Excellent response time, I had a water heater break at 530pm and Progressive Plumbing was at my home within 30 minutes. Vic was professional and kind. I will call Progressive Plumbing first. I will recommend Vic to anybody who needs this support.
Excellent service was provided by victor. He managed to give me a quote over the phone (I knew precisely what was wrong, a clog in a certain sort of pipe), unlike any other plumber I called. He was flexible in scheduling, and he gave me a fair price when the job turned out to be somewhat larger than he anticipated. He unclogged the drain, and worked to keep the cost down. He also appears to be a great guy.
This is a reputable, dependable, consumer friendly, yet firm that is impressive. The owner knows how to evaluate any plumbing issues. I got a wrong information from another plumber. Our shower was not used by us . I'm happy we were referred to Progressive Plumbing. The problem was taken care of. No hassle, quick response, effective remedy. Also price that is reasonable. I would recommend this company to yelp followers, and my friends, family, colleagues, neighbors.
