Miracle Rooter Plumbing

I can't suggest this plumber. By far the best contractor I have ever worked with. I had a slab leak in a new house, which is the situation. Add into a 2 yr old and a 9 month pregnant wife. I stared at a complete catastrophe. Two other plumbing companies indicated it would take to replace with ABS and to pull out the concrete, dirt and pipes. As soon as I saw their gear that was advanced and met the men from Miracle Rooter, I felt better. Whitney, eric and Geraldo worked TIRELESSLY for 6 days and replaced the plumbing downstairs. Clean, couldn't have been quicker, and professional. More importantly, we trusted the employees in our house while we were gone at work. Super men, diligent, mended everything and hardworking. They even documented everything for my insurance claim. This firm turned a nightmare into no problem, in under a third of the time and at nearly half the cost of the estimates. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are a joy to work with and a complete keeper of a plumbing firm.

Or Maybe a BIG NEGATIVE review.... They showed up and booked me an appointment! If I didn't call I wouldn't get any comments from them! Very unprofessional!!! What annoying once I did the telephone someone left a voicemail stating they're occupied, is and will do the task Seriously??? What's the purpose of my appointment!!! Do not be tricked by their Advertising, it's 100% false...

Entirely untrue. Scam artists from the start. Showed images on their telephone of lines that are obstructed that weren't even our lines. Indicated we had 42' of lines. This'm our plumber. A camera, ran and showed me clean and clear lines all the way. Stay away from these folks.

I got a referral through Home Advisor to this business to fix a gas line. We set up a two hour appointment window for that I had to set aside time forhalf way through the window period, I received a call they cancelled my appointment because of scheduling conflicts. After delaying the task for a couple weeks, and receiving a couple of different quotes, I attempted Miracle rooter simply to see if I can get 1 quote. The specific same thing happened AGAIN, with the woman on the phone giving me the same canned soulless explanation of the way"regrettably. . .blah blah..." they weren't going to make it out because of scheduling conflicts.

6/6/19 we contacted Miracle Rooter because of a blockage. The rest of the charges are the same as during regular business hours, although we were told over the telephone once we set up the service call we needed to pay a $69 after hours service cost. The line was snaked by daniel. He indicated he believed the problem may have arisen because of roots in the tree on our tree belt, but his camera didn't work, therefore he was unable to confirm. He signaled because it was after hours and an additional after hours service fee of $25, the fee was $170 for the snaking. We told him that this was inconsistent with the information the website said the commission was $76 for the snaking and we received. He indicated that cost would be honored by him. Our system backed up 10 days. Miracle Rooter was contacted by us. The rep indicated we would have to pay for the service that was snaking. We told her that we were reluctant to pay for it when the job was done and because we paid it it shouldn't have occurred so soon. The manager said we did not need to pay for the snaking, but we needed to pay for the after hours service call. We refused to do that because this issue shouldn't have arisen soon. The manager agreed to send out a tech, but said another rep would want to come 6/17 out to determine the cause of the repeated problems. Anthony snaked the system and came out. On 6/17, a manager, Peter, arrived. He used a device, which determined the system was blocked in a few feet of the trunk of an enormous tree on our tree belt. We consented to get the pipe is replaced by them . We agreed upon a cost of $4000. Peter then mentioned there was an extra cost for the permit. After Miracle Rooter it became evident that the pipe required to be replaced from the curb on the street also. We renegotiated the contract into the price of approx with Peter. $14000, including the first $4000 cost. We were told by Miracle Rooter repetitions various deadlines as the job progressed. The installers had not attended that the rim on the lineup of the city protruded in a way that wouldn't configure to the installers' pipe. They eventually had the ability to hook the pipe as of 6/21, but the gap in the street couldn't be closed up before the review. The review occurred the first layer of this gap along with 6/24 was filled. Until 48 hours later, although we were told that it took 24 hours to dry, the last layer of asphalt wasn't put. At that moment, the steel panel that was covering the hole has been abandoned askew along our control. On 6/24 following the first coating was put over the pit, Anthony knocked on our door. We promptly paid him the balance of the amount due (approx. He told me that a receipt could be emailed to us. We spoke with him clean up of this job. He assured us that the place would look"like they were not there." He indicated he'd return 6/25 to wash up. He showed us pebbles he had planned to use to replace those that covered the region from the tree belt that was dug up. They were not a match. We told him that the firm and he indicated that they could be purchased and put in the region on 6/25. We reviewed that the grassy place on the yard that had a divot in it. He assured us that he smooth out the place the following day and would bring soil. As of 2 PM 6/25 no one had arrived in the house. Since that time, we have made several attempts to get Miracle Rooter out to complete the clean up (there are still orange cones left our land, the divot wasn't full of, the rock area needs extra rocks and also to be smoothed). Additionally, they have not sent us a reception or a video of this job, both of which we need to get over $5000 in rebates back! They didn't respond to the first contact from the licensing board (we registered a criticism ). We left a message. His voicemail is complete, so we cannot leave a response message to him.

Where do I start? This company is honest and giving with their bids it isn't even funny They overcome on any other plumbers bid in the Valley!
Adolfo Ramon Pablo, these guys work their butts off and all They explain what they're doing and why they're currently doing what they do, to teach and give knowledge to a female so that perhaps I won't be taken advantage of!
They move above and over what the bid states when they find plumbing difficulties and do not over charge for the additional things that they do! Unusual and amazing is that?

Was so excited to use this company since they're down the block . Produced an appointment the day before for 2 a.m. two test out a flow at my property. Got a phone call at 8:20 stating they weren't able to come over until 11 the oldest because the equipment they needed was unavailable at the time. I was going to be late to work together with the a.m. appointment. I assessed for the leak and ended up finding another plumber on Angie's List who came to the home. Oddly the only equipment he needed were his mind and his eyes. And he was fantastic.

Fantastic service had a significant plumbing issue at my house Peter there manager called me right away told me to not worry we will be there in under 45 mins plus they had been here wended to substitute our sewer as a result of roots they were quite aggressive and we pick them and had a wonderful experience.
I will highly recommend to all that want a fair and accountable business go with MIRACLE ROOTER PLUMBING!!!!!

I came through to write this review and invite the Miracle Rooter Plumbing company... when I had been having a significant leak in my home and I called 3 other businesses which were advertisements that they operate 24/7 and they turned me down by telling me that they do not have technicians around now but Mr. Kevin fulfilled my petition by sending he's technician in less then 30 minutes and took care of my leak problem. The technician was very professional seasoned I highly recommend to give your business to Miracle Rooter Plumbing company and I am sure you won't repent BTW I Would like to mention that since it was emergency support telephone I thought I will get charged a fortune but I was surprised by the price I paid I wasn't expecting that quite reasonable price once again thank you Mr. Kevin

I'm not 100% convinced I must be writing this review since I haven't been a customer of Miracle Rooter within a couple of decades ago but they did replace my primary line back in late 2011 and I never gave them a review here I am. I agreed to let Miracle Rooter replace my main sewer line which was plagued for what I believe to be a price predicated on the bids with origin issues I had received. The guy who did the job was called Adolpho and I recall that he was there till about 8PM on Christmas Eve 2011 getting the job done even though I had suggested he go home and come back the day after Christmas, however he didn't need to leave the job unfinished and a customer unsatisfied. The courtesy and dedication he showed during that project was something I should have recalled, but unfortunately in May of 2018 I let another"pipes" firm (Wise Choice out of Glendora which is only a lot of conmen with some plumbing skills) partly turn me against Miracle.
I invited WC to emerge and unplug a bathroom at my rental in Monrovia depending upon the nearly 5 star reviews I saw on Yelp (most of these reviews are fake so please don't use that firm ). The criminal charlatan workers at WC quickly upped the price to $255 to remove the bathroom, then $900 to replace a portion of pipe at the yard, and then $2,000 to substitute more pipe (which they didn't end up doing). In this scam stage that I must say I dropped as I was not there and was relying on the integrity of the WC technicians to relay accurate information to meI had been told by WC that my primary line was done poorly and that they could update it for me to the bargain price of $8500. I took them to get their word, Because I really didn't have some reason to disbelieve them in the time. They made me to believe so I phoned Miracle to have them take a look that Miracle had done a poor job. They came out and inspected the line didn't find an issue and free of charge.
I'm sorry if that is a review bashing than praising Miracle Rooter WC more, but I am still mad in my naiveté and WC's lack of humanity. The men at Miracle would not take any money, do a free review, and were happy to go beneath the house. I did find them get quite heated though if the WC"plumbers" impugned the job of Miracle and they were very angry that WC was tarnishing the standing of all plumbers by their business practices. I still guilty that I thought WC rather than sticking with the great men at Miracle, but like Darth Vader I eventually found the light side after being exploited from the dark side of"plumbers".
Miracle Rooter came out in force once I was able to be out there, although I don't reside at the Monrovia area, therefore it was not easy for me to get out there to meet with anyone throughout the middle of the day. They brought three men who patiently explained to me the lies that WC was telling me, and they helped me prevent being potentially scammed for yet another $5,500 which WC needed to get a claim that I had a lot of peppermint under my home because of a broken pipe which was a complete fabrication.

I can not suggest Miracle Rooter enough because they struck me as more than great plumbers, they are also people that are good also with impeccable integrity in a business that most of us are dumb about which may result in scammers seeking to screw people around. I am exceptionally fortunate in that I own a few homes, and I am blessed that those homes are within the geographic areas that Miracle Rooter services. I will only call them later on, and I hope you do too as I believe that you will be happy with their service and that their job is backed up by them. If you choose to go somewhere else please believe that you are buying the person's job. You also need a guarantee for the job they do and an organization that will be around in ten years to ago up that work.

I had our water while he had been going to install our water heater shut off valve broken by a tech from water heater that is fast. It had been on a Saturday and getting a plumber in the weekend is very expensive. I phoned Miracle Rooter Plumbing and they shipped Adrian Rios. He is. He's diligent and extremely patient when it comes to his occupation. He listens to the client and never sleeps. Adrian is an asset to the company and I expect all technicians may be honest and individual . He finished the project and fixed the issue. Way to go Adrian!!! You deserve recognition and this big commendation from your high ups. God bless.

Wow that guys were amazing!!! Two weeks ago I had a backed up toilet and I phoned them about 9:00pm that they showed up around 9:45 amazing got it done... They were super nice and super fast in the event that you would like fantastic work with an adequate cost telephone the Miracle Rooter Plumbing!!!

My toilet was not flushing. It took flushes to clear and I finally had to dump a bucket of water to make it flush completely. So I attempted Miracle Rooter I haven't used a Yellow Pages book for Some Time. Their advertisement looked appealing. Their plumber seemed nice. I asked him if perhaps the roof vent needed to be rid. He explained that I had a new toilet and that mine could be replaced by him for $400. I explained that I would think about doing it and thanked him. Later, a neighbor looked at it and stated that the (underwater) water jet just had to be rid. He cleared it in 2 minutes with a coat hanger. He explained that"Some plumbers will attempt to offer you a new toilet when they understand perfectly well that this is all that is wrong."

These guys were great. I had a problem with my main line sewer and there support technician came out straight away. He explained everything. Was really knowledgable and professional. I was pleased with there services, do not hesitate give them a phone you won't be disappointed!

I would, if I could give a zero. I was told my appointment could be postponed because they were waiting for their water heater specialist. He said he knew nothing when he arrived.
If you require assistance with a water heater, they may be helpful for other plumbing difficulties, but stay away.

In which the problems occurred franko and his staff were professional, considerate and took good care of the town permits inspections and took some time out to show me. I would do business with this company again and again. Great friendliness and professionalism and concern all rolled into a single package.

I'm in the process of selling my home and in it the bathtub had crud on the afternoon of my house that is open. As soon as all the possibilities exhausted, it turned out to be a collapsed sewer line. After some study, I called Miracle Rooter and, Franko, came outside to get the problem. I had a huge problem on my hands and I did not want it to interfere with showing and selling my home.

Terrible service from technician to manager, but Whitney was knowledgable, courteous, and helpful, if you need to choose this company. That is after 4 days of trying to receive our plumbing and never being able to get a grasp of the supervisor.

From all of the reviews, I believed this would be a terrific plumber. They had a voucher for $67 to perform drain cleaning that seemed like a great deal. Getting someone out was fairly fast (a few hours) however, when they got here, they had been unable to clear out the clog and a manager came with some thing which allegedly might see where the clog was. They offered the sewage pipe to be replaced by us. Uh, sort of quick to jump to that conclusion so people sent them away and paid their money to them. We called a whole lot of plumbers and our routine guy was in town and cleared the block of coming within five minutes.
I was very upset that they tried to up sell me to doing a 3000 - $4000 job from a $67 call. I don't like being taken advantage like that. Stars are for getting time to us.

Consistently fair pricing and good work. I've used them big and tiny jobs.

Arthur checked out the issue, came out immediately and gave us the option to fix it. The 88 dollar option was gladly taken by us and he finished in about 20 minutes. The bathroom is currently working as good as new!
Arthur from Miracle Rooter only came and saved the day. . .on a Saturday too! We wouldn't drain at all and had a horribly backed up. We had attempted plunging, Drano and each home remedy in dread of what a plumber could cost us. We made the problem worse and worse so we broke down with no option but to call a plumber.
