So I'm selling my property. Jennifer and her team was contacted and came out! They inspected the house, fixed the flow and the invoice was put on low and true! Just how should one examine a plumber? I said"Self,what would you want at a plumber or any service person for that matter?" Accurate at the quotes, Fantastic Personalities, and Promptness. With Radisic Plumbing which was exactly what I received. I wish I knew the young guy who did the works title, because his company was also represented by him and cared for my property. This experience was very refreshing.

Because they must have a contract with my HOA, and my problem is HOA duty, I spend a day waiting for them to appear. That is a day off work. Now they can not come out since that would be . They expect me to take off work. I detest this company. I don't have any ideal, why they are used by my HOA.
The previous time they had been in my home, a couple of years back, I needed to ask the elderly man (owner?) To leave. He started preaching politics to me personally about the program and walked in my living room I was watching.

It was pleasant to talk with her, as she's always done a fantastic job in the past with our house. She had been prompt and courtesy . Tina handled everything notifying me if a plumber would be out and making certain I would be accessible.
From my dealings with Scotts Management Company into Radisic Plumbing, everybody did a fantastic job! The issue that is most important is that everything has been done properly and professionally. Frustrated over all with support, attitude, and occupation - . Something else always goes wrong. Additionally leaves their trash behind and that I ended up cleaning after them, coffee cups, bottles, and mud on the wall, etc.. Never again.

After a couple of companies and 6 years, among the service professionals at Radisic Plumbing was able to fix why our tankless water heater wasn't working properly! The tankless was working exactly as designed, but our kitchen sink aerator as well as my shower wouldn't let through a enough water flow! Two parts and can depend on my shower remaining hot!! that is:-RRB- and I'm now washing my dishes in water Thank you!!!

Other reviewers have said. . They left a mess. Trash bailed and just supplies inside and outside my unit. Even found cigarette butts outside my door. I have coped with plumbers and these men are not it. If you do not like your work then do something else. Don't trash other people's houses.

Radisic Plumbing are our Heros!! Last night our toilet faucet hardware flooded our bathroom and broke. We attempted to turn off the closed but much to my surprised that the relations were stripped and we were made to shut off the water line to our house. I was worried about being able to get someone here that my spouse and I'd have the ability to use the toilet and shower. I contacted Radisic Plumbing very first thing in the afternoon and they promised me someone will be here by the time agreed upon. Radisic Plumbing went above and beyond! They shipped out Rudy within the time slot and he was great! He was professional. People tend to complain when they are dissatisfied with an agency and hardly ever take the time to thank someone when service is rendered. Rudy actually delivered World Class service! He was quick, professional and efficient! Within an hour he finished the job and we could do our day! Thank you so We are satisfied customers!

I was referred to Radisic Plumbing in my home's association. Last week - I called and mentioned to Radisic that I had a leak in my shower. Shower handle issue or washer issue. The very next day Radisic sent their plumber Bob, who has been for 15 years with the company. He took the time to remove the handles to see if it was a pipe difficulty, or did not inspect the grips, nor the escape. He did not even get near the shower. According to my description he decided I needed fresh handles and stalks. The stalks, handles, and labor would cost $375. He noted that he generally carries these substances within his truck, but they had been back ordered. I told him I needed to have the company call me and to think about it anyhow later that day if the following day worked best for me to determine. Bob left and not 20 minutes later, calls me and leaves me a messages indicating that the next moment he could have the components that day and come. Because I debated on getting another opinion, I did not respond. Bob continued to phone me during the day. 4 times complete. The following day, I received another opinion from another plumbing support and it was determined that it was my shower head which has been the issue, not the handles and/or stems. The shower head needed a quick clean and it functioned!!! Saved me $375 Shame on you Radisic Plumbing.

OMG! Loved my experience using RADISIC PLUMBING. I know absolutely NOTHING about how to fix my shower from my toilets and leaking from running overtime. Radisic Plumbing delivered over one of everything and the experienced pipes is now working. Bob is the plumber who assisted me and he was AMAZING! Book Radisic and request BOB if you would like to get the task done!

On the other hand, the company appeared to look after the problem with this individual, and now via the HOA it shipped out Pedro and a helper to unblock the frequent area pipes along with a kitchen sink. They were on time, did a clean job, and so far so great.
Yesterday I wrote up a seriously negative review about one of Radisic's individuals blocking entrance to my complex for more than 5 minutes with its unmarked van, needing to move while dismissing me, a resident, trying to enter and escape the street traffic piling up behind me. For some reason review doesn't show up here as a"recent inspection." It's buried in the reviews, behind the ones that were positive.

I really like this company. The employees are very eager to get the task finished and considerate. They do work here in our condominium complex. We have had a great deal of wall leaks and they do a fantastic job. And their prices are very good. It is hard to find employees that don't cost a lot and appear on time. I couldn't understand the poor reviews.

They are the worst plumbers in the bay area. They turned off the water at the condo where I live from pm without turning the water back on and left Now. They came back at 5:00 pm after calls from owners and turned the water back on at 5:00 pm. This is the second bad experience in had with them. The very first time they attempted to charge me for repairs. Do not use.

In brief, my HOA sent them to my rental unit since a leak was going to the unit below mine. Kinda a big deal to get taken care of. There are 2 owners and 2 sets of tenants. Ridisic assessed the problem and said they'd provide me with an estimate. Day after day went by and no estimate. I called several times every day asking to speak to someone. Got all sorts of explanations....the managers compose the estimates at the end of each day, they're busy and can't speak for you, etc., etc.. Following a week -- which is, a week of getting my tenants shower somewhere besides their home so they did not cause difficulties below -- I hired someone which came out in only 2 hours. I have not obtained that estimate from Ridisic. I understand if my job is too little, but only say . Don't play games. That officially makes you unprofessional jerks. And I will pitch a fit every time I hear"Radisic" from my HOA until they ditch you as among the sellers.

We'd Radisic Plumbing come out and replace our shower cartridge. It is an old fashion that could be found online. But, Jennifer keeps them . So, that is great that people did not have to wait for it to be arranged. When the pipes arrived , they told me how much the work will cost and gave us a quotation.
I also had them put in a kitchen faucet I had supplied. The guys worked. They doubled checked their work and made sure there were no drips anywhere. (I had used a different plumber to put in our bathroom taps. He needed to come back 3 times since they were leaking under the sink.)
The price was reasonable.

This company is wonderful! I've been renting a condominium for the last 3 years. Radisics has been utilized by my landlord and their support has at all times been the best! And Dina is she takes the opportunity to really listen is friendly, and makes suggestions that have made my life more easy! You need a reasonably priced, great customer support, professional plumbing firm give a try to this one

I'd some yellowing in my own garage ceiling, Bob came out; He cut on big squares, made a dusty mess, destroyed the drywall cutouts, found no leaks and said he'd come back in a few days, he never did, I abandoned those big 3 square hole for nearly 3 months, before I accepted he was not coming out... Shame on Radisic Plumbing... I gave them two stars since they cater to the HOA Maintenance Company and came back out fast, Another celebrity for installing an air gap. ?? I paid $700.00. If you continue this practice your company can never have good fortune

My pipes got backed up. I had them come"fix" my pipes. Then terror struck although everything was fine for a couple days , all of my pipes were backed up. I was deep in human waste, I phoned and they said there was nothing they could do. I was on my hands and knees cleaning up. I called another company and they fixed . Worst plumbers ever!!! Don't suggest them
