Reckon & Reckon Plumbing

Third time I have used Reckon & Reckon. I had a disposal and faucet difficulty on a Saturday. Mike came 30 minutes after I called them. Desired a special drain elbow. He travelled had it installed within the hour, came back and picked up the component. Every time I have used & Reckon. Amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, quick and low cost. Love love the service.

Another 5 star experience with Reckon and Reckon. They diagnosed the issue with the selection of either repair or a new tankless water heater. We determined that replacing the old device was the best option and they set up the system. They do great work and are reliable and honest. The employees at work manage to get out the technical folks to the house when possible and are always beneficial.

He refused to come and see the region to provide his quote to me. He gave quote with $ 1000 on telephone low end to high end. When he eventually gave his quote in the home, he gave end price and refused to reduce it. Because of absence of water and urgency I had no time so even that quote that is high was approved by me. He said he can't resolve the leak and set a bill for showing up to give cost and his quote of his escape sensor but you have to pay me. I think he didn't even know how to fix it or he had been playing with sport to rub me.
First he made me to wait 7 days ahead. After he came, he pulled flow sensor and gave me couple of time very incorrect evaluation of location of pipes. For example he said the hot water pipe's location is right below the water pipe under slap. His information was totally incorrect thanks god I had picture of the pipe out of time that has been showing very clearly.
Usually the pipe sensor provides the location map of leak and pipes marked. After he chose the full payment for it, he refused to give part of information he was given by the leak sensor. This is business that is extremely indent.
They did job and today a different plumber was called by me and fix the leak in a day flawlessly and smoothly. I regret so much wasted my money and time on Reckon and guess pluming business.
Don't waste your time with this plumber. I had Victor came to my home to correct pipe leak under slab. He not played game with me not educated but to take the cash.

I left a message on the answering machine and promised got a return call within 20 minutes. Was told that I would have someone outside in just two hours to my home. Within an hour every plumber has been at my door and inside 25 minutes. It was expensive but you want the task done and when it's a Sunday I suppose it was inexpensive. Had I gotten I would have done the job.
It is nice to know there are.
Sunday is always a little dicey to call for a plumber. I had a backed up toilet and I wanted it repaired ASAP.

Best plumber . Called for 2 issues and they came within 2 hours. Michael was amazing; really respectful of our house and worked until the job was completed. Reckon & reckon supplies 24 hour reply.

I adore this plumbing company. First of all is the best man. He follows up after jobs when it is essential. All the guys he sends out are fully capable, honest, effective, and also do the job right. They are simple to schedule with come quickly, and are fairly priced. It is not simple to get a good plumber and I am quite happy we stumbled upon this provider. Thank Reckon And you Reckon!

We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the response we received out of Reckon & Reckon as a result of the mistake they made with our plumbing. The very best Management of the Company and the Plumber were quite unprofessional and reluctant to accept any responsibility fro a major leak that occurred the first time we used our recently remodeled Master Bathroom, even though the leak repairs will cost us over $500.00. We've already been Reckon & Reckon clients regarding this issue we will never utilize the Company again, and because of their lack of accountability and because of their unprofessional attitude for over 20 years.

This is our first encounter with this organization and I would definitely call them again if we (unfortunately!) Wanted. Michael explained the issues and was on time efficient. He was very professional and solved it in 1/2 hour. This company is strongly recommended by me!

The issue in my kitchen resulted from other flats and the lines and Mike managed to investigate deep enough to detect. They were courteous and professional and considerate and I would hire them.

I had a leaking bathroom late on Friday of a three day weekend. I phoned Ricon and Ricon plus they'd plumbers at my condo! Amazing! Very professional- they offered several tips on what they can do to repair the costs and the issue to me. They never tried to upsell mecan't ask for anything more. Use this organization and you won't be disappointed!

Saturday morning plumbing crisis. This company was recommended by A friend and we were not disappointed. Professional and prompt. Victor was really nice, mended our pipe break and the other possible difficulty (at our request). Fees are reasonable and service is top notch! Thank you Victor for turning our Saturday around.

If only had I mechanic, an electrician, landscaper, and doctor as professional, capable, straightforward, honest and fast as Reckon and Reckon (and Michael, in particular) then I would be much better off, by way. In the eight or so years that I've lived in my house I have used them completely. Simply put, I lack the creativity required to envision a plumber, the creativity. .

They were amazing. Came within a couple of hours of calling and were quickly able to purge a totally stopped up drain that sent the machine water out of the house. Asked them a couple drains while there were still here. Super fine, responsive and helpful!

I had a terrific experience with Reckon & Reckon. A broken kitchen sink a blockage and trap. . .Thanksgiving weekend. I called and left a message, Victor called me back, and the next day (it was more convenient for me that the following day) I'd Rufus come out and fix all in under an hour. My disposal functions again, and the drain is better than ever.

The water heater expired, four days after Reckon failed sewer and my sewer. Left a message requesting Micheal to emerge. He assured me it would be taken care of the next day and called me. (See previously posted review).

As did my mother formerly they have been used by me for a number of decades. They've proven to be reliable and honest. Through the years I have used Victor and Michael, both of whom, have done fine work. Recently, Victor came back to make sure everything was functioning properly and took care to drains. They are strongly recommended by me.

Also, they eventually replaced our poor water heater, and fixed a few smaller pipes difficulties. We inquired about a tankless water heater, and rather than over selling us, Victor recommended a replacement , saving us a lot of money.
Victor was nice, professional, helpful. That is the reason why they get such good reviews. Thank you!
Victor came out to fix a leaking faucet--however they were special without inducing damage, and the plumber could not fix --THE DAY, BUT VICTOR SAVED. My wife is pleased to maintain her fixture and I am happy with fixing the leak.

Had them come out to replace gate valve and a hose bibb in our yard. We would normally do this fix myself, but it required turning off the water at the road. Easy to do, but thought it best for a professional any mishaps at the road level. My wife made an appointment. They had been on time. She explained what needed to be done.
Ridiculous pricing.
Luckily, I was phoned by her before she accepted the second part.
A 10 second job, literally.
Very disappointed with how this business conducted itself.

These men are excellent plumbers. I have used them several times through the years. Last week they installed 5 water-saving toilets and it was quick, cheap, and the toilets are a great improvement. They did not leave any mess behind, including the old toilets. I highly suggest these technicians, and Steve Reckon is a pleasure to speak to. You can count for an emergency fix on them, like a brand new water heater.
