This was the second time in a year we called you to get a crisis service. Sal was fantastic. He was prompt and very friendly. He listened to our difficulty. He asked amazing questions.He offered suggestions to solve our difficulty term. My spouse meets with a lot of plumbers and works in plumbing source. He thought highly of Sal. Sal didn't attempt to take short cuts. He was fast and clean. Not being able to use the water with two kids is hard. He had our difficulty. I won't have to! However, if another problem comes up you'll be our initial call next time! I would recommend you guys to loved ones or my friends! The pricing was fair particularly. I was told by the girl on the phone how active it had been from call to birth it had been less than 90 minutes! Sal didn't seem stressed or rushed the day, he did his job and saved!

Enjoy up our shower drain plug and we've used this service before. Louie and Angel did a fantastic job! Did the drain tube clean, however they substituted two leaking water cubes plus emptied our water heater at no charge! This was beyond and above our expectations! They also gave us their label drain upkeep liquid for use!

His house slippers and after inquiring about the problem went to function very pleasantly. When assessing his pipes he was courteous to my roommate. The whole group of Mr. Rooter worked together effectively and professionally. They arrived this time to determine why my main sewer line was clogged up. Since my wash out was not outside of the house (it is below the walkspace) the no-cost guarantee was not implemented. But instead of charging me the entire $400+ fee for a two man group, they dropped it . That was fantastic!
But after they came, they discovered a larger problem, which included digging up the line (it's nearly 60 years old) to discover the stoppage. The camera saw yet another break in the line. Every time, they were methodical and professional. They told me what went on and had been communicative.
P.S: No, they did not do all this! Ha ha!
As I trust the company and the men/women working there, I'd use them again for certain.
That is a thing that is rare these days.

We phoned Mr. Rooter to purge our main line after two toilets and one shower obtained clogged. Our Tech, Nick Rangel, has been quite helpful and very professional and showed up on time. He explained everything that has been going on so we are aware and understand. He got everything un-clogged and helped us place our bathroom back together, as the toilet attempting to repair the problem had been taken by us ourselves. We will surely call Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing problems that come up!

Mr. Louie Moreno was considerate, efficient, and thorough in working on our bathroom escape and snaking the tub drain. He explained what he would do ahead of time and recapped all he is done after making up a solution and assessing the situation. His quote was true. In all, a great service call.

This group of professionals required care of my own hair salon plumbing problems. Nick was a joy to see in action. This man really knows his job and does it with a grin on his face. Here is the third time that I've used them and perform the job they come out the same day, and clean up after the job is complete. Worth every penny. Thank you for being there when I needed you!

Mr Louie did a great job. They response really quick. I discovered the leakage day and they came on Thursday at 8:30. They gave us a discount on the final cost.

OMG!!! And did I mention the service I got on the telephone once I called Mr Rooter had been five star quality too so considerate made me feel assured that I was going to get help today and they even called to confirm within a half hour window that help is on the road so friendly and professional.

They must work to survey the problem gave me get components and the estimate had to head out and came back and fixed it and never did I feel like they had been looking at their watch.

Only had our house inspected after I had a plumber! Not just the exact same plumber left a tool down under the house.
That other plumbing company lost my business and anybody else's that will listen to my story.... It pays to shop around and of course look.
Husband said to phone somebody else for pointing me to Mr Rooter so I looked.

These guys were good -- they then scoped the sewer line all the way and worked at cleaning out the old pipes. They came on time that they worked very hard. They were considerate, kind and interested in the circumstance. If we need to, I will use them again, but I don't expect that will happen because they did a good job. They are strongly recommended by me!

Hiring and working with Mr. Rooter has been an extremely great experience. They knocked themselves out to solve my troubles and constantly explained me everything. I had copying backed up drains and when they had been called to correct this a second time, they went the additional distance of putting a camera and found exactly what was causing the problem. When they used the camera they didn't charge me for the appointment, or the return appointment. The work was major--required 6 working days, however they explained me everything so I knew exactly what to expect. These crews' work ethic was exceptional. They worked! So it wasn't a danger to anyone, and they cleaned every night before leaving the job, and procured it. In that was introduced at my door to me, their client relations was odd. In case you need to go to the expense and inconvenience of a plumbing job on your premises, this is the plumber to utilize for the finest possible experience. They do a great job on smaller jobs .

While I did not have a real"crisis" they came out within a few hours and were able to diagnose my problem - had a new water heater. They were able to replace the heater. I also had another difficulty that is nagging is fixed by them while they were here I had. No question I will call them needs. Infact I am compiling a list right now:)

Another in a series of excellent experiences with this company. By repairing a broken hose bib within my front yard seamlessly and quickly they have again exceeded expectations. I'd broken it and they discovered it had been installed. They reconfigured and reinstalled it and kept me informed of their progress. The cost was less than I anticipated. As a married couple you constantly wish services that you could rely on to take care of problems that come up. I am grateful for Mr Rooter who constantly meet with the need and under funding.
