RUDE Rudys, these people are the most haughty and impolite small business owners I've ever meet, they behaved like they were for the work they do to great and then refused to take action. Perhaps beingin company for so long in precisely the same town has given them a sense of entilement and superiority. Customer support is essential when running a company. Every service I talked to in town were nice and useful, and more economical.

Wonderful support and advice when we explored wood stoves. Helped the ideal fireplace add is selected by us and steered us in Mad Hatter Chimney and Masonry to get a great installation. Highly Suggested

Rudy's Plumbing & Heating did a great job repairing a wiring problem. We called 3 other companies who were too busy for a"small job" or didn't even answer the phone. The price was fair and they got the job done. We will utilize Rudy's Plumbing & Heating to our needs.

I have been a long time consumer of the pipes of Rudy. In this year's spring I called them. They said they didn't have anyone to come out and repair it. The previous year, (2017), I called then to come out and fix a busted pipe, They sent Tracy out. He repaired the pipe. I paid him $149.99. I could hear water after he left. I called him right away, but he would not return. OK, I called and they came the next day and I had to pay another $149.00. He must have fixed them both and check thoroughly for flow.
They was great. I will never use them again. They appear to have a habit of charging for the identical thing. They are busy today. One day the economy won't be so good and they won't be so arrogant. 9/8/2018

I love these guys. I wanted a strong gas stove. Linda walked me through the showroom and patiently answered all of my queries (at least twice) with no flinching. I didn't need the black look and they offer a choice of 36 colors they use for custom paint jobs. Keith came out to assess the space and counsel on how large a unit I needed. I knew I was going to hire this company when Keith and I met. He is smart, comprehensive, and a good communicator. Suzy, with her personality, proactively handled all of the arrangements and setup. Joe and Jason handled the install and were super polite and professional. These guys really made me feel like they weren't only there they were there to make me happy. My brand new stove works better than I hoped for and looks. This company is on-time, straightforward, dependable, and no BS. And I love that.

We had been fortunate enough to get same-day support and Anthony did a great job fixing the flow in our shower. Another plumber at the area had mended it a few months back, but it was fixed. Very pleased. Highly recommend Rudy's Plumbing. Very wonderful office stuff.

I'm new into the Lake Tahoe region (Stateline). I was not here for the walk and purchased a home that was remodeled here. I assumed the fireplace worked. I had a small instruction card and only a remote. Myself, my brother-in-law, then afterwards, a handyman tried to get the fireplace going. . .nothing. Linda stopped at Rudy's and greeted me the friendly owner. I started to tell the story about how I couldn't get the fireplace running. Her husband, Keith sat at a chair nearby and listened to what I told her. He stated it'd give me a step by step instruction and gave me a DVD for my fireplace's design. He then took me to fireplaces' showroom and we discovered my version of fireplace. He gave me a right there on the floor of 3 items I had to do to get up and running. Since my frustration level was high, I thanked both of them for taking time . I did everything he told me to went right home and had a fire that night. These men didn't make a penny. They went out of their way to help me. The customer service level here is high and absolutely the best I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their services. A family owned company, who go out of their way. It's tough to find good people who care like they do. They are just the BEST!

I'm sitting in my home that is freezing, no one can come until then first. This is a device they installed and is my only heat source. I don't know what I'm more pissed about, the piece of junk they installed, or Suzie's mindset as she's telling me there is nothing they could do to me. She doesn't care for her return clients, just that first 5 and you hand over to them. Fantastic thing they are not the only game in town.

Surely will say that they were professional with customer service ten decades back then they're now. . Ought to have the ability to take care of customer complaints. Finish a long standing relationship ought to be the last resort. . oh well!

I called to schedule an estimate, no problem. Keith came out on time nice man & I enjoyed conversing with him regarding having a company & my project. We laughed & agreed how hard it is to find people who are on time, did a good job & followed with their word in Tahoe. He said they would return to me with a quotation in a couple weeks; I phoned two months later to follow up, the woman at the desk gave me a excuse which they are a small company and they struggled to keep up. (I mentioned I have a small company & didn't think that was a good excuse) She claimed he would get it to me within a week using a few amounts, that was two months ago & I haven't heard back. I'm very disappointed, so I looked forward to giving them my company & indicating their company but they are not interested in keeping their word.

Had an issue with a wall mounted filter setup. Texted 2 numbers no response or answer to sereral days. Yelp review obtained a reply they did a wonderful custom modification and came out right away.

I've utilized Rudy by new gas stove, a broken supply line and a complete duct replacement on multiple jobs. They have always been great at finishing the job on time in addition to scheduling the job. Cory and Brian have usually done their own awesome and the work. Would highly recommend Rudys.

Since we're a newcomer to town, happy I did I really found these men here on YELP. Since our new house is out of the 60's we shall need a lot more done later on.... I will call Rudy
Tim was our tech; he had been knowledgeable, friendly and clean while he worked. I also like that he suggested valve shuts off to be placed in the house back into the ground. This can make it easier to operate if need be. The project was done professionally and quickly.
Great customer service, same-day fix, and price that is fair. We needed a main shut off valve, YIKES!!

We had some work done concerning heating an overflow water heater pipe as well as for our heater. Terry did a job that was fast and fantastic and came out of Rudy's! We were able to call our aide. We'll surely call when we need assistance 12, Rudy's!

The girl who answered the phone was extremely friendly, when the plumber ran a little late she called to let me know. We had no water and they had someone out quickly. The job was done quickly and well. Couldn't be happier.

My landlord called Rudy's also do some pipes fixes to my own shower and to clean my gas furnace. They were fantastic though it took to get an appointment and it was worth the wait. They came out to correct a water pressure issue. Fantastic service and I'm quite pleased.

Rudy's Pipes is fantastic. Jason was thorough, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The price compared to the amount of work was affordable. We would call them again and recommend them to anyone. Rudys is blessed to have Jason on their own team.

Wow....Keith C. responded 6 weeks later....he must be losing business. Nicely Keith sorry you do not like the truth but your people kept us waiting and we are under City regulations to acquire heating mended quickly. Additionally running a credit card violates many contractor regulations, maybe I need to go.
