Quick respectful. I had flushed a item and they were there to repair it. They had a cost for the occupation that might have been a bit expensive for the work they had to do, but that you call a professional!

The only drawback is if you don't have a legitimate emergency you're unlikely to find a exact same day appointment. I called on a Friday morning the next Monday and the first appointment was 2pm.
The reception service was wonderful and patient with all of my questions such as if it goes over a certain amount could I pay part in money and part .
So my normal way of utilizing professionals around the house is to self diagnose and inform them what I think needs to be carried out and exactly what I have attempted. We had a slow draining shower/bath that had become a shower/bath that is draining. Since we snaked and brought nothing up and used every chemical known to man... we believed oh the suction item on the roof has to be the issue.

Well would not you know, the man has been and met with the partner in crime at the house, well, a genuine professional. He listened to some little amateur show diagnostic and proceeded to explain that using no drain being slow in the house that was not what was needed. He jumped to snake another entry into the machine and viola. Now I can take showers again.

The changing of the size of 1/2 inch @ 1/2 hour of this hose Bibb, the job on the toilet @ 20 minutes. Parts price @ $50.00 retail.
So he didn't try to guarantee the faucet, when he came back, he was not earning any extra money. He restored the correct pipe size. So the faucet is loose, and I paid for the setup. Shame! Look at photographs on the workmanship of this setup, it speaks for itself.
This is the pipes work done. $225.00 bucks to replace a ballcock and flapper on the toilet, $125.00 to change the hose bibb.
The plumber didn't say the faucet was too small to fit into the space, and it could not be secured by him, so he rigged a plastic pipe and screwed to the top of the siding's surface.

Desired pipes inspections for a house sale. They AFTER the appointment time TWICE!! Left a voicemail! After because of truck that was busted; once'backed up' even though we were scheduled at 9:30 AM. 'No one else available to help'! Sellers, buyers, representative left standing with legal, contractual deadlines to fulfill!! Thankfully, all parties and the change collaborated. We hired a plumber to complete the job!
Seems people are on them. Unfortunately, I was not. Ownership needs to engage more people, get better at scheduling (we were on their books at least 4-5 days beforehand ), mend their trucks or all the above! Very irritating lesson to understand and I'll tell all I know who hire pipes or buy/sell houses...
BEWARE!! Too many excellent plumbers in town. Go elsewhere!

Haven't even received support yet but my pipes had burst and I could not shut the water off myself. I called someone at Pipes R Us and they sent over a gentleman to give me a hand while anticipating my fix turning the water off. I felt cared for and I appreciated the measure of support they provided me. I also enjoyed the advice what a cost of work is so I didn't get swindled anyplace else and also I was provided by them on licensing. I am brand new to town so I didn't know who to call but I feel blessed discovering them, they helped my anxiety levels decline in a matter of minutes! :)

Plumbing R Us was the one with two people, As soon as I asked FB buddies for plumber hints I got 9 titles. I opted to begin with them and glad I did. Brandon J came out to check a clog in the main drain which was causing both toilets in the double shotgun . He could not locate the clog within the 75 ft that he could reach. He told me a few options - calling another service or try accessing the town line. He helped troubleshoot a few issues that were smaller with a clawfoot tub shower faucet and drain. Since he could not reach the clog, the trip was considered as a free estimate.

They were efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. They got down to business and were on time. I had a leaky sewer line that backed up each time I flushed the toilet. They fixed the problem in about 20 minutes flat in the time they came.

$125 to wash a slow toilet drain is not my idea of a fair price and they do show up although these men used to be amazing. Nor is the way that they make you feel lucky when they can fit you in. When a company becomes well known I guess they believe those people on a budget do not count.
I'm a landlord with repeat business.
For the price only abt any plumber selected is going to do.

A Few of the best service I've experienced in New Orleans. Fair and transparent Parishes that are knowledgeable concerning most codes in all, and quality of work. They are my go to pipes, from a leaky dishwasher into your water heater replacement.

In the S&WB stating that the clog is my problem as it's a 1.6 feet inside my home line. Lame. But never fear, I've got a plumber! I scheduled a time to come outside to figure out this clog.
Plumbing R Us is right from my house was panicked. She had Brandon come that afternoon out to see where the clog is. He concluded it had been in the city pipes so I called anything for the visit well, did not charge me.
I just bought a house and was not completely ready with all the small team of handy-people I would shortly need (gardeners, builder, plumber, etc.). So when I awakened to discover the upstairs shower backing up, my downstairs shower, and flooding, I yelped for the plumber that was closest.
He is always productive and so polite! The cable ran and got it taken care for a very great price! I definitely recommend them, and their slogan is"let's peep in your plumbing" that deserves your company on its own:)

We have had out these technicians to our home 3 times over the past month. Jared twice and Sean . Both were very agreeable, very professional and very neat. Lynette at the workplace was good about scheduling me and returning my calls and keeping me informed. They may not be the least expensive but they're honest, dependable and do the job effectively and in a manner that is professional and neat.

I needed to have a pipe inspection for the purchase of my house. These men were recommended by my real estate agent. They could schedule an appointment. The guy who came out did the task and came. He was extremely knowledgable, excellent communicator, and took the time to spell out everything.
I walked off with a copy of the movie if I need it for insurance purposes at a later date. But I left knowing a company I will call if I have plumbing problems . I highly recommend this business.

These guys were fantastic. I'd had a friend of a friend who works for a rival firm come out. They told me that my main sewer line has been cracked. Pipes R US subsequently came out and actually cleaned the pipe and explained that I had a root problem which didn't necessarily demand a new sewer pipe (which would cost $2K). So, the plumber who works with bourgeois had said the situation was a tragedy, while Brian in Pipes R Us offered options in terms of dealing with the problem and really considered the problem. While my plumbing is working just fine, I'm now using a root destroyer and monitoring the problem.
At 7:30 AM - Brian showed up right on top of that. Issue was repaired in under an hour and that I forced it to work in time. Expertise - will surely do business with them again.

These guys are great! They appear at the time and provide you with a time. Then they do a great job. We have used them 3 times up to now and intend to use them again.

They were on-time and efficient. Had there come a flow through our ceiling on Sunday night and they could come out first thing. They could assess it had been an AC drain pipe issue and we emailed pictures pf the leaky pipe and quoted a price from that point. They had and were performed in an hour. Lynette at the workplace couldn't have been nicer.

Brandon came a few days ago to resolve a problem in my parents' house while I was in town for Christmas. He explained everything as he figured out it was friendly and very pleasant, and solved the issue efficiently. He also helped with some guidance on preventing issues.
