We called again a year after same drain same issue. They can in. They moved to truck and quoted $220. I contested. May of the year that I initialed the $59"diagnostic fee". (it's a clogged drain!!! Dahhh). Went outside to truck came back in $350. Showed them continued check from 2017 (really who uses checks anymore fortunately I did) went outside to truck. Came back and told me nicely if u leave me a review I will perform the job for $99 fee.
Be care and be sensible if you get hold of them. The two x's was to make a phone call and do me a massive favor. All three times sink the exact same clog. This really is a racket in my view although I know increases. And that's Yelp is a place to leave feedback. On leaving a good review or no review I struggled. I felt this was the thing. Tell everyone who reads this to beware of the 1st price. At least get them out to their truck for u a better price. Yet another plumber. I won't use AZ PLUMBING SERVICE AGAIN
We have used this company three times once on Christmas Eve -drain backed up 2016 $175 at 7pm charges.

I had them come out to take a look at my leaking water heater. They said that because it was Sunday I would be charged more by them but if I waited till Monday the price would be more economical. So I waited. They then come out on Monday and took literally 30 seconds to look at my water heater quoted me $2300 to replace it using exactly the exact same model. I declined. Got another certified company to perform it (identical version ) for $1100. I can't think they needed $1200 more! Seems scammy to me personally. Oh and incidentally, Arizona Plumbing charged me $59 due to their"yup it needs to be replaced" 10 minute evaluation.

I had a kitchen faucet replaced and Arizona Plumbing Services did the setup. I am quite particular as to how the tap is put and Shawn listened to my concern. Overall I was very pleased with Shawn and his ability to do the job. Thank you Shawn.

The absence of proactive outreach just isn't acceptable, although I know things can happen. They ought to have known to advise they had staffing problems.
Scheduled an appointment a week. On the afternoon of service called them 11am to confirm the plumber was still scheduled. Was told they might attempt to get outside someone and had parted ways with their residential plumber but may want to reschedule for a different day.

When nobody else would, they arrived. A single mom and 4 kids were very grateful. I would not have predicted first and foremost because of the hours posted in yelp if I'd read this review. Gary arrived at 7 pm on a Sunday evening. Who does that? . I called 12 plumbers. Gary had jobs facing mine. Thank you!

He explained everything he found along with providing me a quote before he ever started the repair was quite clearly and concisely. He had all the tools and replacement parts needed already on their company truck, therefore there was no time getting parts from some other company like Home Depot. He simply got to work and didn't mind at all I watched him asking questions. He also didn't attempt to up-sell me for any other services. Johnny focused on the job at hand and did an amazing job, after I accepted the fair estimate!
I was very impressed with him with Arizona Plumbing Services. I never believed I'd be taking the opportunity but in my experience, Arizona Plumbing always sends plumbers like this one - knowledgeable, always professional and always honest. Another thing people will need to realize based on my experience is they always finish their work.
They've always taken good care of my organization and my home for the past ten years!

Thody I had the emergency and it was at my property! The toilet in our master bathroom leaked so much after flushing the staircase ran up to tell me water even came down and our ceiling leaked too.
I had a very serious plumbing problem from the restroom of my master bedroom now (Sunday). I phoned Arizona Plumbing Services because I remembered them. In addition, I have heard our control say what a fantastic job they do if my company needs plumbing services - even in emergencies.
A plumber named Johnny looked at my door, Once I spoke to someone pleasant dispatch staff. Johnny was amazing! He was not just professional but it was clear he was a master-plumber. I anticipated a fantastic plumber from this company understanding their job but Johnny surpassed all expectations!
I am happy to advocate Arizona Plumbing Services together with my assurance for any commercial or commercial plumbing issue or need.

We needed help in a rush. A true emergency.

For an"emergency based" service, they'd taken nearly two days to repair the issue in our apartment complex... Two. Days. Are you telling me that the tub literally spewing up stool is not an emergency? Nobody can take showers or perhaps use the toilets (also backed up!) . The apartment smells. You adhere to it when you tell management you'll be there within a particular time frame, although I can understand they're busy. It is now 4PM and they hardly fixed it. This company said they'd be within three hours. . at 10AM. That's unacceptable, even giving them an hour. They work quicker for solo customers if I know, but it looks like those folks are frustrated also. They really should learn professionalism and time management.
EDIT: The plumber came by to make sure everything was finally in order. He had been unnecessarily sassy. We asked why it happened (maybe not the first time it had been backed up like this), and he moved into a spiel of"we are the only animals who use the bathroom in their houses and use toilets so duh". . Not what we requested, but thanks for the lesson about humans. Could have just clarified the pipes, or hell, even a"it just happens once in a while" would've been improved.

We've used them. The first was to install 2 new bathrooms. One turned out to be a significant job as it didn't have a flange under it and some of the cement floor had to be jackhammered out to put one in. We had been shown so we know it was a issue, what the difficulty was before they did the work. We had them put in a brand new and replace water lines and the taps from the kitchen sink and two bathrooms. The plumbers worked to have the work done and were thoughtful. No talking on their mobiles or loitering. Very considerate, knowledgeable and hard working. The plumbers put in a line and also took care of our problem. I don't have any clue how their costs compare as we haven't gotten bids some of those times. Their work is trusted by us and that is what's most important for us.

. Obsessed with getting payment even though its on its way. Don't even let you breathe for a moment. Do not use them because you need to deal with their front office people.

Purchased a water heater out of Lowe's and Arizona Plumbing Services installed it. Water heater is right next to the water softener Water softener started leaking after the installation. Arizona Plumbing Services sent the support man out and of course he refused bumping in my water heater or causing any damage. We determined the bypass valve had been cracked and components would be 200 in phoning GE. We're currently working to try to resolve the matter but so far Lowe's is offering $100 - great deal for all. Very dissatisfied.

My water softener was leaking out of the valve. I phoned Arizona Plumbing Services to get a fix. Upon review they said I needed a valve that was new. I purchased one from the manufacturer. They came out to put in it and it still leaked. They said I needed new O-rings. So I purchased those from the manufacturer as well. They came out yet again and installed everything, and it still leaked! This time worse than before, the water purifier needed to be disconnected to prevent my garage. They told me to call the manufacturer to fix it. I invested $200 on parts and labor plus I had a leaky water purifier! I would not recommend this company.
