Dave came out to pump and reevaluate my septic. I've used McKenna on other properties and they do a great job! Dave is informative and gets the work done.

My septic problem ended up being a 7 feet root chunk. Once the origin was taken out of a part of the tight line and the line replaced. A 30 minute water evaluation was passed by the septic system without any problems. Check out my other post to see what company I travelled with.
The house is 50 years old with no history of treatment system that is having and innovative. The soil in my area has very good drainage.
Bob was very insistent on trying to up sell me onto a 30,000- 35,000 innovative septic system because I live at a water area that is high. This means that ground water is less than 15 into the surface.

Manny was fantastic! Knows his stuff. Took very good care of us. Arrived and went straight to work on our two septic tanks. Got us all taken care of to market our home.

Manny came at about 7 PM, and at the end of a very long day he was nevertheless very pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently, checked to be sure leech lines weren't the issue, and noted there was no input to the tank from the drain of a working shower, signaling a clogged line. It was late but he did not stint on the job, finishing the pump occupation in a way that is professional.
I predicted Mckenna Septic when I had a couple of backups in just two showers in different buildings which share the septic system. Laura was very nice, and managed to get us squeezed in the day- for sometime after noon.
Caveat on the service was I'd have loved an upgrade on coming time - I thought we had been forgotten.

Outstanding! Laura was in getting us set up with a scheduled appointment responsive. Rates are up front and competitive and no surprises. Dave revealed specialist, on time, and also gave us some septic instruction. Would definitely use them again! Thank you!

Don't use McKenna. We hired McKenna to inspect the septic system to your home we purchased. They stated it had been fine. Flash forward 2 years and we are selling our house. Our buyers happened to pick McKenna to inspect our system again. They stated it wasn't up to code because it didn't have risers. This code was implemented before they were hired by us. They just shrugged when my husband pointed out this. If they had mentioned this when they were hired by us, the folks would have needed to pay. A honorable company would have made this right, because their inspector accomplishes the job - at leastthey could have split the cost.

Dave was a good guy, very helpful, explained things. Recommended service as one of the partitions is crumbling.
Just had my septic tank pumped. It ended up being a great deal less than I anticipated. Very good customer service -- receptionist, guy who helped me locate the 2nd septic tank cap, tech (Dave). Highly recommend.

Dave is the guy!!!! Pump and he came outside to inspect our tanks. We have never owned a house and Dave gave me all of the basics on maintaining our system. We are going to use Bob's for our fixes that are small and Dave gave us a great recommendation for a plumber to get a few work. McKenna is used by Can again and expect to have Dave as our man!!

We have used McKenna 3 times so far (twice on an emergency basis) and Laura is ALWAYS so responsive and kind. Dave came out exactly to pump out our septic tanks. All went smoothly, it always does! Have also left a positive review for Bob's Septic Service (owner of McKenna) when they did repairs on our leech lines. All around firm.

Service from these men. We had our system inspected prior to the purchase of our home. Had already struggled with two other companies who failed to find our tank. The lids were damaged by the third company. Ugh! Located McKenna. . .thank God. Spoke to Lucia, very pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Dave was our"guy". This guy went over and beyond to help us. We have an older tank which hadn't been serviced before we purchased our property. This was a tough job but he muscled through it and our tank passed inspection. He gave us advise on how best to keep up our tank before leaving. Again, very knowledgeable employees. These men were punctual, skillful and professional. I would suggest McKenna for any demands. I won't use anyone else.

Excellent Service! Last night, we had our tank back up and we had called several businesses. The following day, mcKenna called us back in a timely manner and had two people over here! We had moved into our home about a couple of years ago with absolutely no tank knowledge! Lane and dave not just emptied out the tanks, but they taught us and told us exactly what we need to do in the future. They were both friendly, courteous, and professional. I would strongly recommend them for any job, small or large. They have earned a customer for life.

Worst experience Desired a certificate that was septic because our house sold. I had no issue with the $85 an hour digging but it failed. The technology Dave couldn't tell us why or how to remedy. Just tomorrow, that we would be called by his supervisor. We called first thing and was told that he was on the schedule to come to our house at 10. Surprise!!! was not shown by any one We called Sunrise ( highly recommend) we described everything to him he told me what the issue was over the phone. Even though McKenna left us questioning all weekend!! He had 2 numbers for us. Within the hour North County Backhoe was there told us the issue, cost and how it would be fixed by them. Finally McKenna supervisor called afternoon?? Really a bit late. They charged us for the certificate even though we failed!! Sunrise doesn't do this!! Save yourself the headache call Sunrise
