I am not certain what other people found objectionable with the ability to perform a simple job or the customer support. Tammy helped me pick and was simple to talk to. Kip was able and cheerful showed on time, did the straightforward undertaking and created one that I thought would be more complicated straightforward as well.

These people know their stuff! I called and explained what kind of water heater I had and what the problem was. I was told that they had both accessible, and that one of two parts probably had to be replaced and could be at the home that day. Kip replaced it, and figured out in about 2 minutes that component was awful, was there within a few hours -- water heater! Very efficient, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. My dog loved Kip that tells a whole lot to me.

Kip came at the right time of the scheduled visit. He is experienced. Fixed it. Allowed enough time. Very very good service. (we could compare, because in the recent years we had men from companies trying to repair our own water heater).

I called for an emergency and was told I would get someone to phone me when someone could be in my area. Never get a phone call. I would had enjoyed at least a.

We had indications of a clogged line from our 12, wednesday night. Kip installed a summer. I called Thursday and even though a program that was complete Tammy was able to have Kip swing to clean the lineup so we did not need to deal with it again immediately. As always Kip was conscientious about the clean up when done, got right to the job, and was friendly. We really appreciated the"can-do" mindset from Tammy at the office and Kip's willingness and flexibility in fitting us in at short notice. There was about fitting us no guarantee, but Kip was able to do it - and was first to boot. Thanks!

Incredibly customer service in the office and Kip. Definitely not worth the aggravation and absolutely approaches, although they got the water heater fix done after a great deal of explanations and visits. Look elsewhere!

PRS worked us and did a fantastic job! They have been considerate quite pleasant and willing to suggest. They're the bast! !

This business was sent to me by our brand new water heater's maker that was having problems. The receptionist Tammy was impolite, unhelpful, unpleasant and inpatient. The owner was a poor but also little better customer services. You will not be talked over by them rather than allow you to talk. When I asked the guy who came to service it if he could wear booties (my crawl space where the water heater is located can only be retrieved via the house and contains dirt floor that would drag dirt believed out my first and second floor) he made a few unfriendly remark and told me I should put plastic in the crawl space. It took him a couple of minutes for him to return to his truck and get his booties (which he had all together ). I truly don't know why of his remark was necessary. I've had service people come through the house as we did a complete renovation of their house and service people needed booties with them was happy to wear. Of milliards of individuals that has come through the year renovation that they were by far the worst!!! through my house Awful experience.

Being at the trade myself ( union trained - Neighborhood 38 ) I inquired at the plumbing warehouse at Marin to get a knowledgeable local plumber. Both the folks immediately recommended Plumbing Repair Specialists. Kip they promised that I would not be let down and me had experience in all facets of plumbing. This was to get a faithful elderly former client of mine who had moved into the region. Not only did the secretary( Tammy ) call an hour prior to coming but Kip went over and above in making sure he petrol part of the job was made secure and up to code. My former client, colleen, was impressed with promptness and his politeness and upon evaluation of his work that I was impressed with his professionalism. Their rates are fair although they may not be a company that is major and their job is first rate!

If that was an option I'd give half a star. Whoever the receptionist is, she needs to go on yelp and read all of the reviews which are solely focused on clients experiences with HER, moreover really plumbing.
I hope that my point is taken and this business grows a mind as to (the very first person clients deal with is YOUR RECEPTIONIST). She is she representing it well and represents your business? From these reviews I believe not.
In case Plumbing Repair Specialists would like to stay in business and do well, they should fire their receptionist and hire. My understanding of business has taught me that BAD customer support is BAD for business. Good fucking luck, but I have no hot water than deal with this particular secretary.

I won't ever use anybody else. Kip knows his material has been consistently been reasonable and expeditious due to accidental service line breakages in Marin County with emergency repairs during the course of the sign installation enterprise. He is a heck of a wonderful guy, and the very best.

I inherited Kip and Plumbing Repair Specialists Once I took over as Director of The Priory Tennis Club at Kentfield. Boy, was fortunate. I've used him, since I used him three years back. Hehas never failed to repair a problem and's specialist, punctual. I called him to get a crisis, Now. The bathrooms halfway through the floor drains -- the day before the opening of the pool and backed up! Kip came out at under a half dozen and had the problem solved in under one hour. Another plumber wouldn't be used by me !

Kip and his Dad are our family plumber for over 33 decades. He helped me replace three bathrooms (recommended the functionalToto toilets), sinks, tubs, and the kitchen plumbing.Plumbing Repair Specialist has mended plumbing for my friends and neighbors and they just love this family enterprise. Kip stands behind his occupation and does the work. His referrals for household jobs were great. Kip works fast and hard. He is a specialist in his area. He will not rip you offer. You will be advised by him of that rather than charging you for his 22, if he believes you can do it yourself then. Hewill tell you directly what the issue is rather than waste his time or your money and's sensible.

When I came home for supper this guy kip had park in the middle of my neighbors area & my parking area Now. I told him to park his truck so that I could park in my area. My voice was gone for the past 2 days so sadly I couldn't yell. He came out aggressively I was yelled at by & honking my horn & telling him to move his truck. He explained I had a huge mouth for being such a small lady & that I needed to be paddled on my butt. I told him fuck that he had been just a plumber who cleans shit. He came to the street pulled his trousers down, As soon as I got back into my car. He grabbed his crouch & told me to suck his dick. Classy guy! Looks like he's got a background of being a tough guy with women (Laura's inspection ) I hope you think twice before calling him to fix any pipes in your home.

Kip, if you are reading this - you can't talk to people how you do. You want some lessons.
When he arrived to look at a sink which was not giving any hot water Kip was rude. I would never let him at the 15, if I was not leasing the place. Not actually, although it is clear he is a do the job which you hire him to perform make it appropriate sort of plumber. Surehe replaced the tank with the tankless, but it seems strange for me that he wouldn't take responsibility for failing to, say, suggest something which may make it work for the bathroom sink when he did it originally, or recommending from a tankless system if this was not possible.
Update: At much urging from the property manager, Kip came back, now under escort of our aide to function as a buffer between me and the plumber - simply because his social skills are so poor he cannot interact with another human being without causing offense. They weren't able to solve the problem due to the plumbing that is old so I'm not sure I could evaluate his abilities as a plumber. I can evaluate his abilities and they're terrible. He even had the audacity to get up in my head about my Yelp review, confirming my"defensive and rude" statement.

Called to attempt and get a part for my own water heater. They seemed friendly enough at first and also the head man"Kip" was nice enough to suggest a do-it-yourself mend. But when we understood there was a part needed that they did not make any attempt. I never talked to Kip a time we just dealt with the secretary. She's the most important reason for both stars. She made it look like it was more of a hassle then whatever else she said she would check into it and get back to us but never called back I gues they didnt need our enterprise. I called another plumber and he had the part for me personally within 24 hours
