Matthew came out to fix a faucet in my shower, plus he fixed two bathrooms which not flushed nicely and cleaned a drain. He was scheduled me quickly and very responsive to my request to get a quote. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He fixed everything perfect - everything is working great and it's been several weeks. I will definitely use Pacific Pipes for many future plumbing needs.

Now the 10 celebrities, you ask? Because first, Matt did quality work. He spent hours and hourstook parts home to soak them solution, used tools, and did not once seem frustrated. He told me they're not, and that occasionally valves are easy, and that's just how it goes. He did not ask me, although I'd give some extra $ to make up for all of the work he did to him.
I'd if there were a way to provide 10 stars! I will use him for any project going forward.
In addition, he asked me if I wanted to save old lath strips they cut out. My answer was YES! For all those of you who have had to spot lath-and-plaster walls, acquiring the older lath strips is a lifesaver! The courtesy of asking this was very much valued. His assistant (?) Was fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves.
I had plumbers tell me they would not even take the job unless I replaced with contemporary fixtures. I clarified that I wasn't opposed I wanted to keep the vintage trim if at all possible, although if the vintage valves/cartridges/stems could not be replaced. Second - I had a plumbers tell me it was a project and bid me $2,500 - $3,500. These were the outliers from the majority although I am not a plumbing contractor.
I bid a repipe project that is reasonably small to a number of well-reviewed plumbers. I'd copper horizontal supply lines beneath the home but the 3 lines supplying the toilet, the sink, and the shower - were with NO dielectric union. So, before I installed my new vanity I decided to have them replaced with copper. Additionally, I wanted to maintain the 1930's shower and tub fixtures on the shower.
But why did we pick Matt? We enjoyed him the best. When I asked about refurbishing the existing fixtures, matt did not blink an eye. He said he had completed several in the region. Second, his quote wasn't fair. It wasn't the cheapest but it was within the selection. He was straightforward, did not talk down to me (many contractors do), and a timely communicator.

Matt even came in below estimate-when's the last time that happened and did an amazing job fixing our kitchen drain? He was professional, comprehensive, and prompt.

I have worked for a few small jobs at several properties with Matt and the experience had been top-tier everytime. Very responsive with communication that is continuing throughout. Details: I was looking for a kitchen faucet swap that is simple, the old one was busted & I had bought a new one. I thought it wouldn't be difficult to quote over the telephone, but each of the firms I attained wanted to send a technician to the house first (free of cost ) to get a quotation. Being on a time crunch, I reluctantly consented. It appears they prey on hope & that you will agree to the fix there on the place.

Matt is a friendly and trusting plumber. Written quote and the quote differed for a job that was little and he didn't have a component to the occupation, so he left a 1 day into a 2 day job, 3 days apart. He is recommended by me get the quote in writing before you commit.

Called Matt to replace fill valve etc in bathroom. We made a plan tomorrow to do the work but he phoned me back saying he had time today. He was professional and pleasant, showed up on time, and immediately replaced of the parts from the toilet tank. He even took time notify me and to look at a couple of issues. Price was reasonable. Matt is outstanding. I would recommend him for smallish and large jobs. Reliable and knowledgeable. I give him and his firm my recommendation and I am cynical fine, and highly critical. Seeing his solitary lukewarm review, it seems unfair--nobody has a crystal ball and not every problem can be identified ahead of the start of the job--the range of work changes on projects, large and small, out-of-stock components are sometimes required. I will use him again and refer him to everybody I know.

Clogged shattered a pipe under the sink and disposal. Pacific Pipes returned my phone within 15 minutes and arrived right away. Very considerate, fixed it and the Issue was a
