Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto Rooter is a little pricey, but since it is 24 hour assistance, it was anticipated by me. I was very happy with the support on all counts, and my pipes is working today. I would use them again in the future!
Darryl, our support technician, was professional, informative, and came at 11:15 pm. He left a night . The issue was fixed by darryl and was out by 12:00 am.
I phoned Roto Rooter at 10:00 pm on a Tuesday night with a frustrated, and backed shower up, over flowing toilet, leaking sink husband. Debbie, the client rep, was informative and extremely nice. She clarified that the tech would be there within 2 hours, and even called every half hour or so to give updates.

Were happy that the tech, Miguel R., arrived when maintained by dispatch since it was a Sunday evening and I'd overnight guests. No time is a great time to get a clog, but this was inconvenient. Miguel was knew what he was doing and friendly, effective. Happy with the service!

By the way, another plumber fixed the issue for $275 and came out.
If possible, Can give zero stars. Called out emergency service to assist us and if they got there they said because they don't have the part they couldn't help tonight. Something which I would believe would be simple (substitute shot water handle capsule in a shower because the hot water knob wouldn't fully shut off). The next guy that came in the morning was extremely unprofessional. It's a property of ours so on what the issue was, we needed to communicate through telephone. The guy could not properly explain to us exactly what the issue was but wanted a $1300 repair to be agreed to by us and if we asked he HUNG UP ON US. Our tenants afterward said the property was left by him. This guy tried to explain how he's done this for 13 years. I hope people haven't been scammed by him over the 13 years because that is RIDICULOUS. WOuld not use this business if my house was going under water. You're best bet for any problems is to turn off the water for your house and wait for another business!

Scam!!! Don't use!!!! They take advantage of overcharge and vulnerable people. If not satisfied with quote they make you pay for just diagnosing the issue. 0/10

Before I found this one had a plumbing company that is different. They created a mess in my bathroom related to a pipe that was clogged. . .long story short, they even took a brand-new plumbing fixture without my consent and had a hard time getting cash back for this ( thank God I had the receipt to get it). Anyhow, Joshua, from Roto Rooter came and looked after the last of the messes the other plumbing company left. He understood his trade and was professional. Thank you. I recommend him without hesitation.

Our drains ran slow and Ditmir was our technician. He explained what he would be doing and updated us through the whole procedure. We did get a little sticker shock however he had been very upfront and we understood it was likely to be before he began.

Plumbing issues on a Sunday would be the worst! Had a clog in our main line that was causing water to float from the base of the toilets. Instead the customer service representative and called thinking Monday, we would see a person, JD or JP ensured we had a tech to our home within a few hours. Because of the age of the home, replace the bathroom, clear the clog and then the only way to clear was to eliminate a bathroom. All fees were a new wax ring for the bathroom plus labor. Enjoy efficiency and this organization's timeliness.

Fantastic service, very professional technicians and quick response! I have an old home with pipes that are original. They were filled with scale and we had plenty of problems. RotoRooter worked together with care and persistence and managed to clear them out without any damage to the system. Ted, the tech who did the work, even left his contact information for any problems, kept us informed every step of the way and was particularly pleasant to use. My shower began draining slow, yesterday evening I called him and he had been here this morning and sorted it out right away. They respect their guarantee and take responsibility for their own work. When I had been lucky enough to call Roto-Rooter Plumbing I was already at my wits end. They came the next morning I had two gentleman out - that they were equally lovely! Keli-tech 3055 was among those gentleman that mended our drains. These men worked very difficult to unclog my drain, and showed me the way to block it from happening again. We bought the Preventative Pipe Shield Maintenance Therapy.
It really helps having a team that is able to restore your issue but calm you although when you are dealing with something of this magnitude and you are already. Professional, knowledgeable, quick response time and amazing customer service! I would absolutely recommend this company to families and friends. And if I should ever require a plumber in the future, you will be! Thank you very much!
Regrettably because I had a drain which has been a 17, I needed to call a plumber! I believed I diy it and could snake it out myself with a Home Depot instrument, but the job was ineffective.

Roto-Rooter was the only emergency plumbing company assure and to respond to deliver help! The help arrived at 8am and took several tough worked"very messy" hours of effort that complicated itself by having to remove the toilette(no outside visible drain plug). It cost me more than I expected but was completed on a Holiday!! and professionally $560 total, and it saved my Christmas with all the family!! Completed Roto Rooter& PIETRIE!!!
I paid a premium price during the year on one of the worst days and times! My spouse and I reside in Riverview, FL and we're having about 13 family members coming at around 11:30am on Christmas for the dinner and day. We encountered a comprehensive drain flooding along with the clothes washer across the hall around 9pm in the primary floor bathroom and shower on Christmas Eve.

Alex showed up in a timely way. He appeared very professional and made me feel convinced he can fix my hot water heater leak. He assessed the issue asked questions and spent a reasonable quantity of timing fixing the issues. I feel the price I paid was appropriate for the work completed and time invested. I refer them to friends and will call ROTO-ROOTER again. I found out ROTO-ROOTER did more than pipe and I am happy I did.

Had a pin hole leak in a pipe between my spare bedroom and garage and gave a telephone to a couple of days after Irma came . The speed in which they had everything dried and fixed and came out was remarkable. A telephone to them about and at less than an hour called back said she was on her way and said should be contacting me shortly. Just 10 minutes after I called, got off the telephone with her Drini, the plumber and said he was on his way. Both worked well together to assess and fix my leak and came at the exact same time.
Dawn was helpful by setting up the drying staff start the cleanup procedure and to come over and filing my homeowners claim. They started the cleanup and got there about 4pm. By 7:30 lovers went insulation was discarded and the drying procedure was well under its own way.

Prompt and quick support was obtained by us. The technician has been able to answer all our queries and was knowledgeable. Issue was resolved quickly.

Called for assistance with my bathroom plumbing which was backing up at 1 am, operator said no one had been available till 8 pm that day. I had been expecting someone to show up around 12 but that I had two employees technicians arrive approximately 9 and had a 30 second window of notification. They were effective and considerate, I would surely use them again. My bathroom cleaned a bit more than how from until the pipes obtained backed up it had been!

Terrible company. Took advantage of my daughter. Charged $300 just to put in a garbage disposal that we'd purchased separately. Absolutely would NEVER use this company again and absurd. Ridiculous.

I had a backup with a septic system. Every drain was backed up. Toilets and bathtubs. When they can create an appointment but with a buddy to let them in, I couldn't be home, they organized everything with me and I couldn't be happier. Integrity things, and they provided their work and exceptional service along with also their word were equally excellent.
