Had a pipe break in the ceiling in our kitchen. Acadian fixed the broken pipe and came out within a couple of hours. Very professional people. Highly recommend their services.

Got Acadian as a recommendation out of Bevolo as part of a gasoline lamp install for my house and have been impressed enough to use them. They're punctual, responsive, and reasonably-priced.

By finding a flow solution none of the 3 technicians explored and I consulted these guys saved me quite a bit of money and heart ache. He came in and really took the time to obtain the most easy best solution in a timely way. He came in below the estimate and also walked me. Good company to work with.

Fabulous Company that cares about providing quality support. They gave me choices to select from to resolve my pipes problem and explained. I appreciate truthfulness and also this provider believes in caring for each client's home as though it were their own.

The times I've called their office their tone distressed has been really dashed and not very informative. I got a lot of one or two word replies.
I can't recommend this company. There is a lack of communication and client services. Since they have not finished, I'm not certain about the standard of the work. They have not shown up when scheduled (on a few occassions) and no calls were made to notify me that they would not be coming.
They did not tell me about it and did some slight damage to the home's interior. When I moved in to clean up after them, I found it. It was about a 10000 job and that I expected communication and client services. I won't use them again based on this experience. I am hopeful about the quality of the work, but only time will tell...
No one on their group walked me through the project and what is included/excluded. I did not receive a response even after he said he would respond and acknowledged receipt of the email and emailed the owner a list of questions about the reach of the work. His workers were fine enough to answer my own questions.

I have used this company 2x and every time the service was quick, polite and the issue was solved. I did not feel for what I got that I overpaid. It's not some place . They've been around for many decades.
