Y'all.. .these guys are hands down the best. Finest customer support, nicest technicians (shout out to LaBrian, Troy, Joey, & Javier!) , equipment that is best & prices. These guys feel like family today. They replaced our entire AC unit, out and indoors , in 1 day. I work and know NOTHING except to reverse it on/up/down, so for me which has been impressive! I also propose linking their maintenance membership program (blanking on the name of it), SO worth the investment!

Their educated professional, and all around good guy Josh was at my door at and worked a miracle for me.
In a short period of time informed my window to get service would be between noon and 10:00 am; a two hour window given to me personally personally at 9:20am. I can live with that kind of service.

Call made prior to 9:00 am for help. Spoke to a individual who took my advice and advised me I would be contacted shortly.
Friday night time AC went on strike after I attempted to resolve a wi-fi issue to control the unit. A man must know his limits. My reliance dropped for assistance to YELP Because I don't have anyone on retainer.

Professional service and the fantastic immediate by the staff along with fair price on a Saturday morning makes me happy. And it also created a future time client for this company that gets readily from a cool.

We are club membership users and have been using River City Total Maintenance for many years. Recently, all in one day, we'd plumbing and A/C difficulties. The plumber, George came out the first day I called and was valuable in deciding where the leak was coming from, set up a new kitchen faucet and repaired it. He came back to put in a new toliet we'd 14, the following day. He's very educated, does good work, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Great honest support. On time. Explained everything.

Phil super quick and helped us out with our AC! The issue was small he left the fix. Then he volunteered to examine the unit at the attic in case, may use them again!

Had great service now from Bobby performing my annual heater check. He was professional and very personable.

I've used River City TM for projects around my house for example repair and heating and a/c maintenance, plumbing, and electrical function. All jobs finished in a reasonable time and were scheduled straight away. Everyone was very educated and went the excess mile to explaine what procedures/materials were needed to finish their job (particularly George the plumber). All charges for work done was quite affordable. I am also a Rivrr City TM club member. Thank you to being TM!

So after several weeks and near $900"thrown off", I am still awaiting the General Manager to contact me, as I had been told he would over a week ago. Guess his remarks about 9/24/2016,"... sorry you felt we did not communicate well with you, and for that I apologize. I'll be addressing this with my staff to ensure this never happens again", may mean more if I'd actually heard from him because I had been told I would. The comments did not handle the price difficulties or the fact that the"fix" that I paid close to $900 for was apparently unnecessary. Glad I was able to find a respectable HVAC firm that was able to properly diagnose the problem and fix my A/C for a price less than 1/3 the price offered by River City to me. Perhaps the worst customer support I have experienced in a very long time.

I got 2 quotes from this company to replace my A/C system because I was having a black mould issue around my port registers throughout my home and I figured doing a complete system replacement would qualify me for the Federal Tax Credit so I would be saving some money.
They installed a Carrier system including UV light and thermostat that was new. We paid for top of the lineup all Carrier brand name gear nevertheless they installed a Carrier Ev. Coil, Bryant thermostat, & Carrier furnace, Rheem UV lighting. The compressor broke within 1 week and they had to fix it. No one answered their phone, when we had called them to come out to fix it. I left several messages with no return call until the following day. We were forced to spend a night without A/C yet they market 24 hour support! Lies! Following a month of Carrier reps who advised that the owner of River City, Brigham Ragusa, had installed the size furnace, he also offered to replace the evaporator coil to repair the issue. During the 2nd and 1st installs, the duct cleaning team were so irresponsible that when they WERE functioning I had to follow them about babysitting them that is. They stood around smoking cigarrettes outside & chatting. They forgot to seal all duct boots, caulk sheetrock creases in our return atmosphere closet, had incorrect sized air compressor covers b/c they didn't step prior to install, had incorrect sized return air vent grill & forgot that the filter back in the warehouse, & enabled overspray of cleaner fluid they used to clean off mold to fall on expensive furniture and ruined a precious photograph of mine that's irreplaceable. Installers put the new plenum in addition to our doorbell cable so that the doorbell kept buzzing so after a tech had to come back out to cut on it, redirect it, the splice it back together, and they cracked/broke the plywood underneath our gear from the loft. They didn't seal the gear so that the UV light was shining from underneath the gear, and unbelievably enough, the town inspector missed that also after doing his"after occupation" inspection. The City Inspection office informed us A/C companies should pull a permit for a work prior to their setup, but River City never pulled it until several days AFTER they finished which is a violation. Throughout the install, they installed an ADP new ev. These men were never seen by us again until removal of the procedure after. The humidity was fluctuated by the system out of a high 70% humidity down to 28% humidity, so badly that it caused me and my family breathing and health problems. I had no control over the fan about the system because it was therefore luxurious, the furnace. On when we wanted to, we couldn't turn our lover! Angry, frustrated, and unsatisfied, I filed a complaint with the office of the Attorney General. Brigham Ragusa, the owner, lied to the Attorney General saying he'd sent to our home to inspect the issues a Carrier rep. Carrier never came to our home. I filed a complaint w/the State Inspection office. After 9 weeks of legal asserting, the owner eventually decided he would get rid of the faulty gear, but during the removal, the builders slammed items around very loudly knocking pictures off our walls, and damaged our new loft tent once I informed them they'd installed it inside out. The builders smart mouthed me in my home!! Can NEVER recommend this company to anybody! I'll do my best to steer folks. They slip your $$, lie, and give you havoc. Not worth your time or money. Try another company, do not go through what we had to endure!
This company took me on a looong path of deceit, incompetence, inexperience, anxiety, borderline litigation, lies, and ultimately removal of the gear.
