My 10 year-old water heater had a replacement, known as Anthony on Saturday night and he came the next day (Sunday) afternoon, ON TIME to check and gave us a low price. Today(Monday),'' Anthony and his spouse came first in the afternoon and got everything completed within 2 hoursnow after a week without warm water, I finally have warm water flowing through my whole house:-RRB- Not only he got the job done nicely and on schedule, but he would always call before he came if anything delayed to allow you to know he's on his way, and he would call or text you to be certain everything is working right later. I would recommend plumbing an plumbing business, to my families and friends to go to in Staten Island!

Anthony helped mend my own water heating system, so there's heat throughout my property. He did a fantastic job, quickly and effectively. After I called he came just a couple of hours. If desired, would call again. Highly suggested.

Excellent reply and work!! I called Precise Plumbing and saw my water heater going to go. They were here in just a couple of hours and replaced it with a new one. Cost was reasonable and set up was fast and professional. I will certainly use them again should I have some plumbing problems later on.

What great guys. Hot water heater n't really worked. Anthony took the opportunity to talk about repair vs replacement options. Very pleasant guys. Very reasonable price. On top of that, they left the area cleaner than they found it.

Anthony and Sal are professional, honest, courteous, and superior plumbers. I appreciate that he is thoughtful and transparent about his pricing, and that Anthony is simple to communicate with over text, phone, and email. They have assisted us 3 times in our house, and each time, there were no surprises price-wise; they had been upfront about costs and did everything that they promised to do. You can not go wrong with those guys, except you may need to wait for them to schedule you in for service, but they're worth the brief wait.

Anthony came to our house today to change a bathroom. They did such a fantastic job!!!!! They were quick and the new bathroom looks amazing!! Anthony and his spouse were terrific. They put the bathroom for us out to be picked up by sanitation. They will certainly be our first call when we need any work.

Called for plumbing crisis but has been rejected for matter not being important enough. Disappointed since they had a good review.

My water heater that is old was on its last leg. Left a message on Precise Plumbing Website ~10-11pm, and got a call 8am. Came at 9am, to obtaining this installed 10am, and was on the road. Done a few hours later. Anthony was detail oriented, and more effective in getting this completed quickly and neatly. Explained certain matters to me about the system in between him getting bits together. Anthony does not take breaks, until it's completed as other reviews have mentioned!

Depending on the testimonials that were Yelp I predicted Precise Plumbing & Heating, and I'd love to add one review. A small mirror was accidentally flushed which triggered a congestion. The first day, plumber (Anthony) came and snaked it, which seemed to clean the mirror of the inner plumbing, but the congestion returned later on in the day. Returned second day, Anthony had to remove toilet to remove the obstruction. Work was done in a very efficient and professional manner. Happy with the services provided. Would hire again for any future plumbing requirements.

I had a pretty decent experience with this company. I called about ten minutes before they shut since I arrived home to some kitchen drowning in water. They arrived first thing and tended to the skin. The problem ended up being that the hose out of the faucet had a tear in it. The man left to pick up a new hose and was back inn in an hour or so to install it. I had been happy with their support that is prompt and their ability to diagnose and fix the issue in 1 go.

I am so happy I discovered Precise Plumbing. Anthony is wonderful. He's patient, reasonable, prompt and efficient. What more could you want from a plumber? I phoned him 7am on a Sunday, got to my house and the plumbing job was done quick and clean. I will be calling him from now on for plumbing issues.

The ideal! Anthony gave a fair price to us and then did a neat, professional job. Fantastic communicator, smart and trustworthy. We needed hot water heater-not a joyful prospect and a new boiler. Even after such a job, we had been grinning at the conclusion.
I will rely on them for anything that we need later on and would recommend Precise Pipes.

After work is finished, anthony is knowledgeable, practitioner, and follows up. He even installed a heating system that was underfloor within a span of two days in my home. He left the cellar - in which the old boiler and furnace was spotless when the job has been finished. I'm quite happy with the new tankless system, it runs quietly, saves tons of space, and is pleasing to the eye. Anthony was knowledgeable about the system and patient in answering my questions. Furthermore, he knows how to install it. I plan to use this business in the future for any needs.

Can not recommend these guys enough. Had a burst pipe leading from inside the home to our outdoor hose--Anthony and Sal came by and gave me a really fair estimate for reworking the piping so it was more easily available, and thoroughly explained the issue we were having and why we were having it. In the long run the project ended up being more complicated than initially expected (nearly 100 year old home and old first pipes) and they tackled the issue and complications seamlessly. All at short notice on a Saturday. Seriously job and happy to know those men!

I can not say THANK YOU enough to Precise due to their fast response time and professionalism. I had a faint odor of natural gas. 1 plumber came out and"tested" for the leak but said there wasn't one. These guys looked in the traces and even pulled the dryer to inspect the flex line out. They were able to find the issue and repair it quickly! Please contact them if you're looking for fast answer and getting the job done right! Christine
