Last night, had a plumbing crisis at 9pm and discovered Drain City Plumbing through HomeAdvisor. Tony and his crew arrived on time, were quite professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We were completely happy with their job and customer service. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Super nice on the telephone and in person. Never provided quote for repipe, or responded to my follow-up message. Since I took time to meet with you and show you round your 35, I'm OK if you are not interested, just allow me to know 1 way or another. The reason you are not interested may teach me something about the occupation.

Please.... I will advise anyone looking for a legitimate plumber with HONEST and credible business practices DO NOT employ this hole in the wall outfit....This is a two person operation that hires non qualified personnel to complete their bidding.... Allow me to begin with this, they billed me 4500.00 for about less that 10 feet of copper and 10 feet or bend pipe. . When I itemized receipt with labor and parts and requested it took Tony and Jay two days to provide a receipt that was bogus to me. !!!!! Mind you I'm in a related area... -HVAC.... So I'm well versed in applying (performing best practices) as it comes to clients and what they need to see ahead of any job or cost of materials and labor!!!!!! Your a scum bag Tony!!!! You will not get much in your business!!!! Why did you not call me back to discuss you Bogus itemized bill!!!!! Do not worry.... I have begun the procedure to recover what you over billed me!!!! And I contacted the better Business Bureau...I will post the pictures of the best quality perform your Goons Performed.... Along with your Itemized invoice...

The pros at drain city pipes were responsive to my late night call asking whether they could send a technician. Tony assured me that his technician, Jay, would be onsite at 10:00 Sunday afternoon to fix my external gas line flow (South Cal Gas had red tagged the meter the former day leaving my renters with hot water or a functioning stove). Jay out of Drain City quickly squeezed the gas line and discovered the gas flow. He managed to remove the patio pavers, excavate around the pipe, replace the area of pipe and set everything back together until 2:00. I was quite skeptical at the urgency Drain City displayed to find the gas back at my rental house and would advocate, and utilize, Drain City for future pipes requirements.

I had a sewer break a month after main water line broke. Tony was phoned by me right off and his men were all around it. They were excellent describing me exactly what I need done and the best prices on both occupations. Not needing a sewer or water for a few days were a hassle but they worked from the morning to get as much work as they could. I appreciate the understanding of my requirements and appreciate the honesty of this job.

I just moved into a new house and needed to replace my sewer line. I contacted several different plumbers and ended up picking Drain City. Tony explained and his quote came in waaaaay lower than among those plumbers which came to my home. Tony's team showed up on time daily, put in a full day of work (sometimes into the night), and got my own project finished on time. Additionally, all of the work passed and was allowed the town inspection. Everybody on the Drain City team was knowledgable and friendly, and they were with ensuring that our dogs were secure when we weren't able to be home, great. We'll never use a different plumber for whatever pleased to have found the Drain City team.
You made this experience as good as replacing a sewer line could be.

The owner tony, and his helper Marlon came out a few weeks back to put the pipes rolls on a room renovation we'd managed . He also installed a new faucet, reinstalled a bathroom, refitted gas and water lines to a washer and dryer (and inserted a new drain pan), and reconnected our gasoline range in about three hours. He did a tremendous job, and showed up exactly on time, early on a Saturday. He helped me rehang a door free of cost before leaving (took 30 seconds but considerably simpler with a 2nd pair of hands). Cost was repaired at a fair $550 before we started. It's tough to find good, honest help these days (particularly with nationwide call centers for what seems like a neighborhood service), so it's refreshing to have direct, easy communication with a hands-on owner. Tony is my plumber.

I wanted their service for kitchen line. Was also and given cost upfront disclosure of potential snags. Regular snake would not work. Understandable. Very old. We utilized the hydro jet method. Worked awesome. The group Angel and Chris worked quickly and economically. And when I get more money are going to have back to side of home. Would recommend definitely.

Very reasonable labor cost n highly professional support. They responded on a Sunday to put in a hot water heater. I couldn't be happier. Was shocked about the heater's sky rocket cost since the previous installment, but it is the inflation issue that is manufacturing, not theirs. I will hire them in a heartbeat for future plumbing needs.

Well I have. Payed $7000 to possess the home re-drained and re-plumbed, possess a water heater and have all my bathroom fixtures installed. They've finished most of the work but the finishes because they did a half ass work on 28, my hose hook up outside has to be anchored. We've scheduled four times now for them to come outside and complete. The first two have been not any call no displays. The third he did half of the end work but he and we eventually got somebody out here would need to return another day to complete the rest. Mind you the bathroom sink was among the things that he did complete....but it escapes, so we still can not utilize it. We scheduled what was suppose to be final appointment for today at noon and the fourth. Noon rolls around and they're still not here. I text my contact who was suppose to be coming out and that he said he quit and to telephone the proprietor. What is bothersome about that is that we had been calling the proprietor before when we had the first two no shows and we still haven't heard from him. At this point I am assuming we are going to need to complete the work ourselves or hire somebody else to do the work although I left a message. What really sucks is that we had been having a good experience with the business up until the time of the end work. But arriving from customer service I know that the last impression you leave on someone is what really keeps a business in business. We are planning on working on acquiring a income home and doing many houses and we were hoping that we had found a plumber to utilize out the years. I guess a family owned business was not the thing to do.

Tony understands the issues well. The following day when the problem was not entirely solved, and that I needed to call himhe came back straight away and explained the origin of it and took the opportunity to fix it. His workmanship reveals his enthusiasm for your job. Thus far I think I could quote his job as'plumber and Your honest'. I really hope he keeps it up and that I wish him well in his small business. It is tough to locate people whose job is worth your cash.
I tried to call 2 of my plumbers. Nevertheless, they were busy. So looked up in Yelp and I found that this company. They reacted quickly. He also pointed out to me the state of my drain they were old and almost on'death bed'. The pipes were taken out by him as evidence. I already knew about it and I knew he was not trying to make up stories. I was astonished how quickly the same day he worked and finished the job. That I understand I will be calling him and I'm very delighted with the support there is an issue. His job is warrantied.

The two downers I have about the entire thing is that their wash up seemed rushed, with heaps of sand and dirt all over. Cleaned well, with shards and balls lying about that I ended up crossing up. The other downer is that I can make puns about my sewage scenario any more.

I bought a house that needed a sewer line in bad condition. The out was installed and the boot that connected the pipe that was new to the old clay wasn't sealed. I also had a classic clay"T" joint that has been badly capped beneath a concrete terrace. Roots grew in fierce in both locations until the water became warm to get a shower that the system would back up. Tony conducted a camera a couple of days also to attempt to limp and to validate the trouble locations us and even came a couple of days to snake it out. His estimate was below quotes for the same work. Everything has been functioning how it should and I couldnt be happier!
Tony told me everything that I had largely figured out and is a straight guy. I knew that the pipe was compromised and saw the videos of the traces along with the jungle of origins and even leaving it having the origins cut out would do nothing for me in the long term. My home warranty company sent out many plumbers to snake and clean the plumbing out and they were all slackers who stated to call somebody who does sewer pipe sleeving or telephone your insurance and have them deal with this. Tony was true to what he stated and spoke with assurance that he backed up with experience.

Tony and his staff were great in getting my own water heater hooked up. They respond quick and answer your requirements. They put in extra time if necessary to get the job done. Thank you guys!

My water heater was replaced by them and did a fantastic job. After my call Tony came at and right away the time that was suitable for me. He scrutinized the old heater, attempted to restart it, explained to me what was wrong and was patient and professional. He did not pressure me and left me with a quote. The inspection and the quote was free. So I called him and shortly got my brand new water heater. The price was very reasonable. The job was done promptly, professionally and professionally.
