Do not bother going anywhere In case you have drain clogs. Call RapidFlow and ask for Jason. If that can not be fixed by him, then I don't think anyone can.
If I could give Jason at Rapid Flow a 100 stars, I really would. I had a true plumbing problem that is complex. I'd origins in the major drain, and it was severely complicated by RotoRooter (please never use RotoRooter unless you would like to get screwed over and over again. Instead of unclogging my drain, Rotorooter technician obtained their snake stuck, left it in there for good, left the drain plug and hatch to the pit as a result of which I'd sewage pour into my basement, thereby making a very expensive and hassling situation out of a simple one). Boston Drain was called by me, and their tech couldn't unclog it. Boston Drain refused to jet on the line and indicated a very expensive dig for pipe replacement. In despair, I called RapidFlow. Jason called me . He was confident from the get go, and so reasonably priced that I couldn't say. He went and after 3 hours snaking the drain at nighttime cleared it. Boston Drain folks went in the following day, and also their master tech explained that Jason had completed an amazing job. People that were unrelated told me the drain was clear to function without a hitch for 20 decades. That I have to say that I have never had an service person in. I never met Jason in person (that I wasn't at the home, and only talked with him on the phone). He rescued me a mountain of hassle frustration and cost. I cannot help rave about him. He did not leave me. He also worked his magic on a really big root (a few inches thick) that had the major drain completely blocked closed. Most everybody would perform a drain surgery to clean this up. . .but not this man. He's a wizard.
Couldn't clear the clog from the drain line and walked away from the problem. Told us we needed to dig out the concrete. This was totally wrong. The cleanout was not buried in the concrete. I needed to call.
My Friend Ingrid had a pipe she called 2 other firms and they tried to fool her stating she must change all of her plumbing. When she called Rapid Flow Mr. Elvis Dzuzdanovic was professional and honest repairing her problem in less then 15 minutes promising her that the pipes didn't need altering. We urge them 100% thank Elvis!!!
Apparently no job is too large or too small for Quick Flow, quick to react and succinct about what they're going to do. Even if the project ends up being more complicated than you described and they expected, there is a remedy applied, without nickel and dime added penalties and ready. I didn't have an emergency day and they still got to me!
It is so awful when you've got a need for emergency plumbing solutions... but they really take charge of the situation and put the homeowner in the ease. A truly amazing group of individuals.
Yup... another crisis in East Boston and Quick Flow came to my rescue again!! I frankly do not even understand how they can be so great... actually, I do not! They diagnosed my problem and came out instantly. . They had a crew at my house before 7am on 15, the next day! Discuss Rapid! They orchestrated everything quickly... allows, equipment, dirt, gravel, a police detail along with the BWS review... all in under 24 hours. The owner of the company was on site. Not only are all their employees but they're so nice and respectful! This is a top notch company!
I can't overestimate this company's professionalism and experience. I believe the job would have cost tens of thousands of dollars more since my lateral has been approximately 107 feet into the City's main line, if I needed to dig up the street.
Rapid Flow took care of obtaining the licenses and approvals from Boston Water, which has been accommodating and very helpful.
Rapid Flow is professional, diligent and efficient. I'd my sewer lateral relined in my house at East Boston. I think Rapid Flow owns experience and the equipment in this relatively new technology and is far ahead of the curve. Rather than having to dig up the street and replace the sewer lateral, the lateral, or even too much ruined, may be relined. The group, which took about 2 work days about a week apart was led by mark G. The first day consisted of sending a camera down the sewer and clearing the tree roots, debris and identifying the cracks, misalignments, etc.. The second day consisted of a re-examination of the lateral and then installing the lining, which needed to be specially arranged.
