Nancy

Stupid as the create em!
Call someone else
I.now Paid for it twice
Following there work of years of ago on a lateral sewer line. They failed to link a lateral sewer without altering the orannberg pipe which was there
Lies lies lies.

The technician was there for one hour! Come on! And this is the 2nd time. I will never use them again.
This really is a case. A easy drain cleaning and valve for $700!

I am done with this corporation. I recently called a issue I had at my business to be fixed by them. They arrived and fixed the matter. That was great and all but the pricing was through the roof. For fixing a issue, $2400. I should have contacted another corporation. They also set a hole in the wall to install a fresh pipe and they stated it's not part of the bill and that it will cost additional. I paid $2400 for unclogging for fixing the holes additional. Want to fix a plumbing problem? Roto rooter Isn't the business for you

Miguel was effective and timely with replacing a de snare all in an hour and clearing a drain that is blocked. Was able to have the problem solved in less than 12 hours which makes my job as a real estate manager that much simpler.

1950 home re-plumbed from Roto-Rooter Monterey. Water input to final output needed attention and I wanted licensed qualified tradesmen. Following four years of maintenance and motel possession I believed this company always brought plumbers let alone sewer workmen. My job was challenging and skilled decisions were made to fix it right. I was happy there wasn't any nonsense. These folks worked hard in areas that were brutal and manage kind courtesy of my family. Chuck Tony, Juan, Dave and all reception I have dealt with over time, you are just five stars. It's always nice to feel that you get what you pay for many thanks.

They were late however, the plumber didn't charge for parts and fixed the issue since he was in fact. Did a fantastic job on a difficult to correct toilet! I recommend them

Raymond, your employee and his team are officiant and honest hard working people. Crew was really trust worthy, allowing them to access my private home with me not attended. Raymond was always replayment. On his off day. Thank you roto rooters

Will never be utilizing their service. Since I handle rental properties in the area, will probably be taking my entire company to another more reasonably priced and more experienced plumber.
Called them to get a water heater leaking in the bypass/pressure valve. They quoted $400 to $500 to replace valve and came out. Inform them how much to install pressure regulator they said $200. Asked them to execute the work thinking total will be $600 to $700.
They send an technician to do the work charging the speed of a technician that is experienced.
The man kept buying the parts that were wrong and needed to make multiple trips. He didn't know how to do the job so kept calling his co-worker to inquire how to do things that are particular. A job that should have taken a plumber to 2 hours to finish ended up taking 4 hours.
In the end of it all, I get a bill from the company for more than 1,000 for all the time and effort that has been spent (plus additional trips to the parts store).

Had them come out to fix copy in kitchen sink. Told brother n law it would be $375 just to snake the drain pipe 50 ft out to front of house, then changed his story when I got there and told me it'd be $375 just to go 25 ft, and yet another $375 to go another 25 ft outside to the front, and would yield no warranty it would fix the issue. I said"no thanks" and sent him away. Do not employ these thieves. Look at the horrible reviews and evaluations they've on Consumer Affairs site. Run the other way.

Roto Rooter sent out service tech Abran over the time period they promised. Abran was respectful, courteous, and clear in what he intended to do, how much it would cost and what he encountered, what was wanted. He was considerate of my time and my home. He was trusted by me , and that I appreciated his service and his demeanor. That is so important.

I wouldn't use this support.
Pretty bad encounter. An appointment was made by me because we have a peculiar odor in the house. I had been excited to have a person come out to take a look and scope our sewer line. 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment window, they called and began asking a bunch of questions about how big the crawl space and suggested that they could refer me to another plumber.... I took a day from work to be here with this appointment. I inquired if they could just scope the sewer line. They stated they could but just if I gave them measurements of the crawl space. I am staying in my parents house and could not answer all of their queries. I attempted to answer the queries, however, found it very frustrating. It was clear that they didn't want to do this particular job. Unprofessional and strange, so we finally canceled the appointment.

Roto-Rooter went a step further by adding the blade and billed less than 1/2 the cost for exactly the same job, although both companies were very considerate.
Rather I called Roto-Rooter who billed a total of $165 on Memorial Day. Roto-Rooter utilized a sword on the snake which cleaned out the tree roots that were nice and solved the issue.
I see so I nearly did not predict Roto-Rooter, other's had bad experiences, but I was desperate and they were fantastic! Maybe it had to do with getting a tech --that his name was Pierce.
A snake was needed by my principal line. Reliable billed $328, had come before and did not use a blade. later, the issue returned. It was Memorial Day and Reputable desired $438 to come and do it.

They came out to fix a bathroom drainage problem to get a house we just obtained. Not sure how long the house had been vacant but we understand from experience, stuff solidifies in the lines once the plumbing is not used in awhile. Technician spent hours beneath the house searching for the drain only to find out it was a separate system (found out we had two working septics). He could not clear it beyond a certain length so that he needed to call a jetter into do the job. It cost greater than originally quoted but once we found that the sink ran slow they did not charge us. In the first circumstance, trigger was the main line to the septic, in the next scenario, sink and the sink were obstructed. Technician stated that since they were separate issues, the warranty did apply; nonetheless, he explained his supervisor told us to not bill. Not once, did they do work without quoting and asking us. I think the technicians as well as the office have been very specialist

Called and said they can't get here for a couple hours. That's fine faster than other places. Called me back 45 min later to inform me that they are booked for today and nobody will come. This is after I canceled. Now the plumber is booked and I got a house full of water. Thank you for your incompetence.

I provide them an Failing grade on client service skills, job performance, all levels, accounting, and administrative integrity. .
Money hasn't been an issue , and we would of happily paid for services. Point is, we were all told, including the tenants, that there would be no charge in any way, no charge. .
.Now we're left with verbal abuse by the owner of the organization and a fabricated invoice... Roto rooter wants to clean their own pipeline filled with incompetent employees, disturbed owners and poor pragmatics.
In my 50 years on the earth, I have never been treated with such disrespect, combined with cerebral insults. Conversation started out with"your spouse is a liar"... Let me start from the beginning...
Fast forwards, here comes a 130 dollar bill in the email. . Telephone call with owner by my spouse. Owner says for my wife,"you are a liar, we never said that you wouldn't be billed."
So after being called a liar, and ignorant, I advised them they'd be receiving a letter. .
Roto rooter has been out to our house 3 days in a 6 week period. . The last visit was last week and just two weeks after the previous visit. .
Unbelievable. . I really do believe that some people need to have an adult pragmatics class in proper manners. . What happened to proper and decency phone etiquette. .
After this visit the man said there would be no charge, and we left. He stated why there was no charge because they had come to the house for the repair 2 weeks 24, was.

Love to encourage our local companies that are little but in this case, I can do so. Is too unprofessional to take care of. No matter with plumbing services but this particular gate keeper is one.

This group kicks ass. They saved my company and made me feel cared for. A hard working group that I won't ever forget. Thank you Joe, Ramiro and notably Jeanie who made the impossible happen. I love you all so much!

I'd give them one star because the plug in didn't really clear, but gave yet another to them since the telephone reps and technician were very personable.
The technician responded fast, when our kitchen drain plugged on a Sunday. Unfortunately, they broke the drain pipe and flooded the wall. I know that plumbing coverage doesn't accept responsibility.
A different plumber who fixed the pipe was called by us, without breaking it 19, and the plug cleared.

By far one of the WORST experiences. I normally love to reassess about great experiences, especially when businesses attempt to go above and beyond to meet customers, but I must say, Roto-Rooter just care about their clients, they just need money. I had called these guys to fix a problem, but ended up doing a job which required me to call them THREE times afterwards for the exact same problem. Of course, they charged me an arm and a leg every time. After calling a fourth time to get the same problem, the owner begins yelling at me saying that I have. Fantastic customer support right? Save the problem, and the money, and use another plumbing support. I cannot fathom how horrible Roto-Rooter is.
