Their professionalism is second to none although I am very satisfied not only with the workmanship of all the team. Kevin and his team were mindful of my house, worked quietly and dutifully to not disturb my family (we've got a kid ). They started off with a smile and a handshake, an indication they were there to service my needs. Not only did they fix the back up in my drain line but looked at a leaking bathroom that I had in my house as well. One thing that I was very happy was that they did a great job cleaning up after themselves including the job area . I know who I will call if I have a plumbing issue. No price gouging upfront and honest work at a price that is good. Kevin checked back after the job to be certain everything was working good. You don't see that a lot.

So a few of minutes later, I phoned up Kevin and let him understand the situation. He said it was a dilemma and in under 30 minutes a worker named Ricky knocked at my door. He knew exactly what was going on and very professional! He got us running right away! He advised me to install a access, explained each of the benefits and I was sold! Next day, Kevin and did a great job of installing the access to keep our sewer drain and eliminating my front yard grass and Ricky both arrive at excellent timing.

Called Premier 1 Plumbing for a sewage odor coming from restroom. Ricky and Edwin came. They went over and beyond to find the problem. After a couple of minutes, Ricky showed me what had been the reason for the problem and took photos, proceeded to explain of my choices and we ended up deciding under the crawl space on a sewage repair. Ricky and Edwin were very professional and straight forward. That the office sent me pictures of the before and following the repair and a invoice, after the repair was done. I couldn't be happier I highly recommend.

Kevin is superb! We had a what seemed like a small flow in the kitchen sink of our house. The next day, kevin came out and we discovered we had a ruler, which saved us from a potential problem that was larger. Kevin has been professional, helpful, communicative, and his rates are extremely fair. Will call Kevin again for any plumbing assistance we want.

Give Premier 1! I had a emergency water flow in my primary water line. I talked with Denise and called Premier 1 and I let her know I need a plumber ASAP. She kept it sweet and short told me the technician will be coming between 12pm to 2pm. Kevin ( The Owner ) and Edwin arrived and they were quite knowledgeable and professional. Kevin clarify the problem to us and we had a leak using the galvanized pipe. He walked us through each of the options step by step. We decided to replace our waterline with fresh aluminum. The job was completed really clean and organized that I loved! They also provided a fantastic guarantee. Job was completely in 2 days. I must state I found a plumbing company that truly cares about their customers and their requirements.

Boyfriend and I had a vacation plan morning, but of course our water heater started to flooding our cellar that Saturday. We predicted Premier 1 Plumbing, we spoke to Denise, she had been very professional. Everything is explained by her perfectly. She booked us. Came out with his worker Fernando and what! In two hours we had everything cleaned and cleaned with our brand new water heater! We have everything. No pricing was hidden by the company at all, they were up front with everything they did. Our plumbers were found by us for life!

These men were EFFICIENT and FRIENDLY! Ricky and kevin came to help with a leaky toilet and clogged drain. The drain issue was solved by them and replaced the toilet. And importantly, they were nice guys! I would definitely recommend this firm!

Ricky and kevin were fantastic. Not only was Kevin the fastest to reply to my inquiry, he was easy to speak with and certainly showed confidence and experience. After a few reschedules, Kevin was able to match something in that worked with my schedule and was very accommodating. Upon arriving, he went over and beyond to assist me identify a smell which permeated through my flat, that turned out to be a pipe leak in the ceiling and was friendly and personable. I felt that he was the professional and Ricky insisted on crossing up any mess which came from opening part of the ceiling . Definitely would hire!
