Mattson Plumbing was recommended to me on Next Door. Initially I had a identification of a sink water pressure problem and installation of two new bathroom taps. After meeting RJ, I knew the sink problem. I thought that he was professional and clever. RJ and team showed up the following morning on time, organized, and very empathetic about my brand new disaster, but most importantly took care of the problem and hauled out the mess of newspaper tarps, bins filled with water, and the chunks of moist sheet rock. I will happily join my neighbors in recommending RJ Mattson/Mattson Plumbing--that they go the extra mile!!

By far best plumbing service work I have observed!!! Showed up on time got the work done in time, was able to provide quote package deal that was fair got whole home softener and new tankless water heater set up, really satisfied with the service will be recommending them!

So glad I Discovered Mattson Plumbing. They're professional and friendly. Reasonable pricing. Did a great job installing our faucets and repiping among these. They have been a joy to deal with and cleaned up. I will definitely use them again.

RJ recognized where he recommended that I predict a HVAC company as he thought that it came out of my AC unit and thought my leak was coming out of my loft and came out. What I had been impressed with is that he didn't bill me for this trip. I did have an HVAC company come out in the day and RJ was right, it had been my own AC unit. I would definitely call RJ back outside if I want a plumber.

He then said he could come Saturday (two days later) to replace the faucet. We were a little surprised that he did not do the job when he was supposed to, but consented to have him come back so we did not have to begin with somebody else. He called claiming he had a flat and couldn't get here until later, 15 minutes before he was supposed to be here. After texting without a response and waiting for him to appear I finally called somebody else (Applied Home Maintenance). They fixed it straight away and came. The day after I got a text from RJ asking if I still wanted him to do it. The excuses he gave for not revealing and not phoning or texting were bs. He blew us off plain and simple. Very unprofessional.
I had all the components and tools . RJ understood what was likely to be carried out. Waited two days for your appointment. RJ came, but did no job even though he'd said that day, he'd replace it. RJ desired to be shown around the house"to look at our toilet valves"... that had absolutely nothing to do with the job that he was asked to do. Seemed like a very odd request. Either he's casing houses or seeking to produce more work.

RJ in Mattson plumbing installed a new faucet and garbage disposal for me now and I needed to take the time to write a review to let others know what great service I received. RJ was professional and courteous and did an superb job. I would definitely use them and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a plumber.

I was ready to have this company do some plumbing work I needed done and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday they Had Been supposed to be here between 11:30and 12:00 pm 12:00 comes around and no call no show strike one then I called them and the Explanation was they must have made a scheduling error strike Two said when else Could I be available I said how about 2pm he said ok send me the address I did so Afterward Two comes around no call no show text and called Again no return Telephone or text very unprofessional and no way to Conduct a business not that you care but you lost a customer
