My call for any plumbing issues! They have an ​amazing staff that is great at prioritizing issues and following up. My latest experience: our ​sump pump continued to operate non-stop. They sent our condominium to be serviced by Justin and he took the time to actually explain my system worked. He went above and beyond in helping me understand what the many components do. Power Plumbing will continue to be my first choice!

2. The plumbers that came the 2nd time from stated the 1st rodding wasn't a job, since there were tree roots in the pipes.
1. The Power Plumbing group revealed that the point was obstructed with tampons and this was the matter. But, I'd another recourse occur 1 week after, so I called another service out (I could not afford another $1K) that rodded the line (for 1/4 of the Power Plumbing price) like a camera scope and they found that a collapsed drain line.
I would not recommend this service.
4. They mentioned that there is tons of sediment, but my other plumber completely disagrees and that I see the bottom of the catch basin, so I am not sure about that.
3. The Power Plumbing team could not have been in the house and it cost over $1K--and the issue wasn't figured out or fixed. I know charging a flat fee, but that is a lot to pay without identification of the solution.
I had a poor experience with Power Plumbing. Here's why:

Power Plumbing was fantastic to use and I would recommend their services to anybody! Put back after replacing a toilet floor and I had to have my toilet, sink and sink removed. Mike was available the next day to emerge before supplying an estimate and take a look. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast he schedule my job and could turn around. Angel was with and he was comprehensive and personable. He took the time to check the tension in my shower out . I was the business provided along with quite satisfied in the ceremony Angel.

If you require a plumber always a stressful time! Everyone from the woman who answers the call make me feel at ease and have been fantastic. Gabe was here within an hr of phoning and fixed my issue immediately. He was nice and did a fantastic job!

Prevent left a message and said they would call back-forget it. I live in Lakeview a few blocks out of them, earlier which I think they took me also used them. But chose as they called back to try again-big mistake.

I have only great things to say about Joe in Power Plumbing! We had a burst pipe, and the emergency plumber who arrived"fixed" the pipe in a way that wasn't up to code. Joe actually fixed the pipe and came back we had help with. Easy to work with, and got right down to work. He double checked everything to be certain all problems were resolved. Would highly recommend to others!

Rudest individuals I've ever encountered! They were shut on Saturday, no big deal, so my message went to an answering service. I could NOT understand the woman, therefore I asked her to repeat herself. She became offended, because god forbid I should ask her to do so, and she finally said,"Why don't you call back on Monday," and hung up on me. I called back and asked why she'd hung up on me, and she stated," You did not understand me I thought you would understand somebody on Monday." Well, that's logic for you. I should've known Mondays are easier to understand somebody. Side note: I have waited to try and get a plumber, so I am trying to be individual, but this was too much! I will NOT be using electricity plumber.

So be aware of the cost. Unfortunately due to their charges you absolutely have to watch them like a hawk to see what they're doing, just how long things are taking and what they wind up charging you. That is their only big downfall although it is too bad to have to provide this advice. The service quality is always, absolutely excellent.
I've used these guys for many years for different repairs. Fixed things properly. In addition they have been able to come out in most cases. I would definitely give them 5 stars except for the cost. They're quite expensive. They also appear to have some marriage thing. Great for clients for bad and the pipes. Them cost more. Makes them less elastic with time/cost. Lately they wouldn't come out to provide a quote. Instead they allow you to commit to the service call over the telephone blindly. And BTW, this means you are paying hourly for the quote.

Rae was accommodating and really helpful with request and every question I had through scheduling.
Tony was our plumber that is assigned, and he was courteous and super professional. When he left his job to let me know he was on his way he predicted.
I would recommend working with Electricity Pipes!

Power Plumbing is right across the street from us and has been an superb neighbor for years. Today they came to our rescue. Gabe the plumber did excellent work in a skilled and pleasant way, and Rae (sp?) At the workplace was very friendly and helpful in getting us scheduled. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

I won't ever use this business, although she offered to give me $50 for a provider.
They give you ZERO notice that a plumber has came and then charge you extra.
I called the receptionist, Rae, and got nothing but excuses.
The plumber has been let into my home at 12:08 pm and left at 1:00 p.m. (note he did not compose out a time on the bill ) and we had been charged for 1.5 hours of support --which will be a whopping $240. He was here for less than one hour.
She whined about the time she phoned me (that was 11:53 a.m.). She told me that she called in 11:38 a.m. and my mailbox must be full. Just own up to a incompetence--no need to lie once I have phone records.
I'd have made certain to be if he came if I'd ANY sign.

I had a plumbing crisis with a burst pipe at two in the morning, called them and got operator (she would not give me her name) and she was unbelievably rude and not helpful, she told me to quit speaking when I was just asking questions, I trust the actual plumbers are more professional but honestly this girl gave me one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had.
Update: I had been told I would be called by a technician with pricing and an ETA, no one has ever called. This was.

Total cost for time and materials $140. Not bad at all - in fact a bargain! -and surely well worth it, given the likelihood that it"saved me"
Joe was a real professional the entire time, working wasting my money or time. He did not mind that I stood over his shoulder the entire time to watch the procedure and ask questions, all which he replied without a hassle and in a helpful way.
He had been in and out in 1 hour. .
The water line to the primary valve controlling water into the spigots. He replaced it with a quality valve, just quantifying the replacement piping required to install the valve, and cut out the part of piping together with the valve that is faulty. To help avoid this from happening in the future - something a lot of plumbers do not care about - he installed along the exact same pipeline a drain (ie, a spigot) allowing for draining the pipes from inside the garage using a bucket as well draining via the exterior spigots, to ensure all standing water has been removed. This was especially valued this time of year, when freezing temperatures can easily cause pipe bursts and other expensive damage.
Only a quick inspection to acknowledge the excellent work done now by"Joe" at Power Plumbing & Sewer. My spigots were both dripping water following the main water valve inside my garage was turned off months. Joe recognized that the primary valve was faulty and needed replacement and immediately jumped in. He got to work! He turned off
From a really likely weather-related disaster from the sub-zero temperature days beforehand! Thank you Joe for your work now!

From the appointment procedure to completion of the setup of our new outdoor water spigot on our deck, professional, courteous, and reasonable prices and satisfaction. Tony and Ray,? A big thank you.

Like the Tin Man this company no longer has some heart. We've been customers for several decades, and today had subway coming from our bath tub downstairs. I phoned in the morning and has been awarded a 1 and they said they'd call me half an hour on their way to my house. I received a call around 1pm and called back over 4 minutes but had been told that I'd"Missed my slot". Sad to find things. This was a terrific companion. . .things change...

Establish an appointment for an estimate with a 30 minute window for birth. Once the window had lapsed I called to see whether he had been close. He'd forgotten all about it and asked to reschedule. Guys, I need someone to maintain appointments.

Power restored water usage to my building! Another plumbing company was called out to solve a huge issue affecting the whole building. After departing a cable in the pipes and not coming back before TUESDAY to it, the building was not able to use water, including toilets. We predicted Power the next day and they were able find the clog, to come out that day, and give us our lives back!! Thank you, Power!!!!

James came out to fix my own toilet and sink. He did a fantastic job and was so easy going. Pricing is exactly what you'd expect for an excellent plumber. I don't think you get quality work and can expect much more affordable. The job was done and he made me feel comfortable every step of the way. We had some great conversation. . I recommend having James come out and fix your plumbing need that is next.

These men are the best! Ray was helpful and totally considerate and answered the phone herself. She got me about the schedule day I called. The tech, james, was very careful and worked. He explained everything to me so that I understood exactly what went on. To top it off, they were reasonably priced. In and out in an hour. I'm so glad I finally found a good plumber that will service my place!

It was a complete pleasure! I needed a plumber to install my new kitchen faucet after obtaining a quartz countertop and faucet installed. I looked for a plumber and did not find anyone who was reliable or affordable. A buddy of mine told me about Power Pipes and I could not be happier with the service that I received. It was super easy to generate a scheduled appointment, I received their certificate of insurance because of my condominium management company within one hour of talking with them on the telephone, they shipped a friendly and educated plumber to my condominium for the setup and, above all, were extremely inexpensive. I received quotes that were $150-. Thank you Power Plumbing! Keep up the fantastic work!
