I should have called them the first place, however it was great McKeown took care of this, and that I was Thank you!!
And I believed that I had created a tragedy!!! I called McKeown Plumbing (after their closing hour, however they answered ), and they had David (& David! ) ) Here now at 1:00! As soon as I showed them exactly what I'd attempted to do (replace a shower enclosure ), the first thing he explained was that it wasn't a big problem and it happens to people all of the time (the old valve struck from the plumbing!)
Alas, that was a tragedy,

Charged me $155 to tell me my kitchen sink soap dispenser plastic jar (worth $3) was cracked. Two minutes were taken by Identification of this problem. Don't go down on price. Don't consent to return later as part of that price to install jar. I deleted them.
I was told by american Plumbing they would go down telephone price in this circumstance. Plus their support calls are to start with. Next time they will get my company!

I'm a property manager for a client and have utilized McKeown Plumbing on a number of occasions. The only time I have not is that they don't cover. They are my go to plumbing company. You can count on getting the job done right! Jessica who schedules the tasks is a gem! Her follow , client service and responsiveness is off the charts. Jon is fantastic and knowledgeable! He provide a fair quote and can size up a project. I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs you will not be disappointed!

They have been used by me for about 20 decades. My property is" old Laguna" and quite difficult to work on. These guys are the best at repairing problems. They add a new pipe. They did it economically and rapidly. McKeown had a definite guy to fit the driveway's color and texture. I have prior to Mckeown had other plumbers who did shabby work and overcharged. Where they work tidy, mcKeown leaves. They are excellent. The guys are also personable and nicely dressed.

Had a few plumbing issues at my house at bathroom and the kitchen. McKeown was responsive. Kimberly who answered the telephone was kind and worked around my schedule to send out someone. Patrick was the tech who came out, he was amazing, same 18, mended the 3 issues. Definitely recommend.

I have used McKeown Plumbing for 8 years and they have done several jobs for me with the utmost professionalism and on time services. I had a slab leak last month, and McKeown came out and did a complete reroute of the cold water line. They completed the work quicker and 20% below the estimate I was given by the insurer. I have had a great experience with them or twice, or three times but 6 or 7 times within the previous 8 years. Really happy, 6 Stars!! They're local, they have been here for decades, and they are the ones I will use.

I had been out of the nation once I had been told that my water heater leaked. I phoned McKeown Plumbing and they were right on it and also took care of everything. The bill was then honest and they did a nice job cleanup. Patrick is a cool guy to work with, took my stress away so that I could continue with my vacation. Thank you McKeown Plumbing!

They have the service. They're my first line of defense when I have plumbing problems. They're reliable and trust worthy. I wouldn't waste my time and money visiting any plumbing company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO Not Use!! We called in the morning our office has been flooded from a pipe. Nobody replied & I called 5 times!!! I was told they slept through the call! I then was told they would be here before 10, then 11, then 12! I kept calling every hour (they wouldn't answer the phones) It finally got fixed at 5PM!!! I had been completely OVERCHARGED!! By the time they revealed I had had the drywall eliminated, the furniture out, pad gone & showed him where the pipe had been broken!!! & carpet I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

They take the opportunity to spell out solutions and the pipes occupation and have been my move to plumbers for my home and property here in Laguna. I certainly recommend them.

Matt told me that he could have someone at my home and gave me a phone quote. As promised ruben was here that day. He did a super job of re-setting my bathroom. I discovered a minor issue a full week after the fact, called Matt, and he shipped Ruben back to repair my really nit-picky issue (I thought that the bathroom was somewhat crooked). Ruben was very polite and spent only as much time with the no-charge"re-do" as he had the first job. Matt followed to ensure all was well. The customer support at McKeown is topnotch. Had an issue with a home that the next plumber wanted to conduct a rebuild that demanded $700 in tile job, $500 in labor and $ 3,000 in hardware. Decided to get another opinion. McKeown solved my issue for $156 and got creative and maintained my lease!

I spoke with a guy named John at 10pm and called the crisis line. I'd leak which I could not stop. He managed to inform me on the phone right then how to shut off the water source and were promptly here early the next morning before 10! So simple! I help especially because I know nothing about pipes and appreciate the excellent customer service! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Was referred to these guys spoke to matt he was cool. Then when they came obtained fix. The job took 20 minutes to fix, needed a toilet that was running. I'd use them affordable, friendly and fast.

These guys are great. It did not business for ever. John the owner actually cares about his clients and would like to make sure the job is done correctly. They are probably one with. This company is highly recommended by me.

For snaking a drain, they quoted me $140. It was that other companies but I told them OK since they went to get it done while I was not there and then charge me. They did the job but sent a bill for $280 to me tried to tell me complex it was to snake a bathtub drain. I paid $140 to them.

I would certainly recommend McKeown to other people. We're very satisfied with their service and professionalism. Fantastic prices too!

I've utilized McKeown plumbing before and have been completely satisfied with their work....they installed electrical hot water heater, fixed broken bathroom, did an superb picture of my sewer lines . My rain shower head dropped off the bathtub wall. Ruben came on time instead of just removed the rusted pipe but he was also able to fix the shower head that I had and it functions better than ever before. He could not have been simpler and I am thrilled with how in which the shower head works. I'll definitely use them again.
