A Plumbing Hero

I'd recommend finding a different plumber that
A) will call you back when they send their plumber into another job, and
B ) will make appointments, affirm them, and not offset it for different jobs (i.e. someone pays an excess fee).
Thus, what about those who had an appointment? She stated she rescheduled them all because an extra charge was paid by the person at 4am. From my perspective, this is unprofessional and unethical - can't I expect it to be respected and make an appointment? Without having any derogatory language I was simple with my questions, but she took offense and said to not tell her how to run her business, then hung me up.
We had a plumber come out to look at installing a water heater Thursday morning to get a quote, which seemed decent. I phoned back at 5pm Thursday and talked to a nice woman (presumably the proprietor ) and requested an appointment in the afternoon. She stated the plumber could call back between 7 - . I did not receive a call back , friday morning again. I phoned and the exact same woman said as it was a job, she sent her plumbers all to another telephone early in the morning at 4am.

Can they get the job you need done fast? Probably.
I kept imagining, because something felt off. He kept saying and pressuring I've everything in the vehicle right now. I am able to get the job finished.
Victor did a good job, however, the cost of labour certainly doesn't justify.
45 minutes were taken by the job and he utilized the piping that I later discovered at Home Depot. After the cloud of deceit was cleared away and realizing the cost of stuff vs support I paid 500 dollars for labour.
He offered me $629. He told me that the piping needed is only discovered at specialty plumbing stores (not accurate ). I inquired if I could purchase anything to create this cheaper. He maintained that if I purchase my disposal through them, perhaps it doesn't come with the appropriate wiring required (not accurate ).
I replaced most of the old piping underneath bought a brand new under-mount sink for my kitchen and attempted to re install my crap disposal. I had a little escape from one I bought so chose to call this business. Victor told me what was totally wrong and had to be redone and came. He said a brand new garbage disposal is required so that it can correctly fastened into the drain (accurate ) and brand new piping was required.
Can they mislead overcharge and you? Certainly.

These guys showed up on time ready for whatever. I told them because my father insisted on doing the work himself, I would write them a yelp review that was fantastic -- I really wish I could have had some assistance. I understood exactly what they were doing and ended up spending an whole day doing work because they came as a pair, that these guys would have finished in probably no time. This is 5 stars only for their sunny attitude and punctuality. Thank you!

They are extremely expensive, although they do work. They charge twice as much as every other plumber at the area (and I am not talking about after hours work).

These guys are terrific! We've reached out for each time they've arrived on time and also have perform the work immediately and very professionally and help on a couple projects.

I needed some work done in my bathroom and known as A Plumbing Hero the night because I've used them and found them to be dependable and dependable. They said to anticipate Rudy. We've had a plumbing issue since we purchased our property. I couldn't get anybody to explain why it was happening. Benito came in repair but clarified how we can fix it next time and why it is happening. I've discovered my new favourite! Super inexpensive and nice, great job. I am a fan!

Thanks to Plumbing Hero and Victor M. For coming out and supplying an A+++ service for repairing my houses Main water heater. The issue was assessed by plumbing Hero and was quite apparent. No short cuts taken. Plumbing Hero was quite generous with the quote. Hit out to Plumbing Hero if anyone encounters any Main water heater leakes/Plumbing issues etc.

I spoke to lady at office for quote today needed repair main valve close however they arrived 11am I fulfilled" Benito" I cite yelp gave me 10 percent off. I decided let him work . . I need find not mad expensive plumber so I (believe they won't charge too large. ) High for me since I lost job and needed to move this house. I have to pay repair fee myself rather than leasing. Benito did function less than 45 minutes. If any problem happen, I'd call them again. I recommended this place. Benito was worker and nice person. I appreciated .

I called"A Plumbing Hero" a week for a bidding on my residence. They scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but afterward called this am that the appointment could be moving from 10am today to later 12pm. No problem, so I waited till 3:15pm and called them back by. Woman who answered the telephone said that a mistake was and they must have called the wrong number. Stated that the estimator was outside and when I stated that I was left hanging 3 hours she said that they would not be doing business with me.
Here's the summary - Do not conduct business. This is an easy rule and one which has worked for me on the 26 years I've serviced companies together with my own company. Caring for customers is too important to leave at the hands of people that have attitude. In the event the performance of the technicians that operate for"A Plumbing Hero" have some relationship with their back end operations, then this really is a company that you want to avoid.

So it is more easy for them to snake clogged shower cutt out. Ended snaking through the roof and it was clogged again 2 days later without a warranty. They only pushed again for the cut out stating they would deduct $380. Feeling ripped away.

Victor and his gang would be the BOMB. They did an excellent job. They worked with urgency and obtained our project done quicker than we thought. They cleaned up beautifully when they finished the project and were meticulous. I said we had several technicians over to repair our walk while working on one project. The technicians could not operate on the project. He told us he can do the job when we told Victor this. Whenever I want a plumber in the future, Victor is our man. They do phenomenal work.

We contracted to substitute the pipe which he handled, permits and all.
Fingers crossed we will not have to call him soon, but I will not be afraid to hire Benito again, if we've got another plumbing problem.
This business has been instantaneous, hard working, and helping us fix a big problem. Call them!
A month after the toilet bubbling began again. This time, after cleanup the picpe, Benito used a camera and found our sewer pipe had cracks and roots. Therefore this not unexpected, our house is old.
We first contacted them when our toilets began bubbling and shower backed up. The Following Day, benito came out. We didn't know where our clean out valve was (past owners mulched over it) but he discovered it, cleaned it out, and gave us complimentary guidance on other jobs we had in your mind.

I've called these guys a couple times. They're easy to use and have been able to come to my house on short notice. Victor is knowledgeable and quite nice of all plumbing issues. When I want a plumber aka Hero I'll continue to keep calling them!

Found two holes in my pipes that were draining afterwards opened the drywall. Wiped the place and vacuumed was done. Very friendly, professional and efficient.

I am quite happy with this company for any plumbing needs I could have in the future, and I will definitely call them.
This company has truly earned 5 stars! I highly suggest them. My home had Victor and an entire repiping came to the rescue with his amazing team of guys that were efficient, professional and prompt.
The cost was very competitive and has been performed in record time and flawlessly.

Holy are these men stars! I called A Plumbing Hero after yet another local business came into my property and explained that they couldn't"do the job". The faucet head had to be replaced along with a plate and had dropped off in the bathtub. I called and A Plumbing Hero had someone at our town home 30 minutes later to resolve the faucet and get the bathtub and shower ready to go . Our support tech was amazing; knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will call A Plumbing Hero from here on out!
