Saturday was move daily, and with my gas line I ran into a issue now at 8. I reached out to Mr. Rooter and not only were they there inside one hour, Brian L took amazing care of the situation. He was very professional, the way he would go about fixing them and explained the issues and was really transparent.
I'm very thankful for the service we obtained, without having to pay an arm and a leg. Thank Mr. Rooter and you Brian L!

Honest, responsive and affectionate. I had a horrible backed up. The problem was solved in under 30 minutes and for a reasonable price. Andy Carrillo was awesome. Definitely will use again.

Located Mr Rooter on google and saw the fantastic reviews. Boy am I happy I did, because Brian was the best. He went and had been super knowledgeable above and beyond my expectations. We have an older house and we've hired a couple companies for issues we have had. Not one of them seemed to want to work out the problem's root. They simply wanted to perform a fast fix. Brian went beneath the house and took pictures of what our (all original) pipes seemed like. He was very friendly and We are really happy with the price.

We have called Mr. Rooter to come out on two different occasions and both times, they've showed up on time and get the task done quickly. Brian was our tech both times; he goes over and beyond and is super informative to discuss his knowledge. Call Mr. Rooter and ask for Brian to your plumbing problems! Reasonably priced!

Since the leak in our shower had ruined the subflooring, we'd had a handyman service tell us we'd require a complete bathroom remodel. Tom came out and decided that the subfloor fixed the leaky shower could be spared and reseated the wonky toilet, saving us a package. On top of all that, he was neat, instantaneous and clean, and quite professional. I would recommend Mr Rooter all day.

Technician gave me all of the details and costs prior to doing the job and reviewed the job. He began with the cheapest and solved the problem. I would and will use this company again.

Had a crisis plumbing dilemma and Tom came out to save! He really went the additional mile and washed the work area up when he was finished! So nice and very professional. I'll be calling them next time I need anything!

Tom Myers is a great technician. He was polite, compassionate and knowledgeable. He also reviewed the problem and gave an estimate before working on my dripping faucet. He provided the financial and long term solutions after discovering the root of the problem. I would recommend him to anybody with a plumbing problem.

The owner allow me to know that his technicians all were already booked for the evening but they could get somebody and phoned me back right away. I agreed and Brian came Monday morning promised.
Brian was quite professional and thorough. He showed us exactly what was causing the issue on camera and systematically and quickly diagnosed the problem. In our case, the connection from the house sewer line into the line at the road had come apart (the connection is nearly 50 years old so it wasn't too surprising).
His spouse and brian also did a thorough job of cleaning up when they had been completed. They even went so far as the road and to wash out the neighbor's driveway.
In a nutshell, Mr. Rooter did a wonderful job in most respects from promptly returning calls, to delivering a knowledgeable, proficient and effective team, to cleaning up the website and leaving it better than they found it. To top it off, I thought their price was very fair for the amount of work.
You can not ask for more. These men are the greatest.
Dig on a large, 6 foot deep hole and brian and his spouse had to eliminate a part of the apron to reach the connection. They rebuilt and reconfigured the connection to take out.

My only complaint is they could not schedule me in advance once I gave them 3 days advance notice.
The ceremony was great once he got here.

Availability, communication, and cost were fantastic. They did not charge me to unclog my bathtub drain since it was not actually clogged (it had been a change which was transferred ). They were thorough and very friendly, I highly recommend this company.

They saved me and my tenant was in a rush because of some other company providing horrible support. Called then afternoon and told them the issue that I had with all the shower enclosure. They had someone outside for the location within 2 hours. He had been fine called me (owner) to inform me that the was going to perform and what the price would be. He was nice the entire time and managed to complete the job. Tanya was the best though. I felt that she was a calm man once I was in a panic and definitely appeared well. Thank you Mr. Rooter we'll keep you variety handy.

Fantastic Service!
Brian Lutche came outside to assist us with a bathroom sink and was fantastic. He had been exceptionally professional and not unclogged our sink however fixed a leak that was uncovered when he arrived. He arrived within 25 minutes in the time I called to get support, completely evaluated the sink and did a fantastic job! . Request Brian he will get the job done!

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Rooter, by the person who booked my appointment, to the technicians that arrived to do the job. The technicians arrived within the timeframe they stated they'd. Prior to coming into my house, they wear shoe booties. They were very professional and friendly. John explained to me something he found as he had been working....and he was able to resolve. The guys worked efficiently and they got the job!
In case you have any plumbing issues I would call Mr. Rooter!

Wow! Anyway, dude came in and fixed our toilet in just 2 minutes. $79. But shoot, it is worth it. I don't think anyone would like to clean individual garbage, dog crap, and a combination of other items for more than a moment!
If they asked for my address they had said the prior homeowners name (we are the new owners of their home ). Which was good, because it meant that the exact same service was used by the former owner!
I phoned them, and they came over the hour.

It's great to know that I wont have some pipes issues later on. Thanks to the team.
Keith and shai were great and specialist. It's been about a month because no issues and the replacement. The even cut through a piece of concrete and finely patched it up. What was great was because this was a job so that I did not need to experience any night with no toilet, they left me.

This review is for John who came out in 30 minutes on a Sunday morning to take care of a toilet. The guy was professional did good job and gave us a few hints and estimate for work to clean up the problems of living in a 70yr old house. 10/10 would use again.

8 days ago, I made an appointment with telephone. At that time I was promised a telephone call around by them. This morning they called me at 8am and presented me with an 8:30am to 9:30am window. The plumber showed up at 9am and quoted me a price. He charged the price and promptly repaired the issue. He was courteous, clean, and friendly. He wore booties and everything. I predict Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs and that I get the best advice and prompt service without any unpleasant surprises at payment time. Mr. Rooter, Thank you!
