We had a pipe leak that required attention. We called several companies and chose to give the job to Petty's Plumbing later meeting with Ron (the owner).
Our plumbing problem was solved by ron quickly and professionally. And, in addition to being a nice man, he charged us less than we'd expected.
I recommend Petty's Plumbing!

We spent about 30 minutes. Afterwards, I emailed him a diagram of this undertaking. After waiting three weeks, I predicted. He would offer the quote shortly and said he'd been really busy. It's been weeks and have not heard from him. The project was too large for him. Whatever the case, I wouldn't hire. He must have stated if he did not need the job.

I called a few local places on Yelp and left a couple of voicemails as nobody picked up (including Ron). After going out to the property he came out to camera and then was unable to remove the clog it. Upon his arrival a second plumber has been departing who had come by to provide a quote.
This job is going to cost a few thousand dollars because of dividing of the concrete underneath the property getting there is a couple quotes not necessary but a must.
Both of which can be negatives.
The home at this point is completely unusable and that has been assessed by him. After waiting for two days, for Ron to leave the job without supplying a quote for working on the matter is unprofessional. It points to his inability to operate with contest from the Monterey area on a project or his lack of relaxation.
As I was abroad my duplex in Monterey had a clog from the sewer line. The renters called Roto rooter and roto rooter wasn't able to purge it.
Soon after, Ron calls me to say that after two days of waiting to find a quote out of him and two days of the renters coordinating a time with him to proceed, he isn't going to provide me with a quote as there was another plumbing company there. Given the fact that the plumbing was unusable for 3 days, Ron's response here's cost the renters and me several days. On top of which I will need to give lodging for those renters as I go to find a quote from them.

I have had properties I have had sons and Ron work on and also the workmanship has been excellent. I have had them replace entire plumbing systems, repair irrigation gear and replace sewer lines. I have always been satisfied and the rates are fair.

I wasn't able to resolve the problem myself so I called Ron ago and he managed to fit me in on a busy Monday. Ron is a man of his word, and also quite clean.

He returned the next day as promised without charging me an additional service call and installed the component. I truly appreciated that. These days it's hard to find somebody who returns gives provider, calls promptly, shows up on time and does the work right for a fair price. I highly recommend.

I called these men around 8AM on a Monday morning and at our place they were from 930. Usually I fix plumbing issues on my own, but this one was really beyond my basic abilities. Two well mannered took a glance at the issue and over 90 seconds among them was away to pick up while work was began by the other. They made quick work of it all, charged a very fair price and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. I can't recommend them enough.
