ProFix Drain & Hydro Jet

As part of a home review, I called a sewer line assessment to be provided by Greg, and he provided a report that was thorough. Build up and he followed up with a hydro-jet to clean out a few of the roots. He went above and beyond to check the water heaters throughout the house, and at precisely the exact same time and helped me turn them on.
Greg requires the time to explain the procedure, and is super respectful. He gives full attention to concerns and queries. On top of it, he is super responsive and educated on all follow up questions. He's first on my list, if there's a plumbing requirement.

Establish a plumber. Tried ProFix Drain and called in the daytime. They checked what could be the problem and came the day. He proceeded to perform his job and gave me a quote. I texted Greg along with my tenant and we place the appt. I received a text from Greg with images of the drain functioning correctly and the hair the he sent a video of the water on and snakes out. Greg texted me and said job is completed it's $59 but call me for cc payment- no rush.

My shower drain got clogged and needed to get snaked. I used a plumber that was different but did not want to work with him because his price went up since then. I'm a bit annoyed with contractors who offer good service at low price to get fantastic reviews once they get started then jack up it. I turned to Yelp quote system that was useful to get quotes. This area had the best price but I had been somewhat skeptical due to just three reviews and lack of a builder's license. I know it's a job but I still prefer a contractor in case something goes wrong. As it's a job I decided to take a chance, and I knew because this business is new on Yelp, I'd get decent service.
Right from the start, I was very impressed. Greg managed to come to my house of contacting him, within an hour. He actually arrived few minutes. He put on shoe covers before coming into the house. That's a plus in my book. I don't recall contractors or any other plumbers . Finest part was, he had been very clean and methodical with his work. He wiped down the work area with Simple Green subsequently and even cleaned. That's some fantastic service. Because it drained slow, I had him take a look. It was just a very simple job of cleaning hair stuck to the pop up drain stop out, therefore he did not even charge me for this.
Greg is still in school but said he must be carried out in about a month and will get his license. He's been in this business for 15 years, working beneath his dad. After his father retired in the profession he started his company. He seems very eager and willing to provide excellent customer service since he is still quite new on his own. I hope he stays this way and doesn't turn out like other builders that simply do it to get Yelp reviews that are positive and be complacent. So I will use him as far as you can until his Yelp page becomes lit up with bunch of five star reviews I was pretty impressed with his service today.

WOW, by a response time to just a warm - I shall always utilize ProFix for your own plumbing needs. So impressed, and he really took the time to walk through a few areas I wanted quotes on. Got to get a clogged kitchen sink and laundry area. Then scheduled a time to get support. Was called that they had been a available ahead of time. Greg fixed our issue right away and stayed to ensure everything was draining properly. Good communication and support.

Do me a favor. . .just call Greg and he will sort it out. I had a cracked drain tube that took Greg it all 20mins to repair. He not only installed a pipe that was brand new but also ensured that the remaining part of the drain system functioned correctly. I would recommend Profix for any plumbing will use their service in the future and wants.

Lasting quality and service I'm a relatively a new home owner and I had some work. I usually try to do this myself but this time. I had all of my drainage replaced in 2009. Until recently have not ever needed a stoppage a drain back up aside develop from my wife. Yesterday everything drained slow and then the tub backed up. I guessed it had to be a mainline problem. I went through Yelp and called ProFix out. Greg came within 35 minutes. Diagnosed it being a mainline clog (as I guessed ) he tried to snake through my toilet drain (as I have no MAIN CLEANOUT! ) ) But was ineffective. Greg suggested two way clean out to avoid accessing the home in the future. I agreed and work was completed in 3 hours. Drain is functioning, wife is happy, and he was quite reasonable as I have inquired for this procedure in the past about pricing. Thank you Greg that you have a client for life!

Greg gave me a price quote right away through the yelp quotation system. Because he had a couple of reviews I was somewhat hesitant. But it turned out to be a drain snaking from the kitchen so I figured I could not beat at the purchase price. I understood he had come to my home as he had been working for another company at the time After he showed up. He had been comprehensive and great afterward and now that he's his OWN COMPANY! Congrats Greg. He have a look to show me the clog snaked the kitchen drain although he not only. He only charged me for a snaking though he had to shake a few pipes beneath the sink and wash out from there.
