I called RB Travis in somewhat of a panic....guests were arriving and all 3 toilets were backing up. Within two hours of my phone, a technician was at our home.
I've used RB Travis earlier as we've got an problem with tree roots. On every occasion, they have been quick to respond, quick to appear and, quick to find the task done. They have always been sure and courteous to wash up any messes made.
It is good to know precisely who to call...

A week later my neighbor called me to let me understand that water was rushing down the road from our property. We searched our property and found water gushing our hillside. A flow surely WAS on our main water line!!!!
My handyman offered to come dig at the ground to find out whether he could find where the flow was. Where the water came out of the ground, the flow was right! IN OUR WATER MAIN!
I got the flow on our line fixed and ended up phoning Roto Rooter.
I received a letter from RB Travis stating they found no flow on the water main and the flow had to do with our irrigation lineup. Tell that to our own water meter dialup, which spun like crazy. Unbeliveable!
R B Travis technicians came outside to decide whether this was the case. They found no proof of a flow!
RB Travis sent out another plumber. I showed him where the water came out. After a bit of halfhearted digging he explained that RB Travis could employ a leak detection company for me to get $600. In addition, he said it wasn't our line that had a flow, but rather an line.
We figured there must be a flow somewhere and obtained a water bill.

RB Travis was known to us by our guarantee firm. They came out in a reasonable amount of time, and contacted us immediately. The service person was knowledgeable and professional, worked and cleaned up after himself. I'm not conscious of what their prices are similar to, Because this was covered by a guarantee, but based on our experience with them, we'd certainly call them when we had a demand.

I had an Emergency escape that needed attention. I had been joined with R.B. Travis Plumbing through our insurance provider. Their Tech"Dominick" arrived in the job site immediately at 8:00 A.M. at a brand new well equipped van. He was extremely friendly and evaluated the job. When he had completely exposed the pipe he showed me the hole and informed me precisely what he will do in order to repair the pipe. He was extremely knowledgeable and hard working! The region levelled completely cleaned and raked! I knew that I was in good hands and was extremely impressed by Dominick! I've advocated RB Travis for my family and friends! I offer them my greatest recommendation!

In general, a seamless experience!
These RB people are prompt. Called me and scheduled trip that was 11am. I told them I won't be home but since it is work that was external, they said no problem.
I figured it'd be an assessment and they would call menever did. Seemingly, they came out, watched, the galvanized pipe was so bad (probably a hole in pipe?) So they dug two feet down and replaced with a brand new copper pipe. I was informed by them it was the 2 ft pipe was galvanized although I had been worried run from the meter to home was galvanized. Additionally they left the area very clean. In general, I know from my fil (who doesn't speak English but did not need to do anything anyways), they took about 4 hours to fix.
My water line insurance provider that was external, home Serve USA, routed my request . So I had water pooling on the 16, I had a leak in my pipe. Itself was informative and answered my q's on the procedure.

Wow! They did the project on schedule all in the beginning. They are intent in ensuring the customer is happy with their work. I understand why I am giving them 5 stars, I'm in good hands for this organization and this. Thank you Rick!
Overallthey are punctual (they show up when they state they will), dependable, qualified and professional. Their superintendent, Duane who managed and worked on this whole project did a superb job. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Michelle, at the office who I communicated with was helpful, followed up on a timely fashion, and pleasant. They answered all my questions (which I had a lot of them:)
I'm a really happy and satisfied repeat customer of RB Travis, Inc.. I used them and I'm very glad to have worked with them. They restored my bathrooms both by doing a variety of tasks and remodeled. I was in awe of my master bath after they installed new shower doors , new shower enclosure and new granite shower partitions. They brought everything in the bathroom. It all looks fantastic!

I have appreciated RB Travis. They have been helping us with a gasoline line and a few work regarding some garden work we're having done. When they stated they'd, they have always demonstrated. Called ahead and also have been good and fair to work with. Many contracting companies are flexible and I want to shout out to the many times they have had to come to my home and doing so. In April 2019, the water heater is leaking. I called RB along with the receptionist Meghan says their labour is out of warranty and they would not be coming out to support. Seriously?
Less than two weeks later the water heater is blinking 4x and had to keep re-setting it. I called RB and the receptionist stated they didn't warranty the job from January as the blinking lights of 4x (rather than 10x) is a"new" problem - meaning that a new service telephone and charge. This fix cost $368. So, the water heater graph has 7 more faulty blinking light possibilities, and I'd be charged labour and a service charge for each time RB comes out for future blinking lights. This could go on forever.
RB bought and set up a water heater, but would not replace it if it became faulty. Appalling.
I am giving two stars instead of one just because they provided prompt service to RB. However, their support and labour charges, not standing behind their job ("fresh" work to get a faulty water heater), an extremely unhelpful receptionist who provides wrong information or withholds information all made two weeks of navigating on how to have a replacement water heater really cumbersome and frustrating.
In Jan 2019, it was trapping 10x ("burner plate needed cleanup"). I called the receptionist and RB looked up my file, said the water heater was 8 years old, and now I needed to replace it. After hanging up, I called her back and double checked the date of installment and explained the WH is just over a year old. The receptionist apparently looked up someone else's file. RB came out to support the blinking light problem that was 10x. The labour warranty had died so service charge and labour was $225.00.
After contacting the water heater firm directly and obtaining an RA number for the faulty water heater (that was still under warranty), I predicted RB again. That the authorization RA number was provided by me, and asked if they'd please come out and substitute? Meghan stated they do not replace water heaters. What? They are the company who bought and installed it and came out two times to support the lights.
I wrapped up and found that an independent contractor to help me. This builder stated I needed to discover where RB bought the water heater. Meghan was called by me back and asked - she gave me the title of Paramont Sales. I asked her why she didn't provide me with this information when I predicted previously? She apologized. I asked her why she didn't offer the info? She had nothing to say. Unbelievable.
As stated before: RB bought and set up a water heater, but would not replace it if it became faulty. Appalling.

I forgot the mans name thought I asked him. I did call in to allow him company understand what great job he'd done though.
I've just been a homeowner for two years and that was my first service call type of issue. The repairman explained what he thought it was predicated on the symptoms came on time, proceeded to repair, confirmed it was working, and cleaned up afterwards he was finished. Such a nice encounter.

The organization itself is professional but the particular Technician, Josh is the most professional support person. Everytime I receive him comes out without any greeting, act like I'm making up his attitude the entire time was total disrespectful and issue about our pipes issues. From walking into my home to providing a look like that I hate being here look the entire time he's here. I had to ask to not acquire the service like that ever again and this ceremony individual.

Used RB Travis Plumbing During myGot here at 8 am right if they stated they would. He explained everything and did a fantastic project. However he was here on a weekend when other businesses would not be, so I took that into consideration. All in all, I would recommend this company. He put the dirt back where he dug, and the yard barely appears disturbed. Now I can enjoy my weekend's rest! Due RB Travis Plumbing!!

My line was broken and the insurer sent RB Travis. They answered my petition within fifteen minutes. They were at my home within four hours and the project was finished in three hours. They had to cut on the pavement to fix the problem. If they left the sidewalk was tidy, the concrete look like new and I'd running water.

I appreciate the manner Gabe managed a situation that is difficult. In the middle of a downpour, he stayed professional and focused though it was taking longer than he expected. Without even dismissing my concerns he explained everything and answered my questions. If I need service from R.B Travis again, I hope Gabe is the guy they send.

We had a water temperature issue of our 3 showers with two, found out that the regulator required to be replaces by speaking. They came back and did a conformation that was quick and proceeded to get the parts right then, came into our home and our problem has been fixed in about two hours. Awesome service and when I need a plumber in the future I've got their number.

Called to have a technician come out on sat to clean a drain line. Keep in mind this is a kitchen therefore obtaining it flowing was an emergency. A could mean a loss of earnings and backed up of the week. The dispatcher told us they'd be there involving 2-5pm and took all our information. 5:30 comes without a technician. Left a message asking for someone to call back with an update. So I understand the technicians get busy, keep in mind I had been a support and repair plumber for 10 years and tasks go on longer than expected. Called again at 6pm no response. Call rotor router and had somebody out over 30 minutes.

Fantastic communication through the process, super manner that is timely. Will recommend!

Hot water heater crashed Friday day (naturally). R.B. Travis responded fast sending a knowledgable technician. After collecting more bids, I selected R.B. Travis because of the value, responsiveness and the technician's professionalism. Technician Jesse B. arrived promptly to replace the water heater and did a fantastic job. He was thorough, fast and knowledgable. Working in a limited area, he quickly installed the heater, brought the machine up to code and left the website spotless. Their customer service was the best out of first contact with their follow-up telephone after the setup, ensuring I was informed and satisfied.

Update from experience. Called the proprietor 12 times and he and employees are non responsive. Poor customer service.
I feel sorry for your office employees who have to lie to the customer once the owner refused to speak with clients He is not here? Really?
