On adding extra kitchen cabinets dennis Andrade did an outstanding job for me. He's willing to work with you on. Very responsive and reasonable. Did a professional occupation and made sure each cabinet were lined up. Quantified everything with no mistakes that are cutting. Highly recommend.

I was interested in getting my house. Dennis made an appointment to perform an estimate, then never showed up. I decided to give him a second opportunity and called him. To get a couple of days later we made another appointment. Guess what! A no show . He needs to say that up front, When he has more business than he can handle. People do not enjoy having their time wasted.
Denis and his crew were fantastic. Trustworthy, punctual and hardworking. So we had experience with many distinct builders we have only finisihed a significant renovation of our house. . .working with Denis's team was great and they even fixed some mistakes made without additional charge by other builders. They did a few framing, painting and drywall. Would definitely recommend and use again..Also, Denis is just one hundred percent honest, and after finishing this reno I would say that's an immense and significant factor.
I had my almost 100 year old Sears bungalow painted by this company (built in 1922). It had been badly in need of paint. These workers were polite, tidy and neat , highly professional and did a wonderful job painting my house. It appears like a residence. They did plenty of extra things that made everything seem great like cutting cable lines and eliminating them so that it disappears when you examine the house and painting my electric conduit. Denis painted master bathroom vanity, our basement, and our kitchen cabinets. Additionally he also set up a backsplash. Everything seems amazing and we are pleased with the results. Denis and his crew finished the tasks quickly and neatly and his quote were more than reasonable. We'd reccomend him highly for anyone.
We realized he did contracting work, and first used Denis for some painting. . .so we have him performing a renovation of our basement.
