I was put at ease with my call into the office. They were very accommodating to my household's situation. The fix need was at my parents house and that I had been anxious about a entrance window since I live 10 minutes away and have toddlers in the home.

To make a long story short, they over-charged us time which was not spent fixing our difficulty. After charging for 4 hours and possibly worked a total of 3 hours, they could not solve our problem and stated they'd need to break up our concrete driveway and dig out a 5 foot gap to acquire something which has been clogging a pipe out of it. They estimated it would cost near $5000. Not only were they unable to solve my dilemma, but a plumbing company came and gave me a quote of only $2500 to the same job. Turns out both companies simply was able to do THE JOB I HIRED THEM FOR with help and wanted to make the most of me as with 5 minutes of research I was able to locate a instrument that was $50. And neither of us is a plumber. Be careful and don't take advantage of by them.

If you don't want to be billed $190 for nothing don't call this company. In addition, the fee came after we decided to go with a different company that completed the job for cash that was 65% less. Be cautious together not to be taken advantage of if you go.

These guys are fantastic. They are always quick to respond and get there on time. They are as good as can be and do a fantastic job.

Our water heater went out. They came out the same day we called and set up a new water heater prior to noon. The customer service has been incredible We r pleased and would recommend this firm for any plumbing problem you might have.

Was disappointed by their lack of thought. Their van parked onto the sidewalk in front of my house and blocked my view. I requested them to move the van and they refused. Who does business like this? I wouldn't ever use their services.... ever. Shame on them.

Hal (President of the Business ) was quite professional and helpful, answering our questions. We scheduled the work and were impressed with their understanding. Troy and travis were fantastic, patient and answered our questions supplying advice. We will use them again and would certainly recommend them.

Our builder in Huntersville initially suggested this business. I was lucky to have had a mention once the time arrived. They have been used by me on a few occassions and they have been very affordable, comprehensive and respectful. Keep up the excellent work ethics.

Very unprofessional. Without considering it about replacing a water heater, insisted. As soon as they looked at it they said"Its older, I told you it'd have to be replaced!" Despite the fact that they stated it was working correctly. They even included the exclamation point. Really unbelievable.
