Plumbing who was rated by Yelp. I am so happy I decided to get a second quotation! They literally saved me $490 and had the job done in an hour to quote to complete. Thank you!

Plumbing Company that I have ever addressed. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. They make false claims, cancel appointments, etc....

They advised me about the telephone to come out to do a diagnostic test. He came out sat in his van most of the time. His manager did basically nothing and arrived 30 minutes later. He charged me $167 for the time of the man. That is s scam.
No it's not the water meter. I resolved the issues myself the day after the diagnostic test. Supervisor and your technician did not do a thorough job. Had they done a thorough test. This is all about work. This is all about making a quick bucks dishonestly.

Desired to get my kitchen water distribution valve replaced. My call was answered by nick quickly and put me up a bit over an hour. So I knew exactly who to expect, I received a text.
Charlie had everything that he needed, was, was equally professional and friendly, and got the job done quickly and properly. Finished my new faucet install soon afterward.

PlumbSmart did a fantastic job. The tech John was on time, professional and humorous! He cleaned up after himself and did the job in a fashion that is timely. After he was done I asked to get a couple quotes and they were reasonable. He did not force me to get the job done, he simply explained that they could send the quote for me to maintain and offer financing. I will be using this company again!

Following posting my own review, I received a call from Plumb Smart the day. The caller stated that Plumb Smart was sorry I had a bad experience and that they went to repay my Service Fee. About 10 minutes another person from Plumb Smart called. He said that he was writing me out a check as we apologized and again talked and he was the initial callers boss. He asked me if I'd consider eliminating my Yelp review. I told him I'd consider it AFTER I received the refund. That was 8 days ago. No refund.

They reacted within 60 mins of an ac difficulty I was having and didn't charge me and quickly responded to a follow up service call. Really ethical. Quick to provide a quote to replace ac unit that is whole.

Called on Friday and they found an open spot.
They're friendly, efficient and professional in all aspects.
When they came out , they resolved it and discovered the issue.
I will be using them from here on out.
They advised me to look out for in the near future to get taken care of.

They knew from speaking to scheduler appt, I expected Friday install, two plumbers came.
I told the girl on the phone when she inquired if I would like to reschedule, I can not I need to get this done. I was never advised at the point, this can not be carried out. This wasn't a mystery of their expectations for the work. I had been told that the work I had been having done was stuff that was common and when nothing had to be special ordered it might be carried out then of these giving the quote to me at the time. Despite what plumbsmart is saying, they did not keep their word or even attempt, that night. That tells a lot to me.

This 1 star is for the answer. As it seems is that the doctrine the client is not always wrong. Please respond and keep the details straight. The manager called to tell me that he did not mean to have this happen to me personally, that is all that was said.
Two came out to my home, not one. Is it customary to send out two plumbers to give an estimate? Truth is, I had been told I'd be able to get work done.

I believe their publicized pricing is misleading. I had a clogged kitchen drain that was cleared but not for the $49.95 price they advertise or inform you about when you call. All that covers is operating the disposer for a few seconds and that might (emphasis on MIGHT) unclog the drain. Several drain sprays had tried to no avail therefore turning the disposer on/off was a joke. Since the disposer"trick" did not clear the drain, the cost became $134 and alter. Since they were here, I had them do the work even though I might have had it done for around $115. If I hadn't had them perform it, I suspect, fee or a traveling fee would have been billed. The three star rating is for the fact that they finished the project and cleared the clog. I wouldn't have them again.

We gave this place a try when showers and our bathrooms supported up over thanksgiving weekend. Somewhat nervous looking for a new place for pipes but gave it a chance. They knocked it outta the park ! We were satisfied with the reasonable cost, honest thoroughness and prompt support. They came earlier than we were told and delivered text updates to us with ETA's. Nate and Luke answered all our questions and even offered some preventative measures. These guys are definitely called by will . Grateful for the help!
