I needed a full blown Pelican Whole House Water System installed, comprising four individual subsystems to obtain water quality for the family home. We contracted Petersen Plumbing to substitute our sewer . During my discussion with Taylor the proprietor, he said someone would need to appear and provide a quote. He said he wanted the task and could get it done fast as he was"hungry" to get work. This ought to have been an indication. We had another high estimate from a different plumbing co and was reluctant to tell him exactly what the price was. For some reason he said he'd do it for $1500 and his hourly rate was $168 hr and wished to agree on price on the telephone. Then he sent something about a month afterwards saying he was on leave and he'd need to get back to me return. He said" My technician gave you a bid cost for work which you signed and approved per touch and we finished. I really do know you as I'm on medical leave and will be happy to figure out a solution once I return." I'm pretty sure as that has been 4 months 20, he has been back at work for a while.

I experienced a crisis on a Sunday day, any by Monday had everything fixed and working smoothly thanks to Peterson Plumbing Services. Buyer Beware - Peterson Plumbing has CHANGED - their pricing their dedication, their service. I have used them for the entire 15 years I've lived in MV. I receive my sewer clean out snaked once and it lasts the whole year. This season - they came out over a month - spent ONE HOUR here and billed me $400. My wash outside is clogged - called out them to seem and they desired to CHARGE ME AGAIN for searching!! Will never use them again and you should not either unless you want to pay exorbitant amounts with any type of guarantee or absolutely no customer loyalty. I believe that they're gouging it is WINTER given.
