I probably could have saved quite a little money on my remodeling and never would have gotten a terrible impression on plumbers generally. My husband has called on him to get assistance on business and our home and he is always courteous, prompt and fixes the problem real quick. He is very fair with his pricing and on a instance once I called him what I believed was a leak at my parents' home? He was honest and explained that it was not and something else a plumbing leak problem and did not charge me for the trip out. He's got also the experience, which allow him to see and quickly evaluate the plumbing problem, and tackle the various repair, and also an overall understanding of the pipes concepts. I have to say Rob-N-Hood plumbing gets the very best customer support and excellent quality anyone could ask for. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and very professional. I never felt like a great deal of plumbing companies are known to do, as though he was providing any BS. He helped fix a plumbing problem and did everything possible together with running water, to get us back. Having a toddler in the home and no flowing water is a major stress factor and he made it a point. Hands down this company is our move to for almost any plumbing needs!
Do NOT hire this company, Jeremy Morgan has horrible customer service!!!! and is a plumber that is dreadful I hired him to rebuild my sewer main underneath my house and he screwed it all up. He ruined my residence and all his work is insufficient and is failing. I had to hire a different company. He had been impossible to get a hold of, once he knew he'd screwed up. He should not be licensed, so his work is crap, and you're warned, if he is hired by you.
Was recommended. This support was called by me for a quote. One of the owners was. He wasn't helpful. I inquired if he could give me a bid. He said he'd prepare a bid and also ship out out to me. He never prepared the bidding and never called me . Then I don't want him as my plumber if this is how a customer is treated by him. The name does not fit.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable, came right on schedule, had everything and charged a fair price for all the work I had done. He walked me through the practice of each fix (I had a stuck garbage disposal, two jogging toilets and a clogged tub). I even got some helpful advice on some pipes changes that I'm considering.
Rob-N-Hood Plumbing has become my go to plumbing service and their card and I passed combined!
Kelly made scheduling even called on the afternoon of service to let me know Jeremy was on the way and easy.

Called Jeremy at Rob N Hood Plumbing around 4pm before they were about to close. I needed to have a plumber change a faucet by the end of the day as a result of tenants schedule out. I called other technicians plus they were booked. Jeremy looked after it within the hour at a cost that was phenomenal, and landlord and tenant were blown away with the ceremony. Great job guys and keep it up!

They estimated arrival between 9AM-10AM, but didn't arrive until afterwards. Did supply and phone real time updates I want to know that Jeremy was running late because of traffic. I love it when a provider calls and provides updates!
After spending an hour and a half at my home he managed to locate the issue (insufficient ventilation) and restart my own water heater securely.
I discovered that there was an issue with my water heater and was coming back from a trip. Trying to find a person, I turned to yelp and came upon Rob-N-Hood. I gave them a call and managed to have a technician come out the very next morning.

Jeremy was fantastic to work with and certainly knows what he is currently doing. I am keeping his contact so I can reach him out to have my own water heater replaced in a couple of years (it's almost that time!) . I'm also keeping him my man for all my plumbing requirements.
The issue with my water heater has been noticed if Jeremy arrived he was unsure what the issue was and from the gas business. He called the water heater manufacture and checked the water system.
Such service! Jeremy did such a fantastic job concealing the filters within existing cabinets in the garage and set up our aqua sauna water filter. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend to friends!

Jeremy knows his business well also is a great plumber. He spent hours cleaning up divisions which had built up in an outside drain. I am not sure I could have gotten any other plumber to do what he did.
Our backyard drains were obstructed, nothing whatsoever was draining. About 75 feet of snake line ran to the drain in the directions--up to the lawn and down to the street level where it drains. He pulled HUGE amounts of roots and continued to operate on it for hours. I feel another plumber could have given up and suggested that I replace the plumbing. However, he was able to find everything and needed the water flowing freely by the day's close.
This firm is the best!!!! For both residential and commercial. Our residential tenant cannot say enough great things!!! and has used them several times When we had a backup at our business and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes!!! Also going to get a quote to do a few upgrades!!! Thank you Kelly for the quick reply!!! And thanks Jeremy for coming out and repairing our problem!!
Jeremy is dependable, trustworthy, and an superb plumber. He showed up on time and mended our plumbing issues quickly. Best of all, Jeremy's costs are fair and I was billed hundreds of dollars for a issue and've been taken advantage of in the past by a significant name plumbing company. I wish I would've known about Rob-n-Hood plumbing years ago!!

I had been referred to Jeremy by my realtor for a toilet ceiling water flow. This was my first encounter with him (or any plumber at my place) and that I was really pleased with his patience and understanding in explaining the problem flow to me along with my neighbor (who's the escape ) without any pressure to leave his services. He was careful and he gave her instructions on what to do without any hesitation when my neighbor said she would fix the leak herself. On feeling that Jeremy was honest and trustworthy, my thoughts were confirmed by the Yelp reviews I read him following his trip. He didn't bill for the home call which I valued. It is all up to my neighbor to make the call on a plumber for our scenario and whether or not she would like to use his services or not, I'll continue to keep his name near the very top of my list for any plumbing requirements.

Jeremy in Rob-N-Hood plumbing was truly a pleasure to use. I had been having issues unexpectedly with also the first plumber and my own water heater I'd who took a look! I could not help but feel this was crazy so I left a few more calls encountered a few more high quotes until I connected with Rob-N-Hood plumbing. Jeremy attempted a fix that was more affordable to see if it'd do the job and took his time. After we realized we had a bigger issue on our hands, he agreed to return and didn't bill me, do it the ideal way and half that is close of the cost of our quote!

Jeremy is wonderful! Now was come again for also my Client and me by him who ended up having because she had original galvanized piping at a 1941 home in Long 32, her house redone. I've used Jeremy personally on my possessions and he has done a excellent job, and I've referred him to my real estate customers. I was to find a home for sale and then we had a major plumbing issue. Jeremy went the extra mile functioning long after hours to get it done. Another plumber had come in was expensive and to bid the job for my client before Jeremy and was not as knowledgeable. I was grateful my Client went together with my recommendation to use Jeremy, and he also saved her time and money.
My critique is changing to 5 Stars after receiving clarification about the expense of drain cleaning. Sorry to have tarnished the standing of Jeremy.
