I can't say enough good things about Plumb Professionals -- timely, courteous, fair, personable, and work well done. They responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduled a technician to come out to get a FREE estimate, and the exact same technician was available the week to finish the work. Michael West is THE very best if you get any mention in the plumber who comes out and I would strongly recommend him. The best part is the actual price of the service/labor/parts was be far lower than the estimate (that was still totally honest ) once he actually got in there to find out what he was working with.

Plumb Professionals is a superb company every step of the way from polite initial phone conversation of when the tech was on the way to telling. Prompt, and price is totally reasonable! Sink in toilet went over all of the causes and solutions beforehand and back in business, is fixed. We asked for Michael although I am sure everybody is great and he's top notch in my book as Hilarie J explained! There is a reason for the excellent reviews for the company. Call them!

Thankfully my cleaning woman noticed a leak under my sink... I contacted Plumb Professionals and they arrived with in a sensible time frame... I did not have water spewing everywhere so a few days was ok.... I was provided phone call and a txt message ahead of their birth - I had most HONEST and the BEST and skilled service I've ever had in the previous 15 years . Needed a quick turn for leak and called Plumb Professionals based on the stellar reviews. I had been assigned a maintenance window between 9 and 10 AM.
The tech, John, showed up at 9 AM on time and called me 15 minutes prior to coming. He was courteous, as opposed to supplying a quote and having to come back to execute the work managed to address the issue on the spot, and thorough.

SUCH an messaged them Yelp on tuesday on a leaky faucet and they responded IMMEDIATELY. We set up and they were at my house on-time on thursday morning as planned. I obtained an email invoice when the ceremony was complete and received text updates when they were in their way. Johnnie and charles came when they expected. They did a wonderful job installing my standing tub with a stand and sprayer. They installed on the toilet also changed two lavy faucets and installed a Rain Head Shower program with a handheld sprayer. They laid down drop cloths to cover the flooring, and they were rather neat. They very diligent in analyzing everything to make certain that there were not any leaks, they showed me the way to clean out the filters in the faucets. When they left my bathroom may happen to be cleaner than when they started and it was clean.s

My detractor from this provider is their cost. 250$ to change the cartridge and 150 $ out to change the hot water heating valve on the sink out. If these requests were two separate visits, no synergies would be understood by me in cost, and to be transparent these costs were supplied in communications ahead of the visit.
I get it you are paying for a skill, as well as parts. But at roughly 50$ for parts I am not about to cover 350$ an hour. I guess that is and not having the ability to do it myself. So I saved the hot water isolation valve for a weekend job to cure my ignorance.
So close to being a five star... They're punctual, the tech (Louis) was fantastic and quite professional. He changed out a cartridge on my mixing valve at my own shower in under 30 minutes begin to finish.

Contacted this plumber who had an originally good response. I had to ask them twice if they are coming or not and also to confirm with me when I decided to have them install my entire house water filter. Michael, who had been really nice, came to put in the filter and after studying the directions proceeded to inform me we have to obtain a contractor to put in a sheet of plywood behind the filter. Additionally, he explained I would need to pay

Had a positive experience dealing with this team. They were fast on time for appointments and to respond. Michael clarified everything and came in for the estimate. He arrived back to install the water heater. The project has been well done and all of the questions I had were answered by him.

A quote was obtained by me within 10 minutes . They scheduled an appointment for two days afterwards, despite this being the week before Christmas. Charlie showed within the window and was cheerful and incredibly helpful. He finished the job replacing a disposal, and then even took a great deal at my water heater. I'll definitely use these guys again.

My sump pump was replaced by me. Charles also did and was prompt to arrive. They clean the pit with debris that collected over time out.

I decided to move forward with scheduling an appointment and given an estimate there and right then. Leo was very professional. I received a text msg of my scheduled time plus a telephone call from Mike letting me know he had been enroute. Mike is professional. He fixed the issue quickly. I scheduled service through Yelp, which was convenient. Leo got back to me quickly and we were able to schedule service. Plumb gave us a consultation time although most places give you a 4 hour window. That has been much appreciated.
Michael arrived 10 minutes early. Our problem was also fixed by him easily and quickly. The price was fair and the entire thing took less than one hour.

Following day requested quote through Yelp and obtained pricing, then booked an appointment week. Awesome customer support and would recommend. I worked to possess a minor PVC fix and everything was done in under an hour. These are my go to guys for future work!

Charles came to fix a few issues we had, and was courteous, on time, and swift/efficient together with his job. We are in a better position now than we were before the issues even started. Plumb Professionals leverages technologies for communicating, charging, etc. which makes things very simple. Very highly recommend.

Had a problem with a clogged toilet sink with replacing something beneath kitchen sink and it had been taken care of along. Text obtained on communicating and job was superb. Pricing was very fair too. Louis did a fantastic job fixing our problem and clear cleaning up. The owner Leo is a man that is fantastic.
