Performance Plumbing saved the day for us!
We were without hot water for 3 days. We called many areas to come out but no one could -- either because they were reserved or stated our water heater was too outdated. A friend recommended Performance Plumbing, I gave them a call and they were in our location within a few hours. The guy who arrived at our house (I'm blanking on his name) Was very knowledgeable, patient and nice. He repaired the issue in a few minutes at a price that was affordable and educated me for a few minutes on why I want to replace my water heater along with the options available. Performance Plumbing is my brand new to go -- so happy to have discovered them!
The bathroom in the apartment wasn't fixed nicely. The plumber arrived and fixed it. He found the water wasn't filling up and replaced the filling valve. All was done for a reasonable price and quite professional.
Dennis arrived and saved us . We awakened to a garage filled with water and a clogged main. We'd predicted several plumbers we have used earlier but all were booked all weekend. I thankful I did not get through to my men because I could not be happier with the support from Performance Plumbing. The service was professional and effective and Dennis was able to browse our old pipes in ways that have thwarted over.
The cost was reasonable. I know who I'll call next time.

Once I threw out some despised food, that immediately clogged my garbage disposal, I used these terrific individuals again for a time. Then I came up with the brilliant idea of adding some Drano (which only made the problem worse by hardening the Chinese food inside the pipes and leaving a noxious chemical odor all night long).
What I love about this company is the fact that it has its act together: from the workplace individuals who answer the telephone to the plumber who shows up. They provide excellent service to their customers and charge a fee. I never feel like I have been ripped off or have dealt with dishonest people. They're warm, friendly, and extremely efficient! I can't recommend them highly
I couldn't be more happy! Mike did a great job and communicated perfectly. I've had and I really appreciate the good service and friendly way from the office team and Mike.
Very satisfied with the service. Our garbage disposal blocked over the weekend and they were able to come out on Monday day (the same day I called). The plumber was favorable and fixed the issue in about one hour. I found their price to be reasonable. I use them again.
1) They provide a window of time for appointments and stick to this 99% of the time
2) They are honest and thorough with their job. Mike has spent hundreds of hours explaining things and making plans.
3) They are good to use for a number of work. Sometimes I need them to simply snake a drain or fix a garbage disposal. Other times, it's currently replacing a hot water heater or reacting to a crisis.
4) They beat out most competitors prices and provide higher quality customer service and work.
In general , it gives me great reassurance to know I've a plumber I can trust and can work with successfully.
I've known Mike for at least 1/2 of my lifetime disclosure. If you ever needed to trust somebody with high standards, experience and care, Mike and Performance Plumbing staff are your goto. Experience, quality of work, comprehension of finer things about building and to build things so the last as long as possible is that which makes a person like Mike and his staff and a difference between a typical Joe. Phone them before having it done wrong and having to pay again to perform it, if you would like to have the job done correctly the first time.
If you think that as a customer you want to be treated with respect, understanding and honestly, and feel that being treated exactly the way one treats family is a good thing, do not look any further, because Mike is that sort of a human being.
Dennis has my 5 stars. They gave a reasonable window of two hours after I called, and he came within the time. (That's 2 stars right there) He then looked in an unbolted toilet chair and a leaky faucet. He was upfront with the possible work completed and the cost (toilet reset). (+1 star) he was courteous (maybe not condescending-I get condescended a lot by support people, I think that it's because'm an Asian female) and businesslike. (+1 star). He didn't charge extra for it, gave some recommendations it won't leak again, and inspected then immediately adjusted my faucet. (+1 star) Thank you! Oh wait, I believe I gave 6 celebrities, oh well, he/they despise it!
This really is my second review of Performance Plumbing. I have used this company a number of times over the previous ten decades. They did a sewer line replacement at Nob Hill for the house. They were efficient, thorough and did the work for a very reasonable cost (not the cheapest quote I got, however far from the most expensive; anyways, you get the work that you pay for).
Mike and vlad went over and beyond to find the work done to minimize the inconvenience for the tenants. I strongly recommend them.
.kept on calling they're stating they're coming soon soon. . And end of 3 hrs..they said did not have appitment today. . Its next week..they why they kept on saying he's coming along with all of the lies. .
Never go to them. . Make sure confirm over and over your appitment if u proceed, with them . .
Favorable family treatment from knowledgeable and specialist people with reasonable pricing for a job well done. That is exactly what you may expect and so fast to arrive also. All around plumbing that is best experience ever!

Had a great experience with these men. Called today (Saturday) at 1pm and they had been at my home by 2pm. Vlad was helpful and explained what he had been doing while he had been doing it. It ought to have cost me $45 + $95 for both the sink and the toilet, but since he was able to knock both out in under 30 min, he only charged me the $95. I really enjoy the service that is honest rather than being nickeled and dimed. I will certainly call these men for any future plumbing issues.
Another job done by Vlad. Replaced 2 old water heaters on funding and faster than planned with no problems. On time on exceptionally professional and funding.
I called them up and they showed up in an hourand a wonderful guy showed up! Mike has energy that is great and got the job done quickly and well. He explain to us what's occurring to the piping. We were able to get to problem solved and go to bed feeling better by midnight that day. Thank you
We had a kitchen sink emergency on a Saturday night at 10pm. Water backed up and we had help that night.
I had a problematic main sewer line (now replaced). My house warranty sent out some yahoo who left sewage in my backyard and used my own garden hose.
These were the"2nd tier" men that the insurer sent out when I had to provide the 1st men the boot. They really know their. . Very fast professional and on-time.
