When the time came for the occupation, it was more challenging than it originally seemed because following 6 weeks of telephone calls, I was not able to locate a tile firm willing to come out and then cut the sink holes bigger. They were occupied remodeling kitchens and bathrooms and did not want this occupation. I used a handyman that did the best he could but really I wanted a plastic business to prepare the cut out for the sink installation. In the long run, Don and got creative, the plumber understood my predicament, and could get my sinks.
I called Mike Testa plumbing initially. The project was to replace two old enamel kitchen sinks. They sent out a project manager, Don, who helped me make sure I had. Not being a remodeling type of individual, I needed some handholding before we started the job and then he walked me through the procedure and reviewed the parts with me.
I feel as though I got a quality job and yes I know it's not going to be cheap, although I haven't gotten the invoice. For any plumbing requirements I have in the future they will be my very first telephone call.

We had been sold an faucet from Testa which has been damaged. Rather than replacing it we compensated for 5 service calls because of a leaky faucet. When we finally contacted Mike he challenged us by saying"how can you understand the faucet is leaking?" REALLY!! When you see water it is insulting to be questioned. If you don't would like to wash off 1800, I wouldn't ever recommend this plumbing service. Down the drain.

Desired a replacement. They told me it would take 4 hours to change the part and they were going to bill me $140.00 for the component.
I bought the part for $66.00 and Precision Plumbing Service arrived and changed the part our in literally 15 minutes.

Fantastic company, way to expensive. I had them out here for a service about water heater. Two man came out here one was a student he did not nothing concerning the water heater that he call his boss after he arrived in the job he needed to call tech support twice since after his 30 years experience he wasn't acquainted with that kind of water heater. He explained if there not acquainted with any kind that there charge the costumer as well for waiting on the telephone. Button line for 2.5 hours of work the invoice was $400 no parts comprise.
Shop around before you use there service.

Patrick out of Mike Testa Plumbing did some work for me 12/26/18. He arrived right on time with a positive attitude. He gave me info regarding the plumbing work he was going to do until he advised me that some work I was told by somebody that I needed, and began wasn't crucial. He made sure that any jumble worked effectively, and was minimized as he worked. I thought his work was excellent... I was very happy with all aspects of the job he did. What he'd has held up, and I've had no plumbing issues since he was here.

Finally! A plumbing company comprised of simple employees who supply honest estimates and provide exceptional work. The really best! Everyone we dealt with was excellent! Mike Testa was the first person to return to our home, he supplied us with honest quotes (we obtained a few quotes from different businesses who recommended work way beyond what was needed ). The workers who came outside to do our work were both professional, courteous, and fair. Everything was completed in time as well as our standards. So grateful they were found by us!

Really like these guys. They did all the pipes and also did a great job. Most recently, I had a problem that needed some thinking to route a couple lines, and demanded a fair degree of sophistication. Joe M. came out and quickly recognized the problem, explained his solution and then implemented perfectly and quickly.

Tom came out to help unclog a few drains. It took him less than five minutes. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. If anything else in the home needed to be assessed before leaving he asked. We achieved to a number of plumbers in the area, and Mike Testa plumbing was the only one to respond in less than 24 hours.

They are professional reliable, reasonably priced and pleasant folks. You won't rip off. What more can you want from a plumber?

Our water main broke and Tom stopped by to repair it. He remained till it was done although the trouble turned out to be somewhat complicated, then followed up the next day to make sure that the repair was working. Great company, conscientious, and knows his or her stuff. We highly recommend!

First time I used this organization. Gene Burch pipes was heavily reserved & couldn't fit in a customer but this company came to the rescue. Had 4 issues to be dealt with and was Patrick here on time but ended at 1 1/4 hour. Fixed a leak and two toilet flushers. In and outside! Support and did not charge an arm & a leg. Will use this provider again.

Mike Testa Plumbing is our move to plumber. Joe was outstanding. Prompt courteous and explained things well. Inform. Rather than install he advocated a different one that was what we needed - better height:-RRB-. And gave me a recommendation of where to buy it. He didn't start a new ticket when he came back to put in.

All the local supply houses were closed and we had no hot water for guest showers, or our dish washer. The water heater was leaking around the basement floor! What a tragedy! Tom personally called each contact he could think of and came with a brand new water heater he had delivered out of 3 hours away!! The new water heater was installed and functioning within 6 hours of Tom's evaluation.
Tom and Kyle came to our rescue after experiencing an emergency commercial water heater breakdown at our overnight retreat centre on a Saturday day! After our plumber let us down, I took a chance and called Mike Testa Plumbing. I left Tom a voicemail that was worried and he called me back right away with a promise to perform his best to assist the situation. He came an hour after to pronounce lifeless our 100 gallon water heater.
The job cost less than that which we were initially quoted. Tom stated he would quote us just to be safe. We're so impressed in the kindness, honesty, and professionalism of Tom and Kyle out of Mike Testa Plumbing! We were treated like long time clients.

My sink knocked every time I turned on the warm water and that I called the plumbing is tested by Mike . They called me back 8 o'clock Saturday morning and asked if I wanted to take two minutes to find out if they would have to come out. They saved me money and were able to fix my problem. I am rather happy. I will call them.

Since when I called to make an appointment, I had been told that their base price is $160 to come out for the first hour and $150 for every 15 39, I didn't use Mike Testa. over that. It's not the amount I wonder but I had been told if they depart their earlier appointment that the clock for charging me STARTS. In case their previous appointment is at southern Marin and they depart for my place during rush hour and state it takes them an hour to get to me in Northern Marin and they spend one hour at my home, which means the first hour they'd really be in my home would cost me $600 at their rate of $150 each 15 mins?!?! Plus the $160 for their time sitting in traffic for a total of $760 (Not including any added new plumbing parts that I might need). I have not ever heard of this type of pricing. I gave them 3 stars for telling me this upfront. I would have been very upset if I discovered after the actuality.

Today is the fourth time I've called the folks at Mike Testa Plumbing with fantastic results. Today they shipped Tom again right away and he mended my 15 year old garbage disposal with a couple of straightforward tricks and no new components, etc.. Tom is professional, honest and friendly. He replaced the nozzle of my faucet with the other one I had from another sink without any excess price while he had been here. I requested another company about this years ago and has been advised it would cost $900 and that they would need to take apart the whole unit and then replace everything! I always appreciate that Tom takes the extra couple of minutes to be sure everything is back as a way to prevent any escapes. Should you need any plumbing assistance, call Mike Testa Plumbing prior to any other company. I had unfortunate consequences with every pipes support I have used before locating them. I am quite happy to be saving money and headaches galore.

These guys are superb once I needed a last-minute replacement of our bathroom daily before some very important/high-maintenance guests Tom, who went out of his way and saved my butt were scheduled to visit our house. He left the bathroom clean and worked. Thank you Tom!
