Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Mateo County

A couple of weeks ago I had a clogged drain in my bathroom sink and called Mr. Rooter functioning San Mateo County. They sent out. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He took the excess time to assist me and explain everything he do and why. I'd certainly use his services again. Thank you Amit!!!!!

Amit helped me fix a issue with my plumbing system. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in describing what's occurring after doing hydro running and jetting a camera inside my sewer line. I would 100% recommend his services.

Michael arrived within 10 hours of scheduling the appointment and making the call, even though it was not an emergency. No non sense, no Sunday charge. The work was straight forward, reasonably priced and clean. Highly recommend.

I have a crisis sewer backup on a Sunday. I called Mr. Rooter and got a response machine message. Fantastic thing, I called and it had been picked up. The person was very agreeable and immediately gave a scheduled appointment. I had been confident there is estimate and I can decide if I would like to perform the job, although I also asked her regarding charge as some reviewer complaint. The support person was punctually and explained the issue and the solution. He went on very deligent the job, thorough and considerate. The sewer line in the home was clear. Extremelyl good expeirence.

Sal Garrido, the support tech working for Mr. Rooter Plumbing serving San Mateo County and Palo Alto, wasn't only effective in clearing my clogged pipes, but he was also very proficient, educated, and type in helping me get peace of mind. Sal represented Mr. Rooter excellently, and he accomplished the task swiftly and thoroughly. I'm grateful to this company for technicians with ethics as well as know-how. Mr Rooter had the right equipment jetting out at 2000 psi and it cleared the clog greater than a snake.

Michael also fixed a couple of problems the price was fair and while he had been there. One he did not charge.
The last"Rooter" firm that came out 2 months ago did not clear the clog correctly using a snake. I think they did it intentionally to upcharge me for another $1800 to hydroflush after when it clogged again. . Properly continuous rotation is involved by utilizing a snake and pushing through slowly. This man stopped the rotation and pushed it 2 feet. Did this. This implies it might hit a hole through the grease clog but not cut off at it. So consequently, 2 months after it clogged again. This time I went with Mr. Rooter based on past work they did for me.
We understand that hydroflushing is a more lasting fix and finally had it done with Mr. Rooter today. In the past we had other"Rooter" businesses snake and provide to hydroflush for $1500 - $2000. Mr Rooter took less than one hour and was able to perform for $375. I decided that a lot are plumbers that way overcharge with this and googled this. It's a bit of a scam. They know when they're at the job many people get it done and just will not shop around.

Amit was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue arrived within the window given and snaked stubborn drain. The cost was reasonable as well.

Everything is back , and functioning thank Mike and you Sal! Sal took the time to describe exactly what they did to repair it, and what had been the cause. He patiently answered all our questions.
We had our tub clogged up, and a major plumbing backup which had our bathroom. I ended up calling Mr. Rooter to schedule someone to come out a.s.a.p. I talked to Nancy, that had been so sweet. She had one of their technicians from the name of Sal, here at our home address our plumbing issue, and to test.
It was that there was a plumber needed. It was a two person job. Since it turned out to be a major backup throughout our property mike, was called in to help. This was a consequence of several years of buildup of...

According to a Friday when our garage started filling with water. Sal snaked the drain came out the same day and realized the problem was larger that we had expected. Within the hour his boss identified the problem as a broken line and was outside. Reasonable price for evaluation and the initial service, and gave us of how far it would be to repair an exact quote. They arrived back on the weekend of the year, on a Labor Day after awaiting our landlord to approve the ceremony. Dug our lawn to come across the problem, replaced our shattered pipe using a fresh one (such as an overflow pipe and effortless access hatch), and stored our weekend. On which should have been a vacation they did not need to work, however they got there first thing in the afternoon and we showered prior to childbirth.
Fantastic communication fast response, reasonable rates. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Larry and Sal!

I was quite satisfied with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They had been known out of our neighbors who spoke highly of their services. Before hiring them for the occupation, my mum had issues in which things backed up at her bathtub and also in the kitchen sink. We had a few guys up there including everyone and the city without looking at the problem stated that my mother would need to tear her up complete outside costing. After receiving Mr. Rooter's number had them come to the home to investigate. Sal Garrido was incredibly comprehensive and came to the home and found that the problem had nothing to do with the previous decision. He repaired the issue, was quite professional, clarified the issues came in and managed to save my mother a good deal. I give the company and A+ to get service that is good, trustworthy and cheap! We had a plumbing copy on a Sunday afternoon just before dinner guests were about to arrive, and Mr. Rooter delivered a technician within an hour. He discovered the blockage in the line straight away and cleared it out. He came back another day because he desired to find the parts to finish the fix, and fixed the damage we did when trying to clear the line ourselves. All this for an affordable price and friendly service. For our plumbing needs, we will be calling Mr. Rooter in the future!

THANK YOU YELP!!! We had been in a poor manner - tub back-flooding with awful stuff, afraid to use the bathroom Sunday night looking awful, in a home. Checked places that night and chose Mr. Rooter because it was highly rated and in San Bruno as well. The receptionist offered to have a tech come out at 8:30AM! I deferred to fit my spouse's schedule. Sal showed up right now. He was careful and clean. After working with tremendous power to correct the drain, it worked like a champ (and still does!) . He was careful to keep all clean - cleaning the residue from the original backflow. He took the opportunity to describe what he did do and did not do - that she really appreciated. The price was about half what I anticipated (and a quarter of what I'd feared). As it turns out, I found that Mr. Rooter had been operating in the area clearing the roots that seem to menace our neighborhood plumbing.

Amit was magnificent. He was kind to say I didn't mess up my DIY repairs.

Two stars since the technicians were quite friendly and on time, but they were completely wrong about my problem and nearly cost me 1000 I didn't need to spend. My hot water heater stopped working, and Mr. Rooter's plumbers inspected it and told me it needed to be completely substituted, at a price of $1000 of labour alone, along with $180 they billed me just to inspect the problem. I called another plumber and he was able to repair my hot water heater for just $100. Call Wizard Plumbing rather! I am happy I did:)

Happy with the support and timeliness, especially in an'emergency' situation. Would definitely recommend to others!
Had a great experience this weekend using Amit out of Mr. Rooter. Had a house full of family (including my in-laws and out of town guests) and my son drifted up the downstairs bathroom. The matter could not wait, so I called Mr. Rooter.
The man on the phone said I'd see someone, and was courteous. 45 minutes later, Amit showed up. I showed him the problem, he fixed it, and recognized it immediately.

What an incredible group of folks! I had a faucet that leaked like crazy and was desperate. I got a call from Nancy that had been so incredibly understanding. I explained how I had to have this fixed asap....thinking she'd say tomorrow, I had been shocked when she said I can send Michael out ! Not only did he come out but he came back to fix it the same night! He was so kind and helpful. He had a difficult time getting the old pipe out and we laughed and joked about it. He had been performed at 7:30pm and did not even charge me to get a late night charge!

Eventually, I was able to recommend Mike to a buddy that same week, who had an emergency with her master toilet toilet (had to be substituted ). She would definitely use them again also and told me that Mike was fantastic.
When Mike arrived the morning, he was able to speak to my husband straight to describe work went to be done and why. Mike set up a clean outside and then snaked the drain. He was friendly, and worked hard to get the task done quickly. We had to wait for a couple of days for Mike's boss to come out and repair the drywall where Mike had cut to access the pipe (Mike did not know how to repair drywall). Both Mike and his boss came back out to repair the gutters, that was done fast and efficiently. I'll definitely call Mr. Rooter of San Mateo County and Mike for almost any future plumbing issues.
What I thought was a leak with my washing machine, turned out to become a problem of a drainage pipe that is slow. Washer repairman suggested I get the pipe. After calling a couple of places, I was able to get Mr. Rooter of San Mateo County to come out same day. After Michael Rogers came out the afternoon, he had been very professional and explained snaking the drain pipe was not going. We've got an older house and the pipe has been shaped in this way that the snake was obstructed. He said the alternative would be to put in a access. Obviously, I was clueless about what had to be done along with my husband was out on business.

Five star plumbing. To me it's practically an oxymoron. However, these guys are different. We have experienced a plumbing dilemma of roots under the driveway. Have had work completed by others to clear it this moment. Have had various estimates to perform a purposeful repair, but either the cost was too high or so the cost was ok but the job was never scheduled by these technicians or prior to starting work, they increased the cost. By comparison, Mike V. of Mr. Rooter gave cost and time estimates and started work the identical day. Inform us a selection of potential results that could cost more, upfront, depending on what the video showed. Took high quality, video that was narrated together with our address on it. The demand for more costly work was not discovered, but it was good to be informed upfront only. Finished on time and on budget.
