Schaefer Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

After we'd flooding in numerous towns I predicted Schaefer Plumbing through a state of crisis. He cared for the drain came out quickly and did not overcharge!

Called on Sunday. Main sewer congestion. Came out after my telephone and rooted out the issue. Laundry,shower etc.

Everything sounded super good and the man was nice. We called around 10:15 and was able to get out someone at 1. He text me from a number asking if he could send someone and unfortunately I couldn't make it sooner. He replied with"no problem." I tried calling the company and no one answered. I text the number that text me sooner to find out what time they could come out. No response. I got in contact because his voicemail was received by me overdue with the tech that never showed. He said he was not likely to show up to a property that was random. I said that it was not a house like I was the one who provided the company with an address to begin with and also the appointment was just made a couple of hours ago. He said he could be out at 5. I called the company again and there wasn't any answer. He text me back instead and I answered that I want a call and it never arrived. HORRIBLE VERY and Company unprofessional. That I text the boss out of courtesy and I wound up going with another company and that I text for offering to come out 19, the tech and explained my frustration. He replied with,"Everybody is entitled to their opinion. God Bless."
