Overall Miles is. He answered our questions each in a clear manner and explained what he was doing. Was invaluable to us.
Miles gave us a couple options for running a water line to get a fridge we gave us costs of each and have in the garage. He said we can call to have the task performed along with an accurate quote.
Miles said it looked great and commented that we kept it maintained and filled also also checked our water softener brine tank. He explained the advantages of water heaters tanks requiring no maintenance and replaced monthly by Rayne. When our tank gives we intend to go that route.
summer, my wife and I moved into New River and our new house had a couple apparatus where we were completely unfamiliar: a reverse osmosis water filter system and a water heater. After ten months in our house we decided it was time to have these things so we contacted the firm whose sticker was attached to the softener and the RO tank, closed: North Valley Rayne. Miles were shipped by them to our home to provide the service. He was quite agreeable and came on time with all equipment. One of the first things removed his shoes so he wouldn't track in any dirt before entering our home. He then put a blanket down in the front of the sink cabinet so no dirt or water could get on the tile while he was working. A valve which Miles utilized saving us a substantial quantity of money had been abandoned by the prior owner. He quickly and expertly replaced the filters and employed hydrogen peroxide for cleaning to avoid a latent bleach flavor. He explained how vacant to ensure our water and to let the tank fill up has been clean tasting. He also confirmed that our fridge water line ran from the RO system, something we did not understand. Our water, which we enjoyed, tastes better.
I unreservedly recommend North Valley Rayne to anybody desiring service on water softeners, water heaters, or water filtering systems. I am convinced you will be pleased as my spouse and I were.

Once I got a mailer with this company's information so I gave them a Phone and this was My Own experience, I was looking for a water Purifier system:I got a call from someone regarding the encounter someone goes through trying to telephone them stating they got a message from their'calling service' I called! Here is an idea; see how that goes and telephone your company! I want nothing to do with you, until you're able to get something as basic as answering the telephone .

The telephone rang a good dozen times before an automatic system replied and said'your call is essential to us...' followed by'press 1 to talk to the upcoming available agent or two to leave a message.' 1 was pressed by me and got placed on hold to listed to elevator music. I got the same'for the upcoming press to leave a message press 2.' This endless loop went on for more than 10 minutes until I left a message that they'd have to pay me to do business with a business not competent enough to answer the phone and pressed on on two.

These guys are the My first and only option in water heaters and RO systems. Do I love the exchangeable tank system, however, the service is second to none. It is like having a good friend who happens to be in the softener company that I hope next time Dave is to say hello. Good people you can trust, and a small business. Thank you Dave and Matt!

My highest recommendation to Rayne. Day appointment, rayne made. Kam, the tech, showed up on time was personable and very courteous. He jumped to service assess the Water Softener, the system, and the water heater. He give me a very clear explanation as to what things to watch out for and how the systems worked. Lastly, the price was very reasonable!

We'll only use Rayne. We just purchased a new house. The water tank was toast, the water softener was leaking, there was plumbing work and also the reverse osmosis system had repaired. Rayne was the third party company to provide their quote to us. The two were out in 15 min after giving us estimates for replacing everything. Turns out we didn't need new filters and the water softener had a reparable crack in it that cost $1000 less to fix than replacing it. Needles to say Miles mended everything great and saved $1000's compared to other guys! Always calling them!

I give these guys 5 stars, nothing but fantastic support and honesty. I had two water softeners break down over 1 week of one another. The first time around, I had another company come out and give a quote, they wanted to bill me 1500.00 for a brand new water softener. I wanted a second opinion, The Rayne plumber came within 15 minutes he had it up and running, placing a hose on the softener, charging me just. The next water softener same exact issue, (distinct property). I am sold on Rayne, and they'll get my company hands down!!!, when it comes time to replace the softeners Prompt, reliable people.

When for whatever reason Integrity Water did not appear for a scheduled appointment and failed to return my call I contacted they and Rayne did a fantastic job. The support team scheduled an appointment which match my calendar and the technician showed up when they said they were going to appear and mended my RO system (tank needed to be replaced) and replaced the filters. I would highly recommend them and will use Rayne going forwards.

We were surprised at the water softener prices. Very aggressive, good prices. They offer an choice to lease the equipment rather than buy. This enabled us to try it before committing (which we did buy it a couple of months afterwards ). The best part is the continuing service. Customer support is known by these guys and it is lived by them. I have rarely met with a company with such dedication. They bent over backward for us on a couple occasions. I highly recommend Rayne out of North Valley!
