Our entire plumbing was when our house has been renovated redone. We had problems but were convinced that we needed to. Never have we had plumbing problems.
The day who saved? Knight plumbing! They arrived on New Year's Day when our bathrooms where backed up so awful that it had been coming out of our bathtub! Yuk! There are many reasons why I like this company! First one is if they're in their way to the house they deliver you a photograph of the individual that will arrive, plus a text message. This way you're not alarmed when there looks a huge man at your doorstep. Their customer service is one of the best I have obtained from a plumbing company!
Pretty would love to think about them our regular plumbers and impressed overall with the company.
The first time they had been in my house they gave us a reception with a 30 day guarantee, and spent about one hour clearing our pipes. They came with no cost out and sadly our pipes were clogged 29 days afterwards and spent two hours on our pipes over and they've never given an issue to us because. The next time they came out where the septic was to make sure that everything ran smoothly they requested, and they found the problem's source. I know that it's not the fault it is whoever is putting baby wipes down my bathroom.

Well going to the point, Randy's estimates were generous and honest. Ronnie was also kind enough to push some appointments because SoCalGas had awarded me a time frame to fix the bloated lines. Randy and his team worked on our lines diligently and from the day's end, regulator and the lines looked beautiful. It was also generous of him to add a valve though it's not required by law. Envision something had gone wrong and the gas can't shut off immediately and you need to call SoCalGas to come along and shut off it for you. That's just stupid.
I had received a note telling the pipes to change because they were swollen. Randy came over to give me an estimate. He'd detected that our regulator was needing a replacement and our water line also went bad, as he gave me an estimate. He noticed that the owners had some kind of work done on it as well.

I predicted after hours and left a voicemail... I recieved a call at 8 am the next morning, and they sent Shawn out a couple of hours later. He was quite educated, and quickly fixed my issue. I will be a repeat customer

My experience with RK pipes has been such a pleasant one. Before calling RK pipes we contacted another firm who seemed annoyed when they didn't seem like they wanted to perform the job and came out. When Ronnie came outside to perform a diagnostic he had been skilled, highly knowledgeable, and quite professional. We got fresh aluminum gas/water pipes and there general support was top notch. I would definitely recommend RK pipes to friends and family!

They Arrived on time and we Are Extremely pleased, we used RK for the first time 1-9-2019 and figured our stooped up pipe and fixed all fast and a fair price, will definitely keep them in mind for Pipes Difficulties

I was charged $149 for $99 and the kitchen sink stoppage for unjamming the garbage disposal. Shawn worked on it for 25 minutes. Due to a voucher they had in their website, I got a deduction.
It was more expensive than other plumbers, although I was satisfied with the support.

Professional and courteous. We needed a plumber's services . Randy was there (constantly when he said he would be) with a smile to look after both issues in a timely manner. Beautiful community family run company and owned.

Had a little trouble with a do-it-yourself project. Saturday, RK Plumbing today was called by me and was greeted with a person not an answering machine. She was very nice and sympathetic to my issue. Shawn did everything to repair the blockage within our sink. I am so thankful I phoned RK Knight away! This was back in December. We called back to get plumbing work done in the master bath and Randy did amazing work in a timely way. The prices & very professional are far better than other businesses! I'll be calling back to any service pipes services that I may need.

Water was being shot by the knob at our clawfoot tub that transforms the water in the faucet to the shower out the side of it. I predicted RK Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday between 10am and 12pm. About 9am RK called and asked whether it was okay when they came. I said yes. Because it's old, In the beginning, the plumber has been a little concerned about hurting the knob. Following he was told by my husband his dad had fixed it it was repaired by him so that it's good as new. Because it had started to seem a little different while filling 20, we also had him check out our bathroom. He suggested that a piece of rust may have gotten loose and has been trapped at the intake, but he found everything was working. There was no requirement to fix it.
