Thrifty Rooter

These guys are fantastic. We had yet another rooter business come out to support a clogged toilet sink/garbage disposal. After the first plumber he announced the issue to be severe and gave us a quote for an additional $1,500+ to repair the issue. I was known to Thrifty Rooter for a second opinion, and they saved the day! They were able to clean the clog that is stubborn and restore garbage disposal and my kitchen sink to appropriate order within an hour for a very reasonable rate. Definitely recommend this company!

The WORST company I've ever managed. I later discovered they overcharged me. Additionally, they canceled an hour before they were scheduled to come. I should have known they were suspicious if they had difficulty producing their insurance confirmation... avoid at all costs!!!!

I truly wish to thank Thirfty Rooter back along with my two favorite guys, Chuy and Armando for their incredible support. There is nothing worst than getting your mainline not functioning and these guys cleared out it ! Their prices are great and then I would when there was an choice to leave them 10 stars. The job was finished by the plumber. I was"late" for my job for two HOURS.
Their secretary never apologized to their"inconveniences" that they've caused to me -- from the schedule, to the plumber, and their over-all"very, very, very poor customer services."
I was"VERY UPSET" I called the office. The secretary stated that if want to have the job completed, it requires time. I know it takes time. So whyshe scheduled the plumber to come late, when in actuality, she" KNOWS how much time approximately the job will entail."
The plumber arrived at 11am. Subsequently, checks the job to be done, with"no resources on his hand." I advised him that I want to depart to go to work. He assesses the job to be done. I advised him that I had requested for the"faucet to be replaced." The plumber said that"you just have to wash it." OMG! Why is the plumber currently telling me to wash the faucet when I am asking him to replace it?
If I could rate it for"no stars" I would.
The"customer support" of this company is"very, very, very poor."
My landlord called this company for the second time now. In both times, their plumber has been"late." When I have made my appointment for today's support I explained to them what I had"requested to fix the drain in my tub, the knob in my shower, and the faucet replaced in my bathroom sink." I have informed her that I want to depart at 12 noon because I have to go to work.

I got totally screwed over by a different company and called them... I explained what happened and they've gone above and beyond to help me out and also to adapt my hectic schedule. . I talked to Kaitlyn at their offices and she was so helpful and seemed to really need to take good care of me...

Had Thrifty Rooter can out and with some elbow grease and a snake, had it cleared within 15 minutes. The
Tech was efficient, pleasant and honest. I would certainly suggest Thrifty Rooter.

Cut to two weeks later, and my bathroom sink is currently running . The drain was actually taken by me aside off as far as I could but I did not have the tools to go much further. I could view as soon as I looked to the wall that the pipe immediately bent down in 90 degrees and also know from history, there were roots within this drain. I thought maybe there close I could get. but no hairball. At least as much as I saw.

I used these guys b/c first, my neighbor did. We are hillside, and his drain was backed up. Required using that industrial sized quite large 100' aerodynamic storm, and harry who helped him was committed to solving the problem -- going as far down and deep as possible, and insisting that they maintain the snake moving until they hit on the sewer line onto the road. I know -- since I had my ass in my neighbors deck while they were dull away in the drain through an access port, having a drink! And my neighbor and harry kept interrupting my beverage asking me if I could turn on faucets in the house so that they could check the leak! So fine ok I did my good deed for the afternoon for humanity and put the drink down and turned on the faucets! My neighbor's drain clearing price $100. Took about an hour. And has been a lot of wet work.
I have no complaints, my neighbor does not have any complaints. I can see a lot of folks here do when a service supplier does a terrible job and yes that sucks. But I could tell you from start to complete my experience was really good. The individual who answered the telephone on friday was nice, the lady who called to confirm was nice. And everything went well.
He puts the router back in, this time goes maybe 25 feet, pulls it out and there is a tennis-ball size clump of roots which he has yanked out! We try the drain, it runs clear... and so I knew we obtained that sucker. This was a job -- thank heavens I guess. Took about 20 minutes only, price $70. Which is better compared to $95 minimal that my other normal (and quite good) pipes charged. I felt this was a bigger job, therefore I didn't want to call out the big guns I have used in the past (moe, cash wrench...). And for this, thrifty router did a great job.
Youch the testimonials here are dreadful! But my two recent encounters with these guys have been completely strong.
I predicted friday, they set up an appointment to get saturday morning, and martin comes. Jovial eager to assist. He used a router. Went about 15 feet, pulls a few roots out. Asks if I need him to go who knows what is down there and there's the possibility that the line becomes caught and stuck in the roots unless they use the machine that is larger. I asked, you are able to sense when there is resistance? He says -- so I say go as far and deep as you can but don't be competitive. Btw we're speaking about the drain. I do not know where you mind went.

I have used this company before and have always been satisfied with there work and pricing. But today I was really disappointed. They did come out on time and did the job but charged me a 100 for opening the drain from a clean out when they didn't open it from the closet clean out into the towns sewer line. The employee said when it was just one major drain he gave me a $20 discount and cleaned, he washed To pipes but charged me extra $80 in addition to the $150 I was initially quoted by them. I told him if it was going to cost extra, he should of told me but he didn't and he kept on insisting when it was on one clog he washed to clogs in the drain. They got the job done but very costly. They used to be nice and reasonable . They find ways to charge you extra with no approval.

Awful company, the man that came play few min out side regrettably I didn't stay by him to test what's he doing! He said that there was baby wipes was there when I ask! I ask him and then he went into his monitor and look what to show me that he really didn't find anything and that he wasn't telling me the facts, I am really disappointed, when u bring somebody from"professional" business, I had been hoping for hitter job!! Not one star

I've been utilizing THRIFTY ROOTER for 30 years for everything. Harry is not just worried about making certain everything is working for my mother, me and the 10 houses I manage. His firm works neatly not only shows up on time and cleans up after the occupation. The rates are fair and in fact less than when plumbers were known as by tenants from the pages. I only permit tenants to call THRIFTY ROOTER right as the plumbing vendor that is prefered. I am so Pleased with THRIFTY ROOTER and Harry. I refer him to everybody I know. I call upon THRIFTY ROOTER on a weekly and weekly basis for support. All the tenants addresses, I am known by them , I appreciate the office staff and telephone numbers and personalities of the tenants and professionally react to their concerns and frustrations. No longer emergency Nighttime service

All and all a business which I would say stay away from.
My landlady uses this service for the needs of her renters after happen to be a nightmare and the moment they did fix my toilet times. The other tenant had her flat is not flooded by an employee and not so much as a sorry was given. He kept saying he didn't understand the device that has been on it cussing at it, when he came to fix the hot water heater.

I managed to pay with my credit card that was a help. Our landlord and her Mother equally utilize Sergio at Thrifty Rooter. He is always very professional and kind and seems honest. Sergio is the only reason this organization is used by us. They are kind and look grateful for our business.

I strongly recommend Thrifty Rooter. Victor just finished opening my obstructed toilet drains and did the job quickly, professionally and with no attempt to"up sell" me to solutions I do not require. After mentioning every four months, that he should likely come back, he replied that six months would be fine. Professionalism and honesty - an mix this business has. This provider is strongly recommended by me! I wanted help right away and had. Two men were sent by the company out . The heavy machines was brought by them and gave me a estimate of $210. (It's less when the pipe that they need to access to run their rooter is readily available --sadly mine was under the home ). They removed the roots that were stuck in the pipecleaned up after themselves. I'm super happy with the plumbers they sent and how diligent they were.

The support is The woman who answered my first phone was indifferent and rude. The plumber arrived the following day three hours late (there wasn't any call to tell me about the delay from the main office). He was nice because he didn't have the part, and mended the sink but not a leaking shower head. He promised I will get a call the following morning. Five day later (more out of curiosity) I called again. A woman by the name of Suzy answered in the typical uncourteous manner:"O ye, I should have sent someone a week, ha?" I could listen to a different woman making out with a man in the background!!!! and laughing

I've had really good experiences with them. The latest time fixed it and realized they had to go back and find the part and arrived by the following working day.
