Collin, my Repair Specialist, showed up on time, has been dressed nicely and explained everything he was going to do. Questions were asked by us and he was able to reply in a manner, never attempted to sell us services, but explained what we may be able to do to solve our problem!
Rescue Rooter is recommended by me when you want any plumbing assistance!
Oh my goodness, where to start! I predicted Rescue Rooter about a line block. They were professional on the telephone and I was able to get a same-day appointment.

Avoid this company at all costs...
Pure ambivalence from a company. They and zero customer support can't handle their company. We have taken time from work to meet with the appointment period (that we let them decide) two times in a row. Not 1 call from them saying they can't make it, not 1 bit of"we care and will get there as soon as you can". We must call them and they say they have other crises.
This is a company that could not care less, unless you fit the cost emergency call and that is the work that they like the most.

This really is the last business you ought to use In case you have a plumbing problem! My sump pump leaked and I had been charged $547 to put in a 2 inch copper ring! 2 months after the sump pump is spewing everywhere. They claim to get a money back guarantee if you aren't pleased, however when I contacted Steve (manager) he explained I would not be getting a refund. I informed him that of all of the times I've had this specific service the price came near to $547, nevertheless he did not seem to care. I found this manager to be rude, the costs to be exorbitant, and the"money back guarantee" to be counterfeit! I'd provide negative stars if that were an option. Please, take this into consideration if you're searching for a plumber.

-- It appears this business takes great pride in gouging woman & children in misery. I'm sure the men and women who run this business have a large turkey w/all the extras this Thanksgiving. I suppose being in the business of ripping people off is fashionable.
I got a message from their corporate rep who said I was billed correctly for the job done.
-----------------------------------------------------

Our encounter was dreadful. I was off for a few days not to mention the drain to the backs upward. They quote it to be cleared by my wife $630. There's a 4" wash out easily accessible that is going to do the task (After telling this firm to leave, another plumber used that wash out and has been done in half an hour for $99) but Rescue Rooter informs her they would have to unseat a bathroom and use a special device to clear the drain. Even if this was needed, the cost is far out of line with industry standards.
I'll be delighted to post a photo of their quote, if there's any uncertainty about the veracity of this post.
This firm absolutely tried to scam my wife. Who knows what the could have included when they got started on the scam. This is the type of company that gives the industry a bad name.
Sure they could clear a drain but....they will attempt to market services that you don't need at exorbitant rates. Don't be fooled by the cost to clear a drain.

They billed my $350. That is a lot but when he left he did not check the water stream. There's no hot water. I attempted installing the cartridge on my previous unit and got the unit fresh but it did not fit. They refused to look at it or touch it. When I reassembled the unit it leaked a bit, and so I called. No leaks . The plumber abandoned - without checking the water flow from the hot water. I called to complain they need to at least return and inspect the water leak in the link but they refused and wanted to charge me again .if it was not working we might have done a bargain there on the spot but because they did not check it we'll never know will we. Running water is needed by me not the mindset not my issue.

Appalling company derive. Booked an appointment and when I called to determine if they would be arrived by the tech told me he is on a different job and may appear in three times. NEVER use this company

Beware!I called to have them look at my terrace drains by the swimming pool. They came out and looked within the drains and saw some grime and they concluded I needed hydro jetting and desired me to pay $ 2,800 to have it done without assessing the drains with some other substantial diagnostic. I received two bids from local rivals for the same hydro-jet support for under $800 the following day. If you would like to have con artists show up at your door, call them. If you'd like a cost for remediation and a legitimate assessment of a plumbing issue, do not use this business!

That was frustrating because obviously they have a communication difficulty between the one that is and the dispatch, but what awakened down on the frustration was that the approach the man used in deflecting the blame toward the dispatcher. . .and gave a lame excuse how they're in another state and do not have as accurate the data and...
. . .quite frankly, and what? They're the storefront to your customer base and very much part of your organization, so it doesn't serve you nicely to socialize with them because, frankly, the customer does not care who's where and what issues your company has with dispatchers and communication--which happens to be one of the cornerstones of success to your small business.
I called this support and was told they could come out over the hour and could call me to verify. So far so great.
**Note to self (and anyone reading): if somebody intentionally uses the word sir at a sentence together with the feigned effort to seem professional while having to replicate themselves and clarify, it usually means just the reverse as"Sir" becomes their euphemism for"hey a**h***." Unless they are in the south or in the military, I'd never trust'sir' bit on me. **
Then. . .he tripled down with his tone and subtle'tude where he rather made me feel like it was my fault that I must simply understand and be fine that I was given inaccurate information... instead of being sincerely apologetic at their leading me on and failing to fulfill the promise. It might have been less disappointing, but I'd go things happen and appreciate the quick heads up. Rather, I just hung up believing he as a and I will never call them back.
But when they called again about 20 minutes after the individual on the phone (different than the original person) backed out of their commitment and not only said they could not make it out over the hour but could not even give me a brand new ETA.

It is Saturday night!!! It is 8pm! Omg! Is there some plumbers currently working right now?!? They are probably having dinner with their families. My spouse and left messages and I call multiple locations along with a few places also requested for a text message.
I asked He says,"I've discovered that the shower hasn't been draining fast enough!"
So what was the culprit? Hair! My hair!!!! Rock put a rotating cable (looks like a snake). Rock has been amazing. He will was very educational too. Recommended a net so it won't happen 13, to put in there.
I only have great things AND particularly the plumber. Trustworthy. Honest. Professional. And priced nicely. We were charged $169.00 on a late Saturday night. (Unbelievable).
My bath tub is not draining! And there is floating brown stuff !!! that is floating Did sewer just backed up in there!!!! Yikes!!!!
#grateful
They RESCUED US TONIGHT. I am grateful that they were able to come and help my family this day. As a mother to 3 boys, we need our shower bathtub...
Our Rescue for tonight was Rock! Yes, that's his name Rock! Amazing! Really professional. My petition for having no shoes at the home was respected. He had a pair of clean booties he placed on his shoes.
I requested He says,"I need to poop in the toilet" (He's been potty training, and I could totally picture him throwing his zest in the bath tub!)
And who RESCUES TONIGHT?!? Rescue Rooter! Placed a telephone in at 8pm. Talked by the name of Ula. She had been very efficient. Entirely told me that they could send someone between the hours of 830-930 and helped calmed me down. WoW! That is remarkable. She couldn't provide me a quote over the telephone, although she told me that it's a free quote? YiKeS... Got scared what if it was a crazy bill! She said it could cost anywhere from $50-$300. Okay... I agreed.
About 830, I got a call from Fred, and he said, that his guy is coming. He is finishing work.

From which location they will send you their technicians from thus the dispatchers never let you know, this can be a criticism for their direction. All together they were not honest nor honest, gave me an appointment with their advertised price next day they called and change their cost 10 minutes prior to arrival. Therefore cost changed to 185 an hr. Waste of time absurd prices.
Don't believe their advertisements.
You will not ever get the price they advertise.

They have been called by me as it looks like we did not even have any work done. My mom has missed worktime only to be there for the techs and we are worried about the structural damage being done to the walls of the affected place.
This time around, the specific same problem happened (tree is obviously gone now btw), and so we called them since their all-purpose guarantee should have coated the previous work. But after review (and yes, we experienced exactly the same"scheduling troubles" which are comprehensive in so many different reviews), they advised us there were roots within the system which were obstructing the drain, and thus they would need to start a separate job to take care of it. This cost us over $4,000, which we initially agreed to since we only needed to be able to use water. My mom had pointed out before the job the water had seeped into our walls and had been causing harm we could view (both inside and outside ) and suggested that perhaps the pipes under the house were causing the issue. Randy, the technician, told her it was"highly unlikely", and informed her to simply not use front bathroom for a week and it would dry out on its own.
This past year, the carpeting in front of the bathroom was seeping water up from under the ground.
I will update this review based on how they handle things. The call center staff is courteous so this is not a reflection on them, but when they can not back up their communication with actual function, then I cannot recommend Rescue Rooter at all.
If they cannot take care of this in a satisfactory way tomorrow I will think about looking into legal aid because our home's walls (not to mention our floorboards, carpeting, etc.) are presently being affected by the water damage - damage that may have been rectified if the issue was taken care of one week prior. I'll also be looking into their so-called"Exceptional Service Guarantee" to make sure we either get our money back or they ABSOLUTELY solve our problems.
But it has become the aforementioned week (and NO, we did not use the front bathroom at all), and every day we are STILL vaccuuming out about 1gallons of water from the carpet with our Shop-Vac. We should have seen a decrease in the amount of water if the problem had been taken care of - .

Charged an elderly person $266. For a straightforward snaking through the tub's bottom to clear a clog. This was following a senior discount that is supposed. I was told by the supervisor it should have been 300 when I called to ask why it was so muchbetter. This was not a eliminating anything a thin snake through the bathtub socket or snaking through outs that are clean.
If you think $300 is a good price for a drain emptying that is straightforward, then by all means call them

They had me by the balls. On a Sunday my line chose to slow down. My dawn regularity This will screw up. Being as I did not want to spend time calling a lot of businesses that were different I told told the dispatcher to send somebody out. I couldn't get an estimate over the telephone.
A"free" telephone is provided and the tech will estimate the price whenever he gets there. I have an old home. He can not move on the roof. He had to take out the toilet to snake it. $ 544 to take out the toilet and snake the line, Anyhow. After he started that the next toilet couldn't eliminated as the bolts were rusted and that I might need a flange, I was told. Around $1000. I told him to attempt again and again to get the snake down the y pipe. Amazing. It worked the next time. The individual who was shipped out is overqualified and underpaid for what he must do. The franchise owner is raking in the dollars. I would have waited and paid the price if I did not have to crap. Thank you Erik to be the person you're. Start your own business, charge half as much and buy your Lamborghini on.

We had a stopped up toilet and known as Rescue Rooter. We were quoted a time in the late afternoon and we received a call at 8pm sayong from them that they would not be there for another hour. When they hadn't shown up by 10pm. We have 2 daughters age 10 and 2 and the two of these were in bed asleep. Around I did not want them waking up late, I called to cancel the ceremony. The customer support representative could not know I did not want a service tech in my home so late and maintained trying to send out the tech. This is actually the second time this company had worked on this toilet and it is still under their guarantee and paradoxically, the ceremony the first time was completed following dark and after their time. I won't ever use this service.

Thank you thank Andy Donoso and you Joe Johnson and you're amazing crew
I am only able to judge a business. And that if I could have given 10 Stars to this business I would have. Once I contacted them they were here with my Plumbing problem it was a drain. These guys were so professional their reaction time was immediate and within two days I'm getting my pipe. They took the stress out of having a job this major.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SCAM WITH BEING THERE IN AN HOUR TO CANCELING AND NOT COMING UNTIL THE NEXT DAY OR TWO YOU. What an waist of the time plus half a day off. My fiancé called regarding a first floor washer drain pipe. Would be within 1 hour at our house.
You tell me an hour I am sorry and I do all in my power to leave my job to be there for you, you need to do your job and be there for me. GO READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, THIS HAPPENS All of the TIME. They suck you in with committing to a consultation with them the exact same day and do the bait and switch for the following moment. That's terrible! People eliminate pay to leave their jobs to meet you in an hour simply to find out they were fooled!
I had only took the afternoon off to fulfill with the plumber and called back quite upset because I was home. I was transfer to Raul that they had been too busy and who explained that he was the dispatcher. That it is the"scheduling" departments POLICY to ALWAYS estimate an hour when they knew that it was not likely to be the exact same day. I explained that because I gave me an hour, that I had left work for the day. He explained that it was not his policy, that I could call scheduling back and port if I wished to one of the managers.
I abandoned my office and took the remainder of the afternoon off. 25 min later my fiancé receives a call from their saying we can not be there now, we are busy.

I then hired Valley Rooter who pulled the tree roots for $225 and employed the correct size snake.
Rescue Rooter is a scam. They informed me their line would have stuck in the tree roots and they needed a two man team to put a camera in the line and find the clog that would be $425 and then they'd credit that amount to the thousands it would cost to dig and replace the pipe.

Our management firm contacted Rescue Rooter on a Sunday night to help us with a water line that had been causing water to burst during our concrete driveway. After the City turned the water was able to ascertain where the problem was likely to be. As a Director of our HOA, I was not happy with how long it took to get the repairs began as all our homeowners were over night and the majority of the following day, but I was quite happy with Luke's professional attitude and work ethic. So the amount of concrete that had to be ripped out was minimal he was put on with the place of the flow. The repairs were done quickly and Luke did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess. I feel he is trustworthy and he's a pleasure.

Next day comes no telephone till 11:30am to tell me he is going to be delayed and can't tell me a time frame and"to be realistic with me, so I will not be more upset" he does not believe he is going to be able to stop by my house now. What is that? I instantly called to cancel my job order but the woman Ola, over the telephone, was quite kind for understanding my situation I would give her 5 stars.
I wish I could give a negative celebrity. I am disappointed with their services. First the plumber technician Sean informs me he can be in the day that I called he calls me saying the day works for him involving 10-12pm that was fine with me.
