When it came to communication it had been just like pulling teeth. Since they didn't stay in touch with us we constantly had to initiate contact. Setting up a time for your job to begin was hit and miss. We asked Prashant to get a start date, but he never responded. Luckily I had the cellphone number, and so I called him of the contractor. We guestimations when they did begin, time frames. They would say so might come out in this very day and we would not hear from anyone. They had a hard time. We were told the contractor was going to cover it, although the tile man thought we purchased all the supplies for your job. We had to run to Rocklin several times to get different tile material. They took some of the material prices.
The staff is nice (especially Ted and Joe) and the job they do is very excellent. Our greatest two complaints were they didn't communicate well and they stuck to the timelines. We were having tile and a brand new tub . It kept shifting, although a quote was received by us for a single cost. The initial quote included the tub and demo, all of the parts, labour and materials (except tile). We did attempt to cut the price by doing our demo because we can get one we wanted, and the contractor suggested we pick our tub. So we bought our tub, did the demo and bought all of the materials for tile. The cost went down about $150. Ultimatly we were told that the cost was really great, but we shopped around although that seemed me off. So we didn't question it and proceeded on. In hindsight I should've done some research.
We were told the job would take. It lasted 2 weeks. They began before last and everything was finished. They subcontractored the job to several folks. 1 man did the tub install, another 2 did the drywall as well as one individual for the tile. Monday the tub was set up on that 1st. Then there was no work completed on Wednesday or Tuesday, because the drywall man was not offered. They did, although they kept saying we'll allow you to know. We had already taken time off work, so it was inconvenient to miss these days of work. The drywall was put up on hardibacker installed Friday and Thursday. The following Monday the tile man came out. He finished his work. He had been busy, although then the contractor was supposed to come out to set up the fixtures. Then we advised the siding man finish patching a hole in the wall up and to come out on Tuesday. He didn't show up if he was supposed to, so that he had to come back the following day. Now everything is complete we're happy with the end results, but it took way.
All and all of the work is actually nice and they were quite reasonably priced. The folks we worked with were really pleasant and curtious. They just have to improve their communication skills, reaction time and project completion time frames. We had to make last minute childcare plans to adapt their timelines that were changing and missed a lot of work.

I needed to call them almost every day to get confirmation that a different replacement shower was ordered. I got confirmation that an order was placed through home depot on Feb 7th with an expected delivery date of the 12th of Feb,
Pacific Rooter and plumbing aren't only incompetent but are Crooks.
That plumber indicated that we place Calking about the gap to fix it.
The house depot order for the replacement shower never came.
2 weeks later after performing sheet rock and the end work install the shower enclosure round I discovered that there was a massive gap between shower wall pieces and the shower foundation piece.
They were initially contacted by me install back in Mid November 2018,
This was refused by me as a solution and they agreed to reinstall the shower. Following a week of calling emailing and texting to program the fix I had been informed that they could not return to work on it
After the work was completed and that I paid ,
On Jan 28 a technician from Pacific Rooter and Plumbing came out and instead of correctly reinstalling the shower ended up destroying a number of the shower bits and damaging the sheet rock much worse that what was required to reinstall the shower.
The manufacturer informed me that this was completely wrong and would leak if I used the shower.
I agreed to hire them after receiving the bid to get a shower setup, to do the installation on the 3rd week of November After doing out the tear myself they did not appear when they said they would, I needed to contact them to be able to be informed they couldn't make it out and had to reschedule for a week later.
Despite telling them that there were showers in stock in Fresno they never proceeded to pick up one. They maintained that they were not able to obtain the parts through Ferguson also it took me emailing them the confirmation for it to be acknowledged by them as option, I got from Ferguson. I continued to phone calling their office only to be constantly promised that it would only be"a few more times, so we Will Have the Ability to do it "
This sounded questionable so I contacted the maker.
I even went to a Sacramento Ferguson place myself to look for a different customer that occurred to be damaged from a preceding bulk order.
I requested a few times to provide me because it had been difficult to get a hold of them and get upgrades.
I called today to ask for my money back and has been treated really disrespectfully. The person on the phone told to to"go ahead go ahead and press charges"
I set it in a couple of hours myself like Their technician had completed without damaging it.
I lost hope in their honesty and ordered the Right shower myself through home depot
So far I am out over 3,100 dollars which does not incorporate the time that I have spent trying to convey with this company and help them monitor a shower or the excess time and money it takes to correct the sheet rock round the shower that they installed incorrectly then subsequently butchered.

**The shower I ordered myself during home depot came in a bit over a week, nevertheless had minor damage. I then reordered and obtained another shower in a week and a half! **
I am very disappointing by the treatment lack of responsibility and disrespect I've received from this company.

I informed Pacific rooter and plumbing who delivered a plumber to come out to assess days.

I would if I could give zero stars. I wouldn't expect this company to do work around my house. They don't adhere which you consented and their work is shoddy. And of course that they reeked of cigarettes. No thank you. I'll find somebody else next time.

This company was great to use! The quote was free, the price was without throwing fair. The plumber that came (Daniel Mansfield) was friendly and helpful. He answered my questions with kindness and patience. I will certainly use this company again, when I have more plumbing needs! Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, December 9, 2017. I was given a window that was open from 2 pm - 4pm. I called at 3pm to affirm the plumber was coming. The man on the phone ensured me that the plumber will phone me and let me know he's on his way, and said . I did not get a call and am typing this comment.
