Gary is a professional. We left him a voicemail regarding our cellar that was flooded and he called back over 20 mins. He arrived our house in Westchester. Identified the matter away and supplied a fair quote. Finished the job over 30 mins after which our problem has been solved. His efficiency and honesty impressed us. Good guy to use.

Called Gary to assist with a toilet, he was able to get into my home. He and Rob were able to evaluate an issue and installed a brand new one to avoid any leaks. These men are knowledgable and professional, with pricing that is fair for the services provided. Can't fail using fast service thanks guys!

Good guys. Fair prices. They informed me what was wrong and came to my home. I figured out how I knew how to fix the issue. Gary told me if I run into any problems give him a call and he would talk me through it. My mum's got water tank bursts so I recommended plumbing pros to her. Great price thorough and extremely fast. She has a great deal of stairs in her condominium that made removal difficult. The men got a little rust on the carpet downstairs. They went out and purchased carpet cleaner and removed the stain. Great service guys. You've got a customer for life.

These guys are excellent, responsive solid function. Put in a pump for us. Would recommend to others for certain.

My first time using Plumbing Pros was in 2016, and they have been used by me at least 4 times since. Gary is quick to react and has consistently made an effort to get to my problems as rapidly as possible (even an emergency within July 4th weekend). He and his assistant are always friendly, professional, and kind. His prices are very fair and the quality of work is fantastic.

I predicted Plumbing Pros with a pressing problem (sump pump failed, flooded cellar!) And was so impressed with efficiency and the pace of their response. They were at my home within 30 minutes of my call and gave us a quote that is well-explained and very just. The work was done quickly and remained within the cost given. Highly recommend!!

Long story short, Gary made my day more tolerable with extensive knowledge of the situation at-hand his answer and of course his true professionalism. Plus it was great to find the water flowing. You have a customer in me.
Fast forward a hour or so along with the Plumbing Pros van pulls into the driveway.
Had one of the most recent round of snowfall those mornings where you wake up to get a pond in your cellar along with a busted water heater. Oh yea, and with all the Chicagoland temperatures . Obviously, I was not getting the best day.

Gary came to the rescue for us again! This time it was our water heater. I received a quotation from the installment services of Home Depot and Gary beat at that price by 30%! He shows up when he is quite thorough and says he'll show up. He fixed an issue at no cost with my kitchen disposal. Can not recommend Plumbing Guru's enough!!!

Gary did a fantastic job and saved us a ton of money. He is strongly recommended by me.
We had a toilet that started when water was used by anybody in the house, overflowing. Gary got out cleared the blockage, and recommended next steps. We went to use the issue that resulted in the blockage to be repaired by him, but he let us know that there was a program that could do it for free -- instead of us paying him. My loved ones and I are so thankful he was phoned by us!

He explained the decisions he was making instead of doing, and he saved us both time by requesting a connection to be checked out by me before he left and what would you understand? Gary was able to tack it on to this list of things and it did not work he helped me out with.
Will definitely be calling Plumbing Pros back I want done.
However, his staff and Gary are my exception. He was simple to work with, prompt, responsive, up front and just plain ole helpful.
I believe this is my first Yelp review. I dont care a great deal about spending the time to make one.

Gary is an expert in his field, and really all class. We have experienced two major copies in our sewer line (one because of our kids putting toys down the drain) in the couple months that my spouse and I've lived at our place at Glen Ellyn, and Gary has solved both of them in 24 hours of contacting him. He is a honest guy with first class customer support. I would, if I could give 10 stars to him. You've got yourself a life long customer, thank you Plumbing Pros!

Gary called me back within two minutes of me leaving a message ( around 8pm). He managed to diagnose the issue over the telephone and provide an estimate and walked my husband. He came over in the morning the next day, fixed the problems, gave me a few tips and came in under his quote.

We had an ejector pump difficulty in our basement and it was at night, so that nothing was open, but againI used Yelp messaging and I sent a message to Plumbing Pros. Gary sent me messages back and forth hoping to give us solutions and was so nice. He managed to come out and replaced with the pump, although the pump had failed. Gary was experienced and quite knowledgeable. It is wonderful to have that in any ceremony. But I hope it is not anytime soon, I will use them again!

Good honest work. I called them our kitchen pipe froze during the polar vortex and he was here within 2 hours. Responsive, honest, dependable. Hire them.

I awakened to my basement flood and dreaded having to reach out to some plumber. I requested quotes and looked on Yelp. Gary, from plumbing pros was one. That evening, he contacted my husband to organize fixes, and arrived out same day. I was out running errands, so I didn't get to interact with him directly, but my husband was very happy with the service (and he is not easy to please). He said the men was friendly, professional, fast, and most importantly. You don't become customer service to often at the home fix world, therefore it was refreshing to be supplied such excellent service. Happy to say I have a plumber move to from now on. Hopefully not soon, but Plumber Guru definitely has our company later on.

Gary and his co-worker came out this past Friday (I was in the office ) and completed everything in under three hours!! Everything was disposed of, and perfect. It looked like no work was done that day because of how clean it was!! As soon as I walked into my own townhome Gary explained with I want to know that he place an aerator on my sink which unbeknownst to me, I wanted!!, and walked (He did so free of charge)!!
To summarize, I am going to pass on how great this company is!!!, and will be using Gary for all my pipes needs/work Gary and so are plumbers really!!, and his co-worker are extremely honest
I would highly recommend Gary and Plumbing Pros to all who need any type of pluming work. I had to get a new water heater, two toilets, and a garbage disposal, and his co-worker and Gary came out and gave a quote to me unlike another plumbing firm who lent me more, minus the garbage disposal.

Desperately needed to find someone to fix our sewer line blockage. Requested quotes but nobody was available. Did a horrible job. Did a bit of Yelp hunting and discovered that the Plumbing Pros. Called Gary, got a response in less than 15 minutes, he had been at my home 10 min after that, and has been completed in less than 25 min. The time the whole thing took to sewer line that is functioning from telephone call was likely one hour MAX. I haven't seen someone be efficient and punctual. The quotation was very reasonable and I'll be taking a look at the Plumbing Pros for my assistance. Highly recommend. You won't find anybody efficient, more polite, punctual, and professional.

I was told a plumber would be at my home on the scheduled day between 9:30 - 11AM. Waited & waited - nothing, not a call. Nothing!! Afterward when it was that they were presumed to be in our property someone calls and asks. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
I used the online form to request a plumber. Got a call back and set up a consultation date well in advance, in reality.
Never would I call this company again, there are many businesses who actually take customer service to heart. Not this one.

Wanted to provide a shout out to Rob and Gary for coming to my rescue. Our sump pump burned out during the Superbowl and afterwards getting the and phoning technicians super prices, Gary and Rob managed to install a combo for me and were out precisely the day! Very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be keeping their number programmed in my phone for my future plumbing requirements!

I contacted Plumbing Pros to replace my whole house water filtration system using a one - that I already bought. Gary asked me to e-mail him a few pictures so he understood exactly what contacted me, and needed to be achieved. He arrived on time and handled my home. He answered all my queries and told me what his strategy was and confirmed that the cost - which appeared fair and honest. The project turned out and I will utilize Plumbing Pros again.
