Both of our units are installed by Modern Mechanical. A tech came out and spent hrs redirecting the vents, although we had a problem with air supply after the initial one.
Roberto came for our upkeep check and he was fantastic.
My only negative is that I feel that they are always trying to up sell something to me.

Modern Mechanical/One Hour Heat & AC should give Adam a raise since your reputation was saved by him with this client!
Bought a new HVAC unit a couple of years back from AC & One Hour Heating and also have had to have 9 service visits at that moment. No one managed to fix it and we went through many days of heat or frigid in our home on account of this . One of the service technician's - Adam K - might have saved the reason I am giving a rating and their reputation.
He came outside and diagnosed the issue as a compressor that was faulty and spent the better part of a day that this Memorial Day weekend replacing our unit that was outside . He was courteous and explained everything that was happening and (hopefully) fixed our issues for good.

Dishonest tech Marlon Tinta. Tried to sell something to me and refused to perform the job. The company is pleasant to manage but try to steer clear of this tech.

We have using Modern Mechanical for over 2 years now and they always Appear when they say and they Deliver a picture of This Service Person and They're awesome at doing maintenance on our Programs so we can depend on Heat and Air Once We Want They installed a new system per Year ago and no problems

We were under a maintenance agreement with a different HVAC company, and, regardless of the fact that the firm had serviced the unit the unit was not cooling very well. Roberto took his time and repaired several things that the firm had either missed or done incorrectly.
We're prepared to buy a new HVAC system from the other firm prior to the service of Roberto, but today everything is great. When the time comes to buy as system, we will get it out of Modern Mechanical.
Roberto is an excellent HVAC technician. He was very comprehensive and patient.

My technician Adam showed me our coil is leaking/about to die and I had an AC song up scheduled, and explained that a multitude of stuff about my system. He was able to have the same day, George come out and give me estimates for a new HVAC system.

Great regional business. They arrived to the rescue installing/moving light fixtures which extended to replacing the water heater before the Thanksgiving rush of out to my house and moving some drains for a bathroom remodel.

This is a business. We had our Air Conditioning wreck on a Sunday when our home was full with guests for my daughter's First Communion. I called Modern Mechanic at 8 am, DJ was by 9 at our home. He did a great job assessing our difficulty, had everything he needed in his automobile and was out from here within one hour. Pricing was very fair since it was a crisis support. DJ explained everything in a sense a dummy like me could comprehend, and was really non intrusive, our guests didn't even notice he was here. Amazing experience...

I needed help quickly, and had a hot water heater venture out in my home. A friend recommended Modern Mechanical, so the exact same day I called. They immediately took advice about my water heater to investigate where I stood, and set Abel an appointment to emerge first thing Monday morning and check out my water heater. On-site Abel provided recommendations for a gasoline and an electric alternative, and got me a proposition with cost for each that day. Once verified, I got a note before the service day with a photograph of my technician. The work was done economically and fast and my support technician was diligent about allowing me understand what was occurring and was careful to maintain my floors clean! Great people and Fantastic service that I recommend!

Stay away. I would, if I could give no stars. Sloppy work is actually guaranteed because it is your responsibility to prove to the technician that the problem was due to their job. Additionally the fee for these does not go in the price of the fix. . .so in addition to paying 99 you have to pay whatever exorbitant fee required to repair the matter.

Shawn - we urgently want your personal intervention and leadership to resolve building permit problems from Modern Mechanical's installation of a gas furnace and solar panels in our home within a year ago. I've been trying to find this addressed because last - and flagged it as a urgent in February 2019 because we were planning to advertise our home. I'm assured by your staff that you are personally aware of the matter and are wanting to have this solved, but I'm worried that as this now drags out within a year, also we have below a week until closing on our home, it's now critical. Abel and sherry both have my contact information. I've left a message to you. We have used Modern Mech since 2013, when your staff did a fantastic job replacing a broken thing and I've used you. I am hoping to hear from you.

Henry performed our spring up test up. He had been on time, very courteous, and professional. He quickly and easily dealt with my questions and informed of the work he was performing. I am hoping for him to go back to perform up I can ask!

Modern Mechanical and Gary were Fantastic! The appointment process was simple and the reminders via email and text were very helpful. He immediately began assessing the problem, After Gary arrived at the house. When he had to enter the home, covering his sneakers with booties he had been exceptionally respectful. He took the time to walk through the house and give me pointers to help keep a comfortable temperature in our home when conserving our energy costs After he completed his repairs. I understand who I will call and referring in the future and now have Gary's business card handy. Thanks, Gary and Modern Mechanical!

After my experience with Heating and Air branch I cancelled that appointment I shall go with somebody else.
There is Zero Service in their Client Service especially in the Event That You Can't expect them to tell the facts to you
In addition they have an Division named Sparky. I had setup an appointment for them to come outside to do some electrical work in my Home Office for the week. I CANCELLED THIS APPOINTMENT.
The Tech that came out (Marlon) lied to us. He strove to do a hard sell on replacement our three AC units and will not be accessible after 2020. I discovered that this isn't accurate, the R22 refrigerant will be accessible until 2028. He also said because the coil required to be washed he could not recharge the unit. To get a charge of $199.00 he would clean the coil. He than told me that my Warranty only covers $10.00 per pound and the cost was $32.00 per pound so we would have to make up the difference. I had called in to have two components at he would only look at one even though his instructions said I had a concern about the level AC, looked. He said I would have to devote another claim and pay another allowance of $125.00 for him to look at it.
If you need Service from Modern Mechanical, Run don't walk away.
