Scott at Royal Plumbing and Heat will be your best--do not shop around, simply call Scott. Our ac unit (3,100 square foot home ) was having issues--line was freezing after a few hours of performance and the unit would blow warm air. We had had another company come and examine the unit about a month before. . .turns out they didn't really do anything, and neglected to run. After the issue presented itself, we now called the prior company out and after about 10 minutes of studying the unit they told us it was the compressor, and that the bad performance was because it had been"sitting at the sun," and with problems kicking on. The problems continued. We called another firm and after about a 10 minute test, the technician said it looked like we had been losing coolant, but wanted $2,500 to really diagnose the problem and run tests, and discover the coolant leak. He would ensure he would discover the leak for that price.
As a friend had a good experience with him, on a whim, we called Scott. Scott came out the morning, whereas the other areas had left us wait days prior to having the ability to look at the unit. He spent approximately 90 minutes diagnosing the problem and assessed the problem. He really tried to discover the coolant leak during that consult. He only asked $29 for the first evaluation. Scott was prepared to spend the project on for less than half the $ that the area desired. He ended up having to replace a coil. Scott was effective, honest, educated, and cared for getting things done correctly. He helped us out tremendously --I have two children and my husband travels for work quite a bit, and we were going a bit mad in a 90 degree house. Telephone Scott, he'll aid you.

The man thinks highly of his job. $600 to replace a water that is outside spicket. Costed me another $500 he tore up on the side at which he replaced it. The man tries to hit you. Grossed me out yells the wrapper in my own floor and also was eating a cereal bar. Would not recommend at all. Not he said he mended, major leak. What a fool. Never hire this individual.

We are new to the area and took a chance with Royal Plumbing and Scott. And we are so thankful we did. Not only was hot water heater fixed by him, he cleaned the place up around it too! WOW. He's our go to guy When we have any plumbing needs at the long run. Thanks a lot Scott for your support that is friendly and professional.

Scott in Royal Plumbing is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He is always very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably priced. We've had him out to our home 3 times ( frozen air conditioning unit; replaced hot water tankand a leaky bath tub) and my mom has used him in her home and her rental home. Each time Scott has fixed the problem and each time he's demonstrated the very same qualities. Save yourself some time, headache, frustration, telephone Scott and and cash!

Scott came out to auger a kitchen drain clog for us. Very professional, great presentation, fixed the issue so far as we can tell, and answered the questions we had. The cost was just $99. For a plumbing challenge we could not manage ourselves it's difficult to envision a better customer experience. (We've certainly had worse for the very same issue!)
