Seth from Plumbing is awesome. During the years, Seth has replaced toilets, faucets and sinks in the bathrooms. He replaced the kitchen sink and faucets in addition.

I've had Seth come to resolve a toilet flange and a water heater issue and he is so kind and trustworthy! Still would suggest. He seems to know his stuff and he cares about his customers.
He believed it was a little unusual because it was new, that our water heater went out.
At the conclusion of the day Seth did a excellent job, he replaced the supply lines with all the Water heater, then replaced the valve and got us up and running in just a couple of hours with appropriate pressure and a new water heater and he DID NOT gouge usage when he gave us the bill.
Going back into the water heater....Seth advised me that water heater tanks are rated to handle strain that is within code also that our pressure has been about 50psi to high on account of the bad valve. With tanks that are older or newer tanks using pressure, the large pressure can shorten the life of the water heater.
This is exactly what happened in our case. Our tank was leaving as a result of the high pressure out of the valve that was bad.
Seth said when the pressure valve moved outside, that when the supply line burst was probably.
My water heater went outside and Seth was. We were a little nervous using a new builder. However, Seth arrived when he could, which was fine. We found that the water heater was bad early in the morning (it bombarded our garage).

Because for all I knew he tried to sell me something I did not 21, I was a little suspicious. However he showed me that the pressure valve studying and said the suitable range as permitted by the construction code (I don't recall the exact numbers).
My wife mentioned that our water stress in the home has recently became really high. Me being the"know it all" that I am, totally dismissed my wife but then Seth said he'd assess the water pressure in our residence. More than what it should have been, apparently the water pressure was. This was brought on by a bad pressure valve (all homes have them).
If you're burned by contractors in the past, use Seth. He is the best, he do exactly what he says he's going to do and will show up on time. He plumber I've ever met. I would refer him to anyone and I would certainly use him again!
Our supply line going into a bathroom in one of our bathrooms broke in the middle of the night. I was able to shut off the water and replace the supply line but I did not think of it breaking anything.
Seth certainly knows his stuff. He is overpriced and, we were disappointed to find, does not stand by his work. Moans like a bunny in labor and he'd just come take a look at the problem if we were to pay him his hourly rate. We discovered less costly builder who's pleased to get the work done right, a another, even if it takes a couple of tries.
Seth from Positive Plumbing has done many jobs (some of these crises ) for many years ! We have experienced leaking pipes, water main breaks and water heaters and much due from the contractor to the construction of the home. He's the sole plumber that I will ever use. He's honest, professional and always returns my calls as soon as he can. He does great work!
We arrived back into a from Lunch. We found Positive and Seth Pipes on Yelp. He gave his quote had been on the phone in under 5 minutes and said he would be in 60 minutes or less. 15 minutes later he had been in our office with his or her tools. He took care of our problem to his office within 30 minutes of our call. Two plumbing contractors that work for us still hadn't gotten back to us. He did the work for the quote that he gave on the phone and we have a different contractor, telephone Plumbing our experience was!
