Fast to find with finished another occupation, and then he came over. The plumber got directly to the root of the issue - our line was filled with tree roots. Problem solved. Both the plumber and the septic technician were professional prompt and courteous. It's getting more and more difficult to find anybody who really keeps the office hours that are real , answers their phone, says they will be there, and they market really shows up when they promise to. Metro Rooter did all of those things. Nobody wants to pump a septic tank, (can't blame'em, I don't either) and"crisis" is non-existent to most. Thanks for helping us so much! Metro Rooter, I believe you are stuck with us. Fantastic job!

I called Metro rooter and requested to have my tank. I inquired if he could tell me if the elbow that comes off the pipe was there since I only had this tanked emptied a few months 38,, when the tank emptied. Also if the pipe could be marked by him with a stick in the ground. They said that he would call me before he got there and he would. None of this happened. He did the tank that is empty and cracked my lid half while. I complained and called. They stated there was. But they would sell me a lid if needed. Worst customer support.

We discussed options - most of these expensive. Kyle suggested some chances to explore and was helpful.
Where I move from here we shall see. Maybe I'll have to pee in the bushes!

I was not disappointed.
Just had Metro-Rooter come by and inspect my own septic system since I discovered water (real smelly) running out of my drainfield. This is not good. Kyle came out and dug up parts of my septic system and indicated I have problems. Lousy drainfield.

Terrible service!! Can not be trusted to complete the task they were paid to perform!! Prior to purchasing a home, I had come outside to scrutinize and empty the tank year. I begin having problems this year, and more than $600 dollars later I find out they emptied the tank that is solid. I call supervisor multiple times, and never receive a return call. I am provided $50 off this previous invoice that was labour, due to their job the first time!!! Extremely poor service!! Unacceptable!!

Called Metro Rooter to clean out my septic tank on a Saturday morning expecting to have an appointment days after. They sent a truck straight outside and had everything! The service specialist George was friendly considerate, and professional. Price was perfect. Overall a very good experience considering.

They have been the most reliable pumping service for as long as we have lived in our house. Metro-Rooter was the one to answer the cell phone although we called other businesses. Krystal was so sweet and told me if we did not anybody to come out, to call them back. After no one called or answered us, we predicted back and Krystal made certain we were on the schedule. She tried to get us on their Sunday program but they were booked. They gave us a window of arrival and they arrived within that window. They are a company. I like support companies but if they do not phone you back they won't get my business. The gentleman who pumped our septic tank was really professional and nice.

Been doing business with Metro Rooter for 13 years. They used to be unmatched & topnotch. The last year has witnessed them dwindle off. The Customer Support has gone . I believe that they believe they are doing me a favor by servicing my industrial buildings. I have spoken with each of these over the last few years and understand them and have to say my conversation the Service Manager has left me cold. I have been waiting a week to get a fix. Were told that the parts were overnighted. Saturday the plumber working in my water heater advised me"that he couldn't repair it". Here I am going to work tomorrow morning in a medical office construction a week after having to explain to Drs and personnel that we do not have water. John I hope you learn to care for your clients. A client of 13 decades.

Called to asked for a Quote on a repipe job and he shows up late afterward, quotes me twice what everyone else in town quoted, then drops an"Inspection Fee" on me to get his time. I didn't require a review, I needed to be aware of that a repipe expenses. Bunch of Crooks!!!

After not hearing from them back on Monday they said we were 44, I am not satisfied with the support I had been told on Monday I called them Tuesday. Then I called around 2pm on Tuesday and we had been next on the list still they arrived around 3pm and snaked the toilet and billed 99.00 very high for support I thought I'd try them since they're locally owned and operated and I like to maintain my money and company in Jacksonville maybe they're great for commercial in which the money is but not home made. Go with the bigger names next time. They had been their a total of 10 minutes. They had no place for reviews not cool although testimonials on their site.

Don't give your credit card for a partial payment to these people if you don't want without asking them to charge its rest to that card.
Of course, my credit card has been billed within 4 days of set up. You can bet that fee got disputed. . I'm not paying the final payment before the job is done!!
Well, I have a new septic tank. It got earlier than originally quoted.
My sprinkler line was cut through the setup and I was called immediately to promise it will be repaired. Because my sprinkler is still broken, 11 days and my yard is dead. Email calls are all ignored. Claims from who ever answers the telephone that only 1 person in the office can help me. She does not return telephone calls. Message for her supervisor expressing my frustration and requesting a call was ignored.

I've used Metro Rooter double for the septic... no wait, three times. First was a septic review once we purchased the home, then a few decades later to correct a malfunctioning item in the tank, then again a few years back to make sure all was well (it was, they simply needed to cut out some tree roots). I think most people forget about their system till it does not do the job, but we try to be proactive around our home, so we've never experienced a large problem and Metro Rooter has always served us well. They responded promptly when we called, told me exactly what they had been doing, and have been specialist. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Metro Rooter!

My sewer started so I phoned them early in the 12, gurgling. My appointment was set by the courteous operator to the next morning because I wasn't available that day. As promised, they showed up on time. Had the lid and grass and my septic pumped in place. Very professional driver. They have earned my business from now on.

Called metro rooter to possess everyone and septic pumped out and understanding even though I rescheduled at the last moment. Keith was fantastic! I had no clue where the septic was found. Keith found it fairly fast but the lid has been grown over with pine tree roots. Took him within one hour of cutting and grinding roots to access the lid. Hard work on a hot Florida day and he had a great attitude throughout.

A buyer used them and they found an issue we didnt know about- thats the one thing they did. All information the owner gave me was BS. This firm exhibited incompetent and inept customer support. The inspection work they did was proven to be erroneous. I Wouldn't hire this company to dip my toilet-save your money and dont listen to the owners" expert advice' should they cant be professional with customer support they wont do a good job at your Residence

I phoned Metro Rooter this Monday and chose for them to send me a Senior Plumber on Wednesday as agreed and he arrived at 8 am. The Senior Plumber upon arrival fixed it very quickly and was able to diagnose my pipes problem straight away. I am happy with the service I've received from Metro Rooter and the specialists they have delivered in the past to do the job. I'd state the Plumber's name but I really don't what him to have swamped with requests. Again thanks to the Plumber for his trouble shooting expertise and Metro Rooter for sending him.

The narrative begins with an overflowing septic tank in a house that we are renting out. We called several times. Metro Rooter did not appear until Saturday and missed the appointment. As soon as they showed up, they did not do the task, asserting that the tank was in a"limited space", which was not true. Before leaving, the driver advised my tennant to sue me!
Bad service, bad advice, unhelpful, unprofessional and overdue. Whenever you've got an emergency, don't call Metro-Rooter!

The reality is that Jacksonville appears to possess an over average concentration of businesses that are crappy, although I hate being Mr Negative. That is regardless of race or income and extends out of the corner fast food joint. Today receiver of vitriol is Metro-Rooter Plumbing Service.

I have not had one bad experience with their team and have utilized Metro-Rooter for 5 years! My most recent issue was that the drain in my kitchen seemed to be clogged and has been draining very slowly. With a dinner party we had planned for the night. I called Metro-Rooter that the very next morning, and I clarified my urgency and situation. Within 2 hours that they were in my own kitchen fixing the problem. Another plumbing firm will never be used by me! Honest, affordable, dependable!
